Left boots there for a week for sole savers and stretch. Go to pick them up and no sole savers… guy looks at me and says well I guess the lady didn’t write it down… like it’s my fault. Poor customer service. BACK to ROMAS. In the end of t is my fault for leaving a place that never made any mistakes.

This was my second time to bring a pair of shoes in to be repaired. Just like the first time, I wasnt disappointed.This time I took in a pair of dress boots. I needed the heel caps replaced as one came off; I decided to have the other one done too so both would be new. I dropped them off on Wednesday and picked them up on Friday morning. Not only were the caps replaced, they polished the boots for me; came back looking nicer than when I purchased them! The total cost was a little over $17.When I went to pick up my shoes, I showed the owner a pair of dress shoes my husband wanted resoled. The owner looked at them and was honest with me; the shoes couldnt be resoled and the cheap fix my husband did on the heels was good. Since he noticed the insoles were coming up, he glued them for no charge.During these times, when their business has taken a hit, I wasnt overcharged and they didnt repair my husband shoes just to get money. The owner is very friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions.

Highly highly recommend. I was in Dallas for about 36 hrs and called them on a Saturday and he had my old, worn out, holey dress boots resoled in about 2 hrs and looking like they were straight out of the box. Very nice gentleman running the outfit. Would definitely give them my business again

I highly recommend this place! I have taken boots in for repair a few years ago and I remember the service being quick. More recently, the strap on one of my expensive purses tore so I took it in to see if it could be repaired. Every person I interacted with at this store were so polite and they were able to fix the strap on my purse within a few days and at such a fair price!

Absolutely love love love this place!I brought in a beloved book that I somehow tore the bottom of the boot off. I was devastated because they’re my favorite. So I hoped on yelp and I found Messina’s!!The store has the cutest items for purchase as well and it took every bit of restraint to avoid buying everything I wanted!!!The lady that took my shoe in (I forgot her name) was kind and said my boot would be ready in a couple days.I came back a week later since I was caught up with work all week and my boot was perfect!!!They did such a good job and even gave me a tip on fixing my favorite heels on my own.I’m so glad I found this place!!!

I took in two pairs of shoes that needed cleaning. Did not have much hope that they could be cleaned satisfactorily. When I picked them up, they looked like new. Could not believe the terrific job he had done. Will never go to another shoe shop. This guy is wonderful.
