We were shopping for a car with my daughter. She did decide on going with Corwin to buy a car because they were honest and were willing to give her a fair trade in for her other car. Corwin was also willing to deal on the price of the car that they were selling. I myself have purchased from them in the past. I definitely would shop for another car with them in the future.

This dealership has ZERO ethical value. I placed a deposit on a FJ Cruiser after being assured about how clean this car was, receiving many photos and video showing how great the condition of this car was. I was convinced. I flew from Denver only to find that the amount of rust and deterioration under this vehicle was extreme. There is no way this Toyota dealer didn’t know about this condition. They listed it in excellent condition and never disclosed the issues. After discovering the problem, they refused to lower the price, replace parts, or offer any warranty to put me at ease. They wouldn’t budge. Their own mechanic said it was “serious , and would need major repairs”. This dealer will sell this 2013 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams edition to the first person that walks in their doors and doesn’t look. It’s not a safe or reliable vehicle! The sales manager never came out to talk to me. This dealership is dishonest, deceitful, and cowardly. Despicable.

Ryan was super helpful, went out of his way to work us in and within a few hours, they had it figured out and sent a car to pick us up. Great place served breakfast things, danish, granola bars,water, coffee, and had a van take us back to the motel and assured us they would pick us up when our car was repaired.Thank you Ryan and all the folks that made our trip so much nicer. They did the paperwork wrong. Sent us the title for the truck we sold. Made us fix their mistakes. Made us drive from Bemidji to Fargo to bring them the title. Took 9 months to get our plates. When our lease is up we will NEVER EVER do business with this place again. We have been loyal customers for 10 years. This was so awful you have lost our business. Shame on you!!!! You dont even deserve one star. Your employees were rude.

They bullied my fiance into trading in her car after her lease was up for a used Kia lemon that we are now stuck with, any paying over a $1000 to fix. The mechanics are also thieves. They decided to take our sunglasses worth over $200 out of the car the day we traded it in, and we called immediately to get them back and it took them days to respond. When they did they did nothing about it, and are still doing nothing. Thanks Corwin. For nothing. Crooks.

If you look at my profile, you will notice that I often leave very favorable reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Corwin Honda. I spent a hefty sum of money and was promised multiple times there would be no add-ons that I did not approve to the price. I sign without them showing me a nifty surprise… I get home, and realize they added a $400 fee for numbers that were etched into the window of the used vehicle that they sold me. They called this a safety feature. I had specifically declined the exact same thing multiple times. Frankly, they did not add this feature. It was on the car when they purchased it from the original owner. They then promise to make it right on a voicemail to me. After more than seven return calls in which I was sent to voicemail, and having this transaction go on for months and months, I have finally given up and have vowed to never bring my business back and tell her absolutely everybody the exact same story. Do not do business with this company. If you want this room be removed, then send me that $400 that you were never supposed to take from me in the first place. I purchase vehicles for cash and I am often in the market, I am saddened to say this is my experience when so many businesses do the customer right.

Bought a brand new car. We had looked under the hood and detected the new vehicle had been jumped before. When we went for a test drive car wouldn’t start. We asked for them to replace the battery since we were driving the car back to CA. They insisted that a quick recharge of the cells would be sufficient. We left in good hopes. We woke up low and behold the battery is bad. Had to spend money out of pocket for replacement battery. That’s just the beginning with this crooked dealership. My sales slip didn’t match up. I had signed paperwork on an agreed price point with a set monthly payment. When my first payment became due I was expected to pay 100$ more per month. Also, in the deal they had promised CA sales tax and registration fees was going to be taken care of by them. When paperwork came in from the DMV no fees were ever paid leaving me responsible with over 3500 of unexpected costs. The worst of it is I called for 3 weeks and was promised it was paid and a check was sent. It never was.... ALL LIES. They are crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They are not true on their word or paperwork for that matter.

Where to start. Corwin use to have good service. But this is the worse service I have ever had from any place EVER. If I could give them a rating from 1 to 10. It would be a -10. There was no communication what so ever. Promising that my truck would be done this one day. I called they said they had other things to do. So they put mine on the back burner basically. And did it 2 weeks later. Had my oil changed, and my oil filter fell off,120 miles down the road. My service airbag light was on. They fixed it. 2 days later it was broke again. I asked to have my vibration on my passenger side front hub fixed. They told they didnt find a thing wrong. But I brought it to another dealership. And they said the right hub is bad. Corwin is WAY over rated. They only care about money

The people at Corwin worked well together to get me into a great car. I called one day and was driving the next day in a car that makes me very happy. The general manager stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of properly and I was treated well by everyone. It was a pleasurable experience from the word go!

**Update it ended up costing me over a thousand dollars to fix the issue on the 2011 they sold me which was missing all 4 tpms meters at time of sale and also see my most recent disappointment getting a 2021***- Traded in my lease 2 WEEKS AGO! The lease payment still came out in the vehicle I traded in. Reached out to the finance manager and he was not helpful and told me I had to call Ally. I called Ally and they told me they never received the paperwork from MY DEALERSHIP to terminate my Jeep, so I had to call the finance manager back again to tell them to send the paperwork. *Purchasing 2011 Ram* Buying the truck was great, but getting the after market and trying to get the tpms fixed has been so painful it gets a 1. They set an appointment at 8 but all the doors are locked and when I did get in the person supposed to check me in was gone. Thought they where gonna check my tpms system cause I told them its not reading tire pressure and has an error message they checked the tire pressure itself so I had to make another appointment to check the issue. They then told me to go back up front and wait for someone to come make an appointment to get it fixed and no one ever came. After about twenty minutes I left and emailed my sales person Justin Marlow. After waiting all day for a response from someone about when to get my grill and when they will fix the tpms I eventually called them myself to make the appointment to figure out what was wrong with the tire pressure gauges (they sold it to me missing all 4 tpms), and as for the grill since justin marlow never responded to me I had to call and speak to a sales manager who told me no Justin Marlow works there and they had no idea about my free grill (but now I see Justin Marlow is a manager so thats strange) after much pain and phone calls and emails they finally cut me a check instead of the grill I was promised. I let it go and even went back to buy my Jeep and then back again to get my new RAM. I traded in my Jeep for a 2021 RAM which they sold me with a nail in the tire and then made me pay to fix/patch the tire on a truck I hadnt even driven a 100 miles yet, and when I got my 2021 Ram back from aftermarket and the low tire light was on... On a brand new truck... The service team never thought to check it out or even just fill the tire, or it got the nail while getting aftermarket put on, and now the payment issue also, it will be hard to imagine going back when my lease is up.

I dont love them. But as a customer..they provide a pleasant experience. Which is all I expect.

Is it possible for them to not lie. Is it possible not to spend a day there. Yes I believe I got a decent deal on my car. My only question is they do this for a living right? Why are they sooooo slow with everything they do. Then they dont want to disclose everything til its over. I will go to the small town dealerships from now on.

Typical dealership. My Service Advisor didnt listen to me or at least take notes. I was willing to drop car off for a couple weeks as I would be traveling for the holidays. I dropped car off. At airport next day they called and said car was ready. I reminded him that I was traveling and would pick up car after the first. Got another call the day after Christmas when I was in Canada. Couldnt remember when I would pick up my car. I told him next week. I wont go back. Why did I have to bring it in right away if they arent that busy. I dont usually give a thumbs down. But I do here.

My mother brought her vehicle to corwin auto in Fargo for routine inspection. When her car wouldn’t start I opened the hood to find the battery in obviously bad condition original battery about 6 years old and heavy corrosion on the terminal. I’m a little annoyed that the service department didn’t suggest an obvious need to keep the care running at optimal performance . Doesn’t seem very professional to me.?

Terrible service. I had to travel for an hour one way after I set up an appointment to look at a truck. After an hour or so of sitting and waiting, I get informed that the vehicle sold before I made my appointment. They then showed me a truck that I told them was out of price range. And they refused to work on the price and offered almost nothing for my current car which is low miles and in perfect condition, and they told me they needed to put $2500 into my car before they put it on the lot. There is not one thing wrong with my car. The salesmen were rude and treated me like I was an idiot and like I didnt know what I was talking about (I attended WyoTech for automotive technology) and tried pushing me into a vehicle I didnt even want to look at. Very highly unimpressed and will never go to them again and recommend that no one does business with these con-artists! If you do decide to work with these people, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!! I would honestly give them a lower than one star rating. NEVER. AGAIN.

My review is for the service center. Ive had an airbag warning for awhile now and finally decided to have it looked at. I was able to select an appointment time online. Upon arrival, I was quickly able to meet with Justin who talked with me about the issue. I mentioned I would wait to find out what the error meant. About 35 minutes later I was told about the issue and one filter that needed replacement. They were able to complete the repair in the next half hour, and I was on my way. Thank you for the help!

Excellent service this last time. When I took it in on a recall notice I didnt have it particularly good experience with the serviceman at the service desk right inside the doors where you wait. I wouldnt want anyone to have to go through the experience I had with him on that day. I hope he has better days ahead of him because if he wants to sell anything he needs to get a better attitude. He was rude and hateful and I hope I never have to go back there except for oil changes and such everybody else has been top of the line patient and kind and very helpful. But that one man who I did not catch his name must have been having a horrible day because I got the end of the stick with him.

Corwin is the best dealership in the area (in my opinion). They have always been courteous and are concerned about your needs when buying a vehicle. The reason for the notch down to 4 stars is the service department. They will say about an hour, then its 90 minutes. Also, asking them to do little things like making sure tire pressure is full and washer fluid is filled gets looked over and tends to never get done.Pro Tip: if someone asks for tire pressure to be checked, we likely already know what they are at due to modern technology and will know when its not filled.

I have always brought my vehicle to Corwin and as I had a recall I of course brought it there . I had it there at 11:15 am and it wasnt done until almost 6 pm. When I scheduled the appt I wish they would have told me the time frame , on the paper I received about my recall it said 2 hrs. I know there was a little unforseen problem but still I could have made some plans. They do have a service that will take you wherever you need but I live further away then where they normally go. In the future they need to give customers a time frame so they can plan accordingly.

Made a key and programed it on the spot! Then we got in our Jeep and spent the next few days airing it out because they sprayed new car spray somewhere in it. It was too strong to find the source.

The work was done well and in less time than expected. However, every associate I came across left something to be desired in the customer service department. There was no real urgency to deal with the person standing right in front of them. I stood in the bay where you drop off your car for over 5 minutes with 3 different people doing nothing at their desks talking to each other and looking at me but making no attempt to greet or service me. Ironically after another associate finished with another customer I was informed that I had to speak to one of the 3 others who had just been standing around.

My husband went in to look at a truck on their web site, they talked him into coming inside then proceeded to ask him a ton of questions about financing and credit scores, before they would even let him see the truck. then finally after he said he was leaving if they didnt let him see it they went to get the keys and came back and said it was already sold! but they had a similar one and they would go get those keys after 10 mins they came and apologized and said they couldnt find the keys, finally another 10 mins later they showed up with them. I have worked with different dealerships and every time I have stopped in here I have been disappointed. Its almost comical how terrible our most recent visit was.

The service center is set up nice, but the wait times are ridiculous. I went for a recall, and I had an appointment at 9 am. Well at 4PM I was still waiting, so I left. I will give them props on there set up, and that there salesman are not overly pushy.

As a mechanic I find it more difficult to buy a used car because I know the cost of working and maintaining them. I ask more complicated questions compared to most. I met devin a sales rep, I have to say its nice to see a sales person with the knowledge and commitment to finding the middle ground.

I hired Corwin Dodge of Fargo to perform approximately $4k in aftermarket service to my vehicle.They caused approximately $8k in damages, with a total cost to repair in the $10-12k range.I have left reviews and pictures, but their PR team is highly skilled. Trying to resolve this without dragging them to court, but they are refusing to do the right thing. It has been 3 months.They are defaulting on a BBB claim, and I will be forced to make a vandalism claim and contact the AGs office in Fargo.
