F minus is more like it.I brought my jeep in because it had been rear-ended. They took two weeks longer to repair it then was told to me. They never gave me updates along the way. At the end they never really told me what they did. When they finally finished they didn’t put the back tailgate on correctly. The gentleman told me he never worked on the tailgate. He lied because I needed to give them the lock for the spare tire on the tailgate so they could work on it. After driving the jeep home I realized they didn’t fix the alignment as well. I called them and they told me they didn’t need to fix it and I should do it myself. He finished by saying “It wasn’t his problem anymore.”Bottom line is they put me in an unfinished vehicle when they told me it was finished. I don’t feel safe driving it and need to bring it to someone to finish it.

My vehicle was towed to this shop following an accident. When it first got there, they told me there was an issue with my clutch that they could not fix. It took TWO MONTHS for them to find somewhere that would service my vehicle. It was sent there to be fixed and then towed back to A Plus for the body work. They did not communicate with me at all while my vehicle was being serviced - didnt even call to say they had it back from the other shop. I had to call to ask for any updates along the way. They also told me my car would be ready for pickup on 4 different occasions and it was not.When we finally spoke with Skip is when we eventually got a real time frame for when the vehicle would be ready. While he was more helpful than anyone else we had spoken to, he did act annoyed when we asked questions about how the vehicle would be inspected before we picked it up.After all of that, the plastic pieces that go where foglights would be, were missing when I picked it up, so they are shipping those directly to me to install myself. The lady at the front desk is incredibly sweet though and helped me understand all of the billing/insurance stuff. Overall, I would say it was a mediocre experience.

Very professional! They replaced the headlights on my car and they finished my car in an exceptional time! I would most definitely use this business again for future jobs!

I hit a deer and replacing the headlight on my car would have been phenomenally expensive. A+ collision center was so helpful in getting me a new headlight and saving me so much money! Their service is wonderful and everybody there is so kind and professional! Highly recommend!

Polite, honest, and great quality work for resonable prices. Unlike a lot of other places they dont take forever to repair your vehicle and will keep you updated through the process. Have been to them twice and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs collision repairs.

Came here to get an estimate after I hit a bucket in the middle of the road which moved a plate under my bumper. I was so relieved that it took less than 10 minutes for them to check out the problem and get it fixed! They didn’t charge me since it was a simple fix. Really kind people and the only center my Fayette family trusts.

Had recently gotten into an accident and selected a plus collision as the body shop to repair my car through Geico. I had read the reviews that stated that they return your car as if you got it off the lot. Perfect I thought I’d select them. The reviews don’t do it justice Angel and the whole staff at a plus collision went above and beyond I’m still in shock! Brand new how about new hub caps and a car wash plus detail for my 2020 Camry. If you’re with Geico and need help finding a body shop a plus collision is your place!!!

A Plus is the go-to body repair shop. They have the highest standards in their shop and their front office. Their repair work was flawless, and the front office team communicated with me throughout the repair process. A Plus even proactively kept my insurance company (State Farm) on schedule to ensure that my vehicle was finished as promised.

My VW Tiguan was damaged by another driver at work and I had to get multiple quotes of service. It was no competition with the businesses in the area, especially the few right next door. Needless to say, they were honest and my vehicle looked great, color and all repairs when they were finished. It took a week and that included the specific VW parts my vehicle needed. They made sure my front assist was working properly AND they have a lifetime guarantee. It’s nice to know there are good business people in our area, especially in this line of business. Thank you to the entire team at A Plus Collision. I don’t make reviews often with 5 stars, but you will not be disappointed with them. 😌

Best body shop in Fayetteville!

I would not use this shop, and will not again. Something dishonest going on in this place. I cant say with who exactly. My car went in with working rear windows, and came out with them not working. I spoke with a person at the shop about the now non working windows. The person did not even offer to look inside the doors to ensure the doors were reassembled properly. The only offer was to repair the windows for a fee. Turns out, my rear doors were reassembled with some broken broken window regulators. The inside of the door wasnt even reassembled properly. The glass windows were not connected to the window regulators. The vehicle wasnt even at the shop for anything on the passenger side. A tool was left inside the cavity of the rear driver side door. I did learn a valuable lesson, go over every aspect of your car to document its condition when you take it anywhere for any work to be done. So, thank you for that.

The people at A Plus Collision Center are amazing and in my experience genuinely care about their customers. I got in a wreck the Sunday before Thanksgiving while I was down in Atlanta visiting a friend for that weekend (I live in Virginia). Because of the short week due to the holiday and the good amount of damage to my car, Randy told me that he might not be able to get it to me that week. However, when he found out that I had to be at work on the following Monday in Virginia, he and his team went all out for me in order to get my car back to me in just 3 days! In addition, even though close at 5 they stayed much later on the day I picked it up just to put the last pieces of my car together. I can honestly say I have not received customer service like this from any other auto repair shop.

I went to A Plus Collision after a botched job at Elite Collision in McDonough. Elite originally went in to fix a few damages on my GS350 from Irma which required them to remove my bumper. The work which I was originally quoted a week and a half to do took 2 weeks a half to do. When I went to pick up my car Elite had my bumper misaligned, a problem that didnt even exist prior to bringing them my car! I brought it to their attention they refused to take responsibility and never even offered to attempt to straighten it out. I was told You have two options, either you can pay to get it fixed or Progressive can. I called Progressive explained the situation and they sent me to another shop (A Plus) to try and rectify my issue. Upon arrival Paul the Progressive rep who works in the shop came out to greet me, was familiar with my problem and took my car right to the back. Within 35 minutes they had realigned the bumper and explained to me why it was misaligned to begin with. Skip from A Plus and Paul the Progressive rep really took care of me. They straightened out Elites mess, realigned my bumper and showed impeccable customer service while doing so. Thanks again A Plus youre the best!!!
