I enjoy how quick it is to get in and pay my bills and head out. Most of the time, theres hardly anyone here so my wait is usually short b4 Im outta there.

Farmington cellular has great service and appreciate the help.

Poor service if i could rate it a 0 star it would be great. this location the ladies that work here are extremely rude. this location should be close instead of the mall location i’ve never had a problem there. it is so hot to wait outside and stand in line and no place to sit at least the mall would be nice and have cold air i rather stand inside than outside in a hot weather.

Rude costumer service. They didnt come out to tell me to go inside. They kept skipping me Everytime I would go in they would say please wait in your vehicle well come out to you, but nothing. Worse place ever.

Was able to get the phone/SIM cards & activated the we were after 📲. + They added 10GB per month because of Covid-19.

I love this location the most I am always greeted while entering the location staff are always cleaning the environment at this location is friendly and welcoming

It’s too dang hot to be standing outside in over a 90 degree weather. why can’t the mall location be open where it’s inside and at least has the ac on. i see elderly with there walkers and cane waiting in the hot heat and are not able to sit inside the building at least i see them struggling hold the door to get inside. and people try to sit in there cars people end of cutting in line complaining i use to love cellularone it so hot to stand outside especially breathing in our air in our masks and there’s no social distancing people standing in the parking lot. totally unorganized.

You can get a frindly person who greets yu but when you reach the register you can forget about a nice helping worker i know we have a pandemic going on workers should at least pretend they luv there jobs! Its too hot to be waiting outside just to b treated like garbage when you finally make it in

Went to store today saw at least 7 workers with only 4 registers only 3 three people assisting customers and one lady just sitting doing nothing. and 3 others as well mostly standing but wiping greeting. it is so hot to come and wait outside and 8 am is too early because people travel far. with having that many workers why couldnt the mall be open where it is nice and cool and where i could be in a building.........

Wait time too long. it’s too hot to stand outside. shiprock always closes early and this location has unhelpful service. the gallup and farmnington mall has great services. came in to farmington location because i’ll be going out of town and was hoping the mall location was open i’ve never enjoyed going to the store location the ladies always rude. decided to leave poor services no help and too hot

Waited in the heat just to have rude people help me. i normally don’t go to this location because of poor service. i’ve always gotten great service from the mall workers ayden shanna and olly at least they take the time to help me with my needs. when will that location be open so i could go over there for my cellphone needs.

Poor service need better ladies who know what customer service is this location has ladies that talk personal issues while one another helping peeples just gossiping ladies and making fun of customers this happen all while i was in store wish ther was 0 stars

Wait is to long especially during this time. got rude kashiers just want to rush get done with assisting customers and not really listen to customers got elderly waiting in the heat with no where to be seated 8 am is too early by the time i get there sometimes a long wait and i travel far

I dont really get my mobile phone there anymore except their phone selection are very outstanding its awesome.

The service was good on the Rez but I wanted an iPhone XS Max, which they didn’t have.
