Wish I could do zero stars. Went through the drive thru today and got 3 drinks. 2 cold, 1 hot. They handed us the drinks in a carrier. So far so good. Well, as soon as I took the HOT as HELL drink out of the carrier, the top popped off (not securely put on) and HOT coffee immediately started coating my hand. The cup had been filled COMPLETELY to the top!! Burned my hand and ruined my mood!!

Great, quick service. Staff is always friendly and patient, they never take long to make the drinks. Pastries are delicious as well. Yes, its overpriced (hence 4 stars), but what else do you expect at a Starbucks? Overall pretty good place.

I love Starbucks. I love their coffee. Their sandwiches are also very good. I usually go to the drive-thru, so things are fast & timely. They also have a place to sit & study or visit with a friend both inside & outside.

Ordered iced chi tea with less milk and more tea. They are so accommodating 😊

Helpful and friendly baristas! I love their chai tea and sweet treats. I frequent this one the most of other Starbucks around. They can break down the price for you if the higher ups change prices so your informed before you buy

I have never seen so many Art History PhDs in my life before. But they sure can make me a nice cup of coffee I guess.

My in-laws go to this Starbucks and the baristas have their drinks memorized. You can accrue stars at this Starbucks but you cannot redeem them. I enjoy when the baristas offer hot samples of the treats 😋. This location doesn’t always have the newest drink or treat that has been released so that’s a bit disappointing. Overall, this location is way better than dealing with the turkey creek congestion.

I was at at this Starbuck’s location today and asked for a venti green tea with light ice. The barista informed me that for LIGHT ICE it would be a $0.60 charge!!! due to a new policy. This is freaking ridiculous! I called customer service & the lady told me that she had never heard of such, that this was not a company policy, but that individual stores can implement their own policies. I have frequented this store often, needless to say, I will go elsewhere for my Starbuck’s needs. Dissatisfied Customer

My wife is never dissapointed when I pick up her favorite drink from this location. Its always made right.
