Staff was so fast, I didnt even wait in line.So Today I get to go back and return another item. This visit Today doesnt even feeling a chore.

I had the opportunity to work with Jay on issues I was having printing some reports I needed for a meeting. The issue was just that I had no idea what I was doing! Jay was very patient with me and explained what I needed to do. He checked to see if I had received the prints and was exceedingly pleasant throughout our interaction! Great Employee!

Went here twice. The workers were amazing both time. I came to print a label (USPS) and it was free! The store is clean and has friendly, welcoming atmosphere! Much better than USPS in my area.

I had two large rugs which I ordered through Amazon I wanted to return. Erica at the 13th Ave UPS store went way above and beyond to help me with this return. It was quite complicated. In my 64 years, I have never received such good customer service from anyone. Thank you Erica. You are the best!

Representative on the phone wasnt able to assist, and when I asked for the survey after the call, he transfered to a different representative to prevent the survey from being taken.

I have not had a bad experience at any UPS store and this was no exception. Joe helped me out today when I showed up without a box or bag for my return even offering to cover my packaging fee which blows my mind so thank you Joe. For how busy it was I was in and out. Will always use UPS over usps purely for the customer service.

If you are mailing your family gifts due to not being able to be together due to covid this is not the place to go. The worker who helped me did not have a mask on, no plexiglass (which all businesses should have) and there was another worker there with a mask hanging from one of her ears.A business like this should realize that people are likely mailing stuff because they cant be with family. I will NEVER again go to The UPS Store on Veterans Ave or 13th Ave as they are owned by the same irresponsible person. Our communtiy needs people to step up and wear masks so we can slow the spread of a virus during a pandemic. My money will be spent at businesses that care about our community.

I had a great experience printing with UPS. I brought in a pdf file of my wedding invitation, and Cassie helped me with the final touches. The invitations and envelopes were ready to go the next day and looked awesome. All of the employees were kind and helpful. Overall the process was quick, easy, and reasonably priced.

Delivery is pathetic and list just goes on. I think drivers needs classes.

Ive always have good service at this location. Today we stopped in and Kyle was the only one working. It was really busy, with many drop offs, and a bit of a line. Throughout it all Kyle maintained a cheerful and helpful demeanor, even though it was obvious he was getting swamped. I felt he deserved a shout-out for his efforts. He seems like a great employee, one anyone would be lucky to have. Keep up the good work Kyle, and the rest of the UPS Store staff!

Thank you!The reason for 4 stars, not 5, is that in general the UPS stores and official UPS dont know what is going on with each other. If I have a question, all I hear is that they are not the same company and they cant help.So thanks again to the store staff.

Had a complicated shipment involving legal docs and Rachael was amazing. At each step in the process she made sure everything was done correctly and I just tracked my packages and they are being delivered even quicker than I expected. I highly recommend this store.

Ive had multiple packages delivered through this location and carrier and every time Ive had to go to this ups store to pick up a package. Every package has ended up being at least a week late and the employees have always proved to offer horrible customer service. Every time I have an interaction with this carrier and ups store I cant help but wonder why I paid for shipping at all after all the hoops theyve made me jump through to get an item Ive already paid for. I will never be relieved or happy to see UPS as the listed carrier for any future items I may purchase.

I highly recommend using the UPS Store on 13th Ave. I designed all of my wedding stationary (invitations, programs, and table and name cards) and had them printed here. Cassie was super easy to work with. She printed, trimmed, cut, and scored everything exactly how I wanted. She also did everything quickly. I don’t think anything took longer than 48 hours. Cassie also printed out samples for me so that I could make sure everything was how I wanted before printing the entire job. This was a very easy business to work with, which I really appreciated when I had so much other stressful wedding planning going on.

If you’re shipping freight let Erica help you. She went above and beyond to get my crate sent across country and keep me updated. When a problem came up she was right on top of it to resolve the issue.

Not just for your shipping needs, however they are amazing at what they are known best for......shipping! Never an issue. What I didnt know and now experience is the wonders of logo designs for business, production of business cards, printing of pamphlets/brochures and/or other marketing material. Stopped by to ship a gun part that ups had dropped off at my door a week prior. the staff was actually really helpful and said it was more so policy and someone had actually called it in to see if there was something they could do or work around. They said they would need papers and it would be easier just to go to ups terminal instead. 5 stars to the friendly staff that is commonly known to Fargo but I couldnt give a good score to a liberal company that is clearly afraid to handle a small gun part. Even if its just to give it to ups terminal less than a half a mile away. I guess I should of just said it was sporting goods fedex store was more than happy to ship my clearly labeled gun parts

I was having a complicated and disorganized issue, with a shipment (not associated with her store in any way) that was damaged, and a matter of time. Erica was of great assistance, and knew exactly how to handle the situation. She helped me resolve the problems I was having, with needing to get the product returned, and reimbursed. She was able to get the shipping company moving on the process, faster than they were initially interested. She also tracked the progress of this problem, and called me when things appeared to be resolved. Which they were indeed. If I, or anyone, is needing advice or assistance with a shipping problem, or a solution of some sort. I would definitely recommend talking to Erica. While I was in her store, ( which was immaculate ) I saw that she was able to help others with issues, that were also of significance. She is a problem solver ! Thank you very much !

Ive been working with Cassie over the past few days to get some invites printed. She was amazing to work with! We talked on the phone as we were emailing pictures of ideas back and forth. She even printed the PDF I emailed to her onto one of the color options and emailed me back a picture of what it looked like before I ordered a large amount. Im extremely impressed with the great customer service! I will be doing future printing with UPS! Thank you Cassie!

No one left me a note in my door when my shipment coming. I was lucky I call other wise they send my shipment back. Some drivers dont do their job.

I ordered a product online and had it shipped to my apartment but on the day of out for delievery no one came. I was home all day. I get packages on a regular basis so why this box found its way back to the store with not even a notice on my door perplexed me. I wrote to the store I purchased from and they said no problem! Well send it out again monday. Monday 4pm here I am with no package. Why they will deliver a huge box for a clothing rack but not a 5 pound bag of aquarium sand is beyond me. I work overtime every week on top of having a 6 week old. I dont have the time to run to ups. So thanks for nothing.

Tracking states my package has been in Fargo for two days. It also says its being delayed due to weather. We havent had any bad weather in Fargo. Complete garbage. Next day air and its been 4 days now. Is it really that hard to do your damn job?
