Great customer service!!! Will be getting all my work essentials from there... 1 year later and this store has totally 180d i went in for coveralls and boots last Sunday and when I went to the cashier they tried to up charge me on all my items $160 for $130 coveralls $95 for $85 boots and the cashier with a smug attitude says you didnt see this sign i printed that says we charge higher than msrp so it doesnt matter what the price is we basically charge what we want theyll never get my business again!!!!!!!

I went into the store looking for uniforms for my new career. Sarah greeted my family and I at the door. I explain what I was looking for and inform me of the selections and didnt hoover our us. When I found the perfect look I needed some more items that werent in stock. Sarah inform me that when I check out she could order them and i could pay for it in advance. THE QUALITY OF THE CLOTHES ARE GREAT and Im sure you will fine it in your price range. From mechanic workers, road workers, truck drivers, scrubs, to chef they have it. As we checkout Sarah gave our son a little gift to remember her and it made his day!

Place looks like its rundown.. the cashiers listening to their cellphones and not helping the clients.. Sad to see a great store going down that path.

So far so good. One of the few places to buy Fire Resistant clothing .... didnt think Id ever buy a hundred dollar shirt but thats what they go for ...

The staff was nice. Really like the quality of there merchandise. But I do not recommend using their embroidery shop. I had a few shirts done and the stitching was very small not of high-quality. Every hard to see.

I stopped in just to try on Thorogood boots. I was greeted as I walked in, and employee made sure I was taken care of while I was there. I’d go back.

Loved this place...had the exact kind of work boots ive been wanting! Plus got some work pants and sone other accessories.

My girlfriend ALWAYS reads reviews and I’d say they play about a 60% role in the outcome of buying or not buying. I always tease her about reviews and honestly never thought I myself would write one but this place is so awesome I just had to show this storeSome love. First off if you are a fan orCarhartt workwear then you will love this place. Best selection I have seen in Dallas. And if they don’t ha e a size your looking for they will special order free of charge. I was like a kid in a candy store when I walked in this place. If you use gpsTo find it you may have some trouble and end up going in circles like I did but it was worth the effort. I look forward to many trips to this place my new favorite store.

Who Me,I like the place, all the staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They have the Original Dickies with warranty on workmanship and satisfaction. I just dont like the wide belt loops. I recommend you visit.

Really poor customer service. The guy there do not care if you are ordering the right stuff and doesnt explain the item list.
