We have heard great things about SYNLawn and are ready to have our backyard fully installed with turf. I have tried contacting multiple times for a quote and never get a response back. We were told Joe would reach out same day or the next day at the latest, and we never heard anything. Now we have to reach out to other contractors.

We recently had our entire backyard replaced with SYNLawn and we could not be happier. what a difference the small investment made in the cleanliness of the backyard. no more muddy paws from the dogs and no more mowing grass either. While I cannot speak to the quality of the finished product yet, Joe from SynLawn Michigan was extremely professional, timely, knowledgeable, and helpful through the quote process. He came out to our home and sent us a quote in a matter of days. He taught us about the installation process. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. We are not able to get the turf installed yet, but I can already tell that working with Joe would be a very positive experience compared to other situations I have been in with landscape services and providers.
