Had a pellet stove recently installed. Got a quote, paid then received a call THE MORNING of my install saying they were off on material and it’s gonna cost a little more. Being I already paid for the stove and was ready for my install I figured $100-$200 is reasonable. I understand being a little off on an estimate. Well a week after having my stove I get a bill in the mail for $500. I called and was told nothing they can do. They don’t know if it was the installer or them that got the quote wrong. So I asked, “I’ve gotta pay for someone else’s mistake” and was told “yes pretty much”. Will never be utilizing them again and would recommend others shop around.

I’m gosh. They were so helpful. Once my stove arrived they had it installed and did a great job. Mr red cloud and his crew did a amazing job and were polite and explain everything. Jason was great Thx you raindrops.

I wasnt greeted nicely, just a stare. I tried talking to employees and asking for a price but they just joked with each other. I tried to find stuff on my own for about 20min and then just decided to leave. I wanted to buy a fireplace. I got more help from other customers there than the employees also.

We have bought a Quadra-Fire wood burning stove and a sprinkler system from Lloyd at Raindrops. He and his staff are honest, hardworking people that know their stuff! I would highly recommend this company, you can shop there and know that they will treat you right and stand behind their excellent products.

I purchased a hot tub from Rain Drops in 2001. The hot tub has work like a champ. I periodically clean the tub, and lube the parts so that it stays in working condition. However, the circuit board eventually broke and needed to be replaced.I called Rain Drops to visit my house and ensure, that ... yes it is a defective circuit board. After leaving multiple messages w/o any response. I finally called another hot tub company.The other (new) hot tub company agreed the circuit board was defective, and unfortunately he did not have that model, and that they were no longer made.I called Rain Drops again, and asked if they had a circuit board for my model hot tub. The service tech wrote things down, and mentioned he would call me back w/I 1-2days. After 1+- week, I came to the conclusion he was not going to call back. I then left another message with another service tech and two messages with the people at the front desk. All mentioned, that Raindrops has an assortment of circuit boards. Needless to say, I never received a follow-up phone call, message or anything.I am convinced Raindrops wants nothing to do with repairing , helping, servicing my hot tub.

I wouldnt shop anywhere first, as these guys are the best in town. Steve helped me out quickly and found all the parts I needed and under just a couple of minutes. Thank you!

It was great working with a company where the staff knew their products inside and out. They were not only able to answer our questions right away, but were also able to offer us good suggestions based on our questions and concerns. Not only did we get a great spa, but we also learned a lot.

Awful customer service. My husband and I needed to get our hot tub repaired. It took us over 9 weeks to finally have it completed. I left a message nearly everyday just to have someone call me back just to set up an initial appointment. That took 3 weeks. Finally, the guy came as looked at it, figured out what was wrong, said he would order the part. Another 2 weeks went by and we had heard nothing. We called and left message after message and finally someone returned our call. We scheduled an appointment to replace the part. The guy never showed. My husband called down after he was 2 hours late. No one knew anything then said our part wasnt even in. Turns out the tech was sick and that was the reason for the no show. No call or anything. Another week goes by with no new information, then finally the tech calls and wants to come put the part in. Finally, after we had given up all hope, it was up and working again. Would not recommend anyone to use them EVER!! Worst experience I have every had with any business in town.

Reading other reviews about the service of this company, I realize that I am not alone. We recently moved to the Aztec/Farmington area and needed to get our hot tub up and running. Apparently, it was diagnosed by a Raindrops service person, with a broken circuit board and control panel. It has taken multiple weeks to get a call back from them even after leaving messages with their front office. I even visited them in person and was given the itll be in, in a week runaround. It has been 3 months and still no word from them or a working hot tub. I am very disappointed because they came highly recommended.

Walked around store looking for information about gas fireplace or insert to replace wood fireplace. After 30 minutes of walking around and noticing 4 employees and no one asked if we needed help. The wife and myself decided to leave, on the way to the door we finally got a Do you folks need any help , obviously a little late.
