I used to work here and the wait times would be super quick! We made sure of that. I literally waited for almost 30 mins in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me.I asked for an ice drink and when they gave it to me hot, they got an attitude. Rude employees and horrible wait times. It used to be so good. What happened??😫😭

Lobby is open, but you can only order via your phone or go through the drive thru. So as Im standing there I cannot verbally order I have to pull out my phone and order, what a joke. So if you are driving anything big dont bother stopping just keep on driving.

Apparently they close their lobby at 2 pm here. No sign saying the lobby was going to be closed or anything. The lady that worked just told me she is closing the lobby and I am the cut off point. Only 3 cars in the drive through, and was still serving everyone else in the lobby but decided that I was the one who wouldnt be served. I understand there is a staffing shortage but they weren’t busy and had 4 employees working. I’m hoping the owner gets rid of the staff that is turning away money for them. Definitely would NOT recommend going to this Starbucks.

Everytime me and my girlfriend go we order the usual. She always request a hot coco with whipped cream on top and myself order a mocha cookie crumble that its made to perfection.

Respectfully, go to any other Starbucks in town. This one never has ingredients stocked for the drinks lmao. Waste of time.

Just visited on 4/23 a little before 9 am. The staff working was the absolute nicest from beginning to end and was also efficient and my coffee of course tastes amazing. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks! This is now my go to location in town!

Lobby is closed and i have to go through the drive through to pick up a mobile order. The whole point of a mobile order is to skip the line and now i have to wait in it for a drink Ive already purchased. Worst starbucks in town. You should just say on the app you are closed because this is ridiculous. It defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

Ordered online and went to pickup - the Cafe was closed. Barista inside refused to unlock the door and give me my drink. Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes and the Barista at the window was extremely rude, condescending and stated she couldnt return my order. She offered no resolution and said You got your drink. This was 5/29 at 6pm. This Barista is no face for Starbucks! Will not return to this location.

20 some car line in the drive up because they dont pay attention. 2 minute wait inside 30 minute wait outside. Do better this is shameful, maybe change to McDonalds coffee place if this is the standard

They were out of almost every drink that I wanted to order and no tea. When I tried to order anything they said they were out.

A drive through in a strip mall.... Who would have thought it. Service was good but cashier was obviously new ( not a bad thing just kept asking if that was a medium) Met a fellow travelers from New England in line.Brinks guy was loading up behind the counter I thought it was a barista with a Glock St first..... The thought made me smile and think it must be a rough part of Fargo.

Randomly close the drive thru and lobby. Order ahead and lobby is closed then there are 10+ cars in the drive thru. No time to wait, you have to contact customer service to get your money back if you ordered ahead. Says they open at 5 AM and they arent actually open until 5:30. Waited 20 minutes when someone was there and I had ordered on the mobile app. Will not come back to this location again.

Forty below zero. Seventeen cars in the drive thru. Was not getting out of my car and the number of cars didnt deter me. The line went fast. Service was great and the barista, friendly.

Bigger cafe than it appears! This coffee shop looks tiny, but its narrow and huge on the inside. There are several comfy chairs, a long table, a lomg bench area with small chairs...its great! Lots of Friendly employees and good vibes.

You cant beat a venti white chocolate mocha and a vanilla bean scone. Just sitting at the drive thru is heavenly with the coffee scents wafting out the window.

Very unreliable service, changes their store hours almost DAILY. Its impossible to keep up. Shuts down order ahead frequently....most of the time due to be short staffed which I understand but it is still frustrating when u never know when the store is open.

Our first time in a Starbucks. Nice place, looked clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Most items displayed, a few you do have to ask if it available at the time.

I am really thankful for their wifi and the free coffee (the hospitality). My mobile internet was down, and had to attend a important zoom meeting. The wifi save me. I am really thankful.

Absolutely amazing customer service! My drink was delicious too. There were ten cars in the drive through and they got through the line faster than I have seen at any other drive through. The women who served my drink was so cheerful despite the busy drive though and inside. It really made my day. My new favorite Starbucks!

The past month I have been there several times and every time they have been out of a drink I have ordered. One time it took three drink orders for them to have a drink in stock. They need to manage their inventory better.

Fast & convenient.

I sat outside and its not enjoyable. The long line of cars snaking out of the drive thru cause unsafe conditions throughout the parking lot. I placed my order via the app and stood in the entry to collect my drinks. After waiting much longer than the promised 11-14 minutes, my drink order finally arrived and I was told the delay was due to a faulty printer.When that and an unsafe drive thru are the only means to place an order, a higher priority should be placed on ensuring order tracking is operational.

(West Fargo Starbucks) Good store, good staff. Quick to fill orders, and Im pretty sure I got an extra discount this time so Im extra happy with them right now.I find the staff here very friendly, courteous and efficient even when - or especially when - theyre busy. Ive heard thats not always true, but my experience has always been good.I dont mind one bit that Ive been roped in to Starbucks culture. Im happy to visit this or any store in my area because they all seem to take care of my coffee wants. Thank you Starbucks for having such good, caring staff.

(9/11/21) Nick is an absolute gem whenever Ive visited the store this last month.Emily was training two green beans this morning (8/4/19) and was doing a great job providing clear instructions and feedback, all while staying cool under pressure with the drive through and cafe orders all around them. The new partners were eager to learn, had positive attitudes, and took pride in the drinks they were learning how to make. Seems like a really great atmosphere to work in.

The baristas are very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Like any Starbucks, there are busy times. If you don’t like waiting, do a mobile order and pickup in the store.

This place could have gotten 5 stars, great flavor but they did not have what I wanted. They had red cup that would give you a 50 Cent for a refill. And it was out of stock with popular items like that there should be back up...

Currently in the drive-thru with a one year old. Great drinks but dont do drive-thru if you have a baby with you. It wont go well since it takes about 20 years to get through.

It would be most helpful if the scanner at the counter recognized a reward transaction. Currently the cashier needs to be informed...why? Software should be able to handle this seamlessly. And the cashier can be saved keystrokes and additional customer interaction during busy times. If the idea is for the cashier to impart some sort of adulation for earning free coffee/food, it is certainly not happening that way. Starbucks is a big company and should not have software bugs that are so easy to fix.

Amazing drinks pretty fast service and very nice workers

I love this place. It gets really busy but the service is really good. Once I forgot my wallet so i was going to havw them cancel my order. They put it on the house for me which was really nice of them. I am a regular customer.

I love and go to Starbucks every week. The staff at this location are nice and fast. They always fail to make drinks to higher expectations, I’m always let down here so now I drove the extra mile to go somewhere else.

Went thru the drive thru today and thought at the speaker my amount was high so I put my order in the app and noticed it was about a dollar less then what she told me. when I got up to the window and asked why she said she didn’t know. I showed her the app and she still couldn’t tell me why and didn’t bother asking one of the 5 people around her. Overall a pretty weird reaction. She Just kinda shrugged it off like whatever number she told me must be right. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I just picked up ordered two lattesNeither were what I ordered.One was plain coffee with 2 raw sugars and cream which certainaly not what a ordered.Pretty high priced coffee.I paid $9.57 for plain coffee???

I visit this store on a weekly basis. The drive-thru is a perk, but so is going inside. The staff here is great and helpful and seems to always have a smile on. Even though this is typically one of the busiest Starbucks that is why we choose to go there. The diversity and familiar faces make it a fun place to visit. The sandwiches, breakfast and pastry items make it a great destination for a fun lunch or quick fix and a great alternative to other fast food choices. How about that Starbucks Iced Coffee though?

First (and last) time visiting Starbucks. Had to skirt between their drive-thru procession of cars to reach front door. Welcomed by a cloud of exhaust fumes. Tried to order a decaf coffee, but none available. Staff then shorted our order; requiring an additional ten minutes to pour a plain black coffee. The danish was stale and went in the trash. The coffee was bitter and watery.

I am not a coffee person at all but the girl Im seeing was in the mood for coffee so we decide to stop. I got a strawberry smoothie, to say the least it didnt even get in my car from the pick-up inside. It was flavorless, could barely taste anything. Definitely with not order again.

Seriously the best Starbucks in the F/M area. All of the baristas are insanely sweet and funny. All of the staff here deserve an award for being the best in town, hands down.

Writing this review specifically for the 13th Ave location. I believe most Starbucks stores are more or less on the same level as far as quality and service goes, but this store goes above and beyond. Its right next to my office so I am here everyday, and the staff knows me by name and knows what I want. Very friendly staff.
