I called earlier in the morning 10/6/21 spoke with a lady . She was pleasant to speak with told her my situation and what happened.Then she asked me who my insurance Esurance was I told her she said “yes we do accept them . I found a quote they sent me in a email I forwarded it to them then call to confirm they received my e mail. Then she said they are part of Natural General and so not accept they insurance.“ It’s to hard to fix my car “ ? They said “ it’s too hard to get money from the insurance. So I had to start square one picking out a New Repair for the collision of a bird on my windshield and hood.I was able to contact the insurance they helped me find one that wasn’t 2 months out. In the end Capefear Collision and body repair needs to inform potentially customers the truth when you give them the information over the phone.Not when you send them an estimate from an insurance. Esurance which it acquired; Auto General.I informed the insurance company of what has transpired they are turning away people with damaged vehicles based and I quote” Your Vehicle is to hard to repair “. So your do Diligence before choosing this facility. That’s just wrong!!!!!!This is a picture of what was to be repaired. Thank you .

I had the color changed on my ‘03 mustang and working with Nick was great. It took about 4 weeks and the quality was incredible and reasonably priced. I’m pretty sure they also detailed the interior which was unexpected and a very nice touch. I later noticed some minor wind noise due to a couple missing clips which Nick quickly diagnosed and repaired for me without any issue. I’d definitely recommend Cape Fear Collision and look forward to using them again.

After going to several places to try to have some small rust holes fixed around my windshield, I felt at a loss. No one would touch it. One place even told me that no white or black people would work on it. And then he walked away in kind of a Mic drop manner. So he wasnt gonna get my business, and his estimate was $1500 not including windshield. I was hungry so I stopped at Taqueria El Refugio (which I recommend) and lo and behold Cape Fear Collision is next door. I was hesitant because they seem like a professional (see expensive) setup but I decided to ask them. Nick the owner came out to give me an estimate and told me around $600 including the windshield replacement. It was done well and quickly and exceeded my expectations. The place is clean and well organized. Great job guys!

They said 2 weeks (extensive rear end damage and insurance companies involved) and it was exactly 2 weeks. They even cleaned inside my car. First time I have ever been out of a bodyshop on time! 5 stars for sure.

I wasnt sure if it was worth going through insurance to fix so I sought out a quote. I went to a big name body shop first for a quote. The worker didnt even touch my car or look up the price of anything. He kept saying it would be WELL over $1000 to fix because of this and that. He spent only about 3 mins with me. Upset with the poor customer service, I went to Cape Fear Collision based on the excellent reviews. I am thrilled with everything! They thoroughly inspected the damage to my car and sat down at the computer with me to show me my price options. They gave me multiple quotes...one for repair and one to replace. Cape Fears quote was WELL under $1000, contrary to the other quote I had received. Cape Fear took the time to give me a precise free quote. And the car looks great! Just like new! I needed repairs after hitting the barrier near a gas pump. Caliber Collision on Skibo recommended Cape Fear Collision and Body Repair and told me to ask for Nick. I had to work so my father went instead. He told me how professional and thorough the process went to schedule my appointment. I went by later so I wouldnt be a stranger when I picked her up. The young lady at the desk told me about the process my baby was undergoing THEN invited me back to meet the men responsible and to see the work STILL IN PROGRESS! I told her I didnt think that was allowed, but she told me thats your vehicle and you have a right to see it when you want. I was sold!! I spoke to the painter and he walked me around my car explaining what hed done and I spoke to Nick who explained what had been repaired, how and what was left. I was so impressed and elated I stayed and talked to all of them another 40 minutes or so. Come to find out the woman at the front was his mother! For my time and money there isnt a better choice than grade A service, at a fair price, high quality work from polite professionals that are family oriented and from the local area! I keep Nicks cards just in case because everyone should be treated the way I was at Cape Fear Collision and Repair. THANK BRO!
