Alex Lopez @ Faribault Minnesota T-Mobile Store is Top Notch! Alex will deal with three people at a time and everyone leaves satisfied with the services he provides no matter how long you have to wait. This type of customer service is hard to get these days. Highly recommended this store.

Went in there a couple weeks ago, hoping to buy a case and screen protector for my new 13 Pro. As the store is small, it’s usually crowded and congested. I could be OK with that; however, the two employees there, who were assisting other customers, didn’t even look up and acknowledge me as I stood there and struggled in various ways to view the information on the other side of the accessories packages that were locked up on the wall. They continued to converse in Spanish to the 6-8 Spanish-speaking customers crowded around the counter. They totally ignored me. I finally walked out, disgusted.I ended up visiting a Verizon store that sold iPhone accessories and whose manager stepped up to welcome me and help me with my purchase of an Otterbox case and a tempered glass screen protector, which he installed in minutes while I waited.The Faribault T-Mobile store will never see my business again for phones or anything else. If they’d just looked up and acknowledged I was there, I’d be OK with waiting while they assisted other customers. Guess I didn’t speak the right language.

Okay so my mom and I had been sprint customers for years, and weve also been trying to get away from sprint for at least 3 of those years but that was really difficult to do without jumping through 20 hoops and paying an arm and a leg, not to mention not having anyone that could actually help us. So yesterday when we finally got to switch to T-Mobile with some help from Jose, it was absolutely amazing. He had so much patience with us and explained everything in an honest way which really helped us trust him. And so far I love my new phone and have had good service even in a slightly questionable area! Thanks Jose, my mom and I really appreciate your help!

Went in just to purchase a new phone today with my Grandma. We were helped by Cydney who did not seem the least bit happy or pleasant and did not nicely explain things to my grandmother. Rated a 2 only because the service was pretty fast.

I recently had a great experience at this store. The staff here were more than accommodating and patient with my indecision. Im able to say I left the store a satisfied customer and thats thanks to the effectiveness of the sales and business tactics exercised by the employees. Thanks again guys!

Online, they advertise that they are open until 8pm. When we arrived, they post 7pm as closing. I would suggest changing that so that way prospective customers dont waste their time after work.

Extremely poor customer service by Cydney & a un-name tagged male today. They did not seem the least bit happy; blatantly chose to ignore my family (except for the few words when necessary for set-up), although we purchased a new phone and added a new line to our policy. Also, they did not relay what the added cost to our bill would be each month.

I went to the store because my phone would turn on all the way. The guy takes a look at it and says that I can have a warranty were I pay $30 and theyll get a new one shipped in. Ill receive a text come in and pay/pick it up. I get the text to come so I come in. Now some lady says I cant get it because Im not the account holder. So I send the account holder in and now they say they cant because of water damage. They tell me one thing but do another. Horrible service on top of it. Waste of time and money!

The workers here are very uneducated, I when there. Today to pick up a phone and the phone just had a crack, it wasnt even a big one. They said they wont take my phone because of the crack. I say do not coming here, its awful.

RUN .I spent 2 and a half hrs in there to switch phone carriers but kept my number,that was 4;weeks ago they put some # wrong in the port,they keep saying its fixed but has wrong number in phone and only got $10 credit and still not rrightQ
