What a difference in service between the Farmington Store and the Durango store. Tiffany was quite helpful in solving some problems with our iphone12. She gave us some good tips., and service with a smile.

Get a txt to get a new Sim card. Said they can not do anything for me. Itll just make the phone worse! What kinda bs is that? I made a round trip to Bloomfield and back. To recieve a txt message you can not even honor and you tell me....my new Sim card from Tmobile is gonna make my phone worse!!! Come on.....Superintendent needs to check on these employees!!!

Bought both parents new phones, thanks to the employee that helped me. Very much understood and pretty calm in telling me about what plans there is to choose from. We enjoyed the visit. Employee did their best and most foremost their attention ☺

PHONE SALES REVIEW:DONT TRY TO PORT YOUR NUMBERS OVER TO T MOBILE!! They will LIE to get your business.Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the hassle! Im on day THREE of trying to fix having done so. Constantly getting switched to dozens of different outsourced operators who dont know what they are doing or just LIE to you! And I was one hold for hours. I literally spent 6 hours on the phone with T mobile.Only to find out that they lied to get my service (which they cant successfully activate) and now they think they dont have to remedy that.

My experience at T-mobile was that the sales floor personnel could be more friendly and have more knowledge of their products and promotions. I went there in mind of becoming a customer and after seeing how the rep only wanted to sell me on a higher plan and not something that might be affordable, Im gonna pass. To all that might be interested please do your research with the current promotion. If you do decide to go with T-mobile try setting up online, you may have better luck.

The staff was quick, friendly, and they had answers to all of my questions. They told me about all the plans and there benefits to ensure I had the correct plan for me while not breaking the bank. Overall a wonderful experience.

Worst experience EVER!! T-Mobile should not allow such rude & disrespectful people to represent their brand. They refused to help me until I called T-Mobile customer care & they had to call to resolve my concern. The manager/owner was incompetent & allows his employees to disrespect customers. The girl was more concerned, if she was going to get in trouble for being so rude which as a customer service manager I wouldve fired her after her behavior. They definitely ALL need customer service training and people skills in general. They give T-Mobile a bad name.

They werent open when they should have been. Also had trouble getting a straight answer about how getting a new phone would affect our current plan. Otherwise we love TMobile...just not necessarily this store for it...
