I had a cracked bumper due to a tow and the only way to fix was to replace. I was greeted friendly by the receptionist upon arriving for my estimate she quoted me and I called back the following day and they let me know available appts and worked with my schedule to get my vehicle done. But when I got it back I was not expecting such quality it is PERFECTLY matched and blended with he rest of my vehicle and honestly gives it a fresh look. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here😊

My hat goes off to Show & Pro for making a terrible ordeal so much easier to deal with.The frustration...As I was heading home at about 4pm my car was hit in the front bumper and quarter panel. The person who hit me not only received a DUI (at 4 in the afternoon), but was driving on a suspended license as well.The remedy...The next afternoon I took my car to Show & Pro for an estimate. Their professionalism and knowledge surprised me. I had an aftermarket bumper on my car and they located a new one and had it ordered right away. I got a notification from my insurance company before I could even eat dinner that they already received everything from Show & Pro and it was paid for.They had my car completed in no time and I couldnt be happier with the results. Good as new...Whether you have to get insurance work done or youre paying out of pocket I highly recommend using Show & Pro.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!They REFUSED to work on my vehicle, not because they can’t work on.Because they don’t want to.I was there once before with list I got from other shop.So I knew what the issue was.He said it’s something else so I let him do it but next day it was acting up again.And he said maybe that was the issue and I’ll have to pay it all.I said I knew the issue and I already paid for something that wasn’t the issue.This is what happened before.And today they said they didn’t even talk to me on the phone and Owner was making a joke said maybe google make an appointment now.I had to call out to come here and see what they can do.Not to hear ridiculous jokes and don’t want to work on your vehicle because their mistake.

Did an outstanding job..

I was expecting to have a great experience at Show and Pro. I thought the staff were professional and courteous to the customers. All stood true until I had an issue with service that was performed on my vehicle. After taking my vehicle to Show and Pro the second time the mechanic and Owner both told me I needed new head gaskets. The owner was insistent on me just purchasing a new motor since it would take so much time to repair the one I’ve got. Needless to say after 45 minutes of burping the air out at my friends house we had it running and not over heating. After that I found two other things wrong with my vehicle. My radiator hose was upside down and touching my A/C clutch. So I had to drain my coolant and flip the hose. After completing the process I turned my A/C on and it didn’t blow cold. So the next day I went back at it trying to figure out why. So I went and purchased more 134A Freon from Advanced Auto and we hooked up the high and low lines and notice Freon is in the lines. So we tested if there was any power to the clutch and there wasn’t. So we checked fuses and relays...still nothing. Then we look over the low pressure line and find a broken switch. The only person to touch the car and remove parts off the car that could expose this was his mechanic Scott. So I confronted Scott about it and he basically told me he wasn’t having it and said the conversation was over. Still to this day was never apologized to for the mis diagnostic...which I was charged for, or the flush which they removed stuff that was put in by his mechanics, or the fact that they broke more stuff on my car then fixed! Sadly all I wanted was an apology.

My hats off to show and pro you surely live up to your name, first day I walked in their your staff was very understanding when I told savanna that my Vech was struck she notice how Upset I was and immediately said I take a look at it. away she went to do her thing she looked at the damage explained to me what was going to happen step by step. and to ensure I was not without a vehicle she was going to order the parts and when they were painted she would contact me she let me know their was a back log if you want to call it that. week later she called and said parts are in and painted ready to install. Drop it off 09:30 By Noon vehicle was ready and looking good. thank you for your time tank you for your fast and professional service and thanks to the staff (ladies) that made it happen.sincerely and a very satisfied customer

There is a mechanic here named Virgil that is very skilled and loves working on cars. He definitely takes a lot of pride in his work. I am not an easy person to satisfy when it comes to wheel alignment. My pet peeve is a crooked steering wheel when I drive. This shop (Virgil) has done the best alignment work I’ve EVER had done. He did such a great job on my wife’s car, that I brought in my truck to get it done the next day, and now both are locked on and drive straight. I will certainly return to this shop for all my car repair and maintenance needs.

Great service, had some back axle work done on my 11 ford ranger, it looks like there wasnt any damage at all. Amazing customer service, I wasnt left in the dark on the status of my truck which made me a very satisfied customer. If i have to get any body work done again (i hope not), I know where i will be going.

I went to S&P for a repair due to a contract with a local tire shop. The tire shop had stripped a lug and S&P was to replace it. When I initially went in for them to get my information to order parts, I was told that the repair could take anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight to complete. I have one vehicle, so I was deeply concerned. I let the local tire shop know and they called over and hashed that misinformation out with S&P.When I brought in my car, I had them repair the lug and perform an alignment. The lug repair was fine, but within a day I started noticing significant sway and instability when going over bumps or any of the innumerable Fayetteville pot holes. Unfortunately, I was not able to bring my car back in the following Monday due to S&P being closed for the entire week for Christmas. I took it to the dealer instead.The dealer performed a second alignment and found that my tow was misaligned to the point where my tires would have been significantly worn and that misalignment was causing the instability. Upon leaving the dealer, my car was stable again.I contacted S&P for a refund as I was unable to use them to realign the vehicle due to the shop being closed for a week and had to go elsewhere for the corrective action. The owner argued with me on the phone and told me that I needed to come in for him to check it to see if his machine was miscalibrated. Reluctantly, I agreed.I went back in the following day and the owner came and assessed my alignment. He found car in a misaligned state according to his equipment. The dealer still found it in alignment. The owner then told me that the dealer must have been the one with the miscalibrated equipment and blamed me for not immediately coming back in despite not identifying the issue until the following day (they were not open when it was identified). The owner then insulted dealership technicians, refused to refund me again, then proceeded to argue with me. I told him to remove my car from the lift so we could leave.I spoke with the local tire shop that initially referred us and showed them the alignment reports from both the dealer and S&P. Thankfully, the local shop refunded us in lieu of S&Ps abysmal customer service and I remain a loyal customer of theirs; however, should any repair need to be done again, I would rather pay out of pocket for the fix than go anywhere near S&P.

They charged my insurance 1500 then when i still had light on my dash they charge my insurance another 500. I still have a light on, on my dash!

I used Show and Pro through USAA for a minor side panel repair due to a hit and run in a parking lot. They communicated well via text updates and were easy to work with. I recommend for collision repair work.

My vehicle is less than 1 yr old & 10,000 miles. The person who hit me had Nationwide ins. I went to Caliber for and estimate (huge mistake)and they were going to put aftermarket parts on my new truck which could be of lesser quality than factory. I called the estimator back and told him he didn’t list all the visible damage; he just said “don’t worry about it”...really??? I called Nationwide to complain about aftermarket parts on a brand new truck and they said that’s what they do. I went to Show and Pro and John told me he only uses factory parts on a new vehicle and I should call my ins USAA and they will authorize factory parts and go after Nationwide for the repairs. Show and Pro did a great job on my black truck with new factory parts! They communicated throughout the process and did a stellar job. Thank you John, Savannah, the Show and Pro crew and USAA for fixing it like new! These folks are top notch!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I could not get a timely estimate from Pro & Show Body Shop for a Paint job on my Ranger. After I showed up to their address for two times to get an appointment and two additional instances where I called with a negative response. After all my attempts to give them my business they stated that there will be no opening until the first of the year. Apparently, my cash money is not good enough. I believe black peoples money isnt right for this business in Fayetteville, NC.

Mechanic shop and owner very unethical in their business I would advise not to use their services!

Show and Pro did a great job from customer service to the actual job on my vehicle. Something came up and one of the young ladys took the time and she strategically figure out a way to not have to reschedule my appointment due to the shop urgencies. Their crew worked it out made it happen and had me in and out in 20 minutes for a rear diffuser install. I would recommend this business compared to fellow competitors.

Im so disappointed at Sho and Pro Ive been taking mt vehicles to them for years with no problems. This time not so.. I took my car to them and they couldnt match my paint right I told them I was NOT happy. I took it back the next day and before me and the owner could get outside he starts telling me paint is not supposed to match. We had a knock down drag out very unprofessional arguement. He told me it was a in my head. As the owner of establishment if he felt like that I do not believe he shouldve ever spoken like that to me. I will never take another vehicle to them..Off to the dealer I go. My issue still hasnt been resolved and honestly I dont want them to work on my car again. I dont trust them. If you decide to take your vehicle to them after reading this..remember youve been warned.
