Get a txt to get a new Sim card. Said they can not do anything for me. Itll just make the phone worse! What kinda bs is that? I made a round trip to Bloomfield and back. To recieve a txt message you can not even honor and you tell me....my new Sim card from Tmobile is gonna make my phone worse!!! Come on.....Superintendent needs to check on these employees!!!

PHONE SALES REVIEW:DONT TRY TO PORT YOUR NUMBERS OVER TO T MOBILE!! They will LIE to get your business.Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the hassle! Im on day THREE of trying to fix having done so. Constantly getting switched to dozens of different outsourced operators who dont know what they are doing or just LIE to you! And I was one hold for hours. I literally spent 6 hours on the phone with T mobile.Only to find out that they lied to get my service (which they cant successfully activate) and now they think they dont have to remedy that.

My experience at T-mobile was that the sales floor personnel could be more friendly and have more knowledge of their products and promotions. I went there in mind of becoming a customer and after seeing how the rep only wanted to sell me on a higher plan and not something that might be affordable, Im gonna pass. To all that might be interested please do your research with the current promotion. If you do decide to go with T-mobile try setting up online, you may have better luck.

Worst experience EVER!! T-Mobile should not allow such rude & disrespectful people to represent their brand. They refused to help me until I called T-Mobile customer care & they had to call to resolve my concern. The manager/owner was incompetent & allows his employees to disrespect customers. The girl was more concerned, if she was going to get in trouble for being so rude which as a customer service manager I wouldve fired her after her behavior. They definitely ALL need customer service training and people skills in general. They give T-Mobile a bad name.
