It was a great experience! Derek was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I purchased 2 phones a tablet and accessories so I received a lot of information and Derek explained everything so well I didnt feel overwhelmed.

We had a great experience working with Danielle today! We knew what we wanted when we came in and she helped to make sure we understood the pricing and then helped us get everything switched over from the old phone to the new phone. On top of great service, she was very personable and even handled my husbands terrible jokes like a pro. We would definitely work with her again.

Awful, awful service today. Sales rep was incredibly rude and short with not only my wife and I, but the two customers before us.There is no reason to treat people with that amount of disrespect. We are there to buy your product… and your staff essentially pushes us away… what sense does that make? I will gladly drive to Owatonna or Waseca before ever visiting this place again.

***** Tiffany, best customer representative *****We have problem with phone being locked from previous carrier. Today 4/19/2021 my nephew I got there 5pm and the store will be closing at 7pm. If you are not up to speed on gigabytes etc data don’t let the reps talk you into the the mobile Jetpack leaving you with an impression of unlimited HIGH SPEED internet. Certainly not applicable for a student needing online learning support. Upon complaining how quickly the high speed data disappeared I was told........well...... you did have the 14 days to cancel. You can upgrade to unlimited data but it’s not the same. I recommend the rep Noah who is straightforward and honest and finally set me straight. However, now I have a useless 2 yr contract and hardly happy. Kathleen

Working with MaKayla was super easy. Went in to upgrade my phone and walked out about 45 minutes later. Super fast and probably my best experience in a Verizon or Apple store to upgrade a phone.

The staff members at Verizon are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. We have always received quick, exceptional service there. They provide good sales service without being pushy. They listen. They also stand behind their products. When you walk in with an issue after having purchased a product they act quickly to solve your problem. This is a real advantage compared to buying online. Verizon Faribault is a great store with a great staff.

Went in this morning because my old phone died for good and I needed to connect remotely for work. Jeffrey tried valiantly to revive my old phone but unfortunately it couldn’t be saved. I went to this store specifically because I had checked iPhone in stock through Verizon ahead of time and they were one of the few stores in the region that was well stocked and had the phone I wanted. Jeffrey was able to get me set up with a phone with the specs I wanted, very quickly and easily. I was in and out the door in about 40 minutes, and able to get back to work. I also want to note that there was hand sanitizer at every table and wipes were being used to disinfect surfaces as other customers were going in and out. It was a very good experience and was worth the hour round trip drive to get to that specific location. Thanks.
