Amazing and fast service with these guys. Had originally gotten a quote a couple months back, but had car troubles and wasnt able to make it in until recently. They honored the quote, and had it done in under two hours. Great guys and great prices, one of the best places in town to go to.

Excellent service. Quality product... better than the factory 2021 Tahoe rear window. We had an emergency replacement situation where I made 8 calls. Rons Auto Glass opens at 8:00 AM and Mike called me at 7:30 AM. The other guys called at 8. You should feel confident in picking this team to do your glass repair work! Seriously.

Was referred to Rons by an acquaintance of mine that works for a local dealership. I had no idea Rons even existed back there, but Im glad I found them because, first of all, modern windshields (like mine, with the rain-sense wiper sensor, condensation sensor, lane departure camera lens) with modern tech located behind the rear view mirror have astronomical prices on windshield replacement. I had quotes from a couple of the larger glass repair shops locally, none of which were less than $700. I literally saved almost $300 with Rons, and guess what- He gets the glass from the same local wholesaler as everyone else, as far as I understood. He made the call to get it to his shop the next day. Small-town service right in town! Be prepared to pay more if you decide to use a credit or debit card, hes a smart small business owner and doesnt deal with credit processing fees. Plan to pay with cash or check to make it easier!All sensors and our remote start receiver were properly re-installed. Will certainly be going back to him next time one of our windshields needs replacement!

This place was awesome. I like to watch and see how things are being done and the crew was totally cool with me hanging around and having a discussion with them. Working with these guy are great. My experience started off with a super easy quote over the phone, and an appointment set for the following day. Upon arrival the crew pointed out a small defect on the replacement windshield. (Something I would not have caught on my own.) Coming from Des Moines IA, i was traveling to eastern Montana for work. I had the cruise control on at 7* something mph. I totally smoked what would have been a trophy pheasant for any hunter, in the driver view on my windshield . It hit so hard tiny shards of glass sprayed my face and driver side of inside the cab.Ok, so anyway I had an hour drive to Fargo and then I called safe lite auto and got a recording due to Covid-19 you have to book online. Because we all know talking on the phone will make it spread. (More than likely they dont support working from home for the booking process). Anyway after 10 minutes of trying to book a new replacement glass finally got to the end where you pay and the schedule they choose for you. The schedule was out 2 weeks . Hahaha. That is ridiculous, Im on my way to Montana, I dont live here.Long story short, this is the place to go for new glass, they got me in first thing in the morning, I called and the guy says bring it over and that was it. 20 minutes later I had a new windshield. Very professional and super knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to anyone.

After calling around I found Ron’s to be the best prices around and the nicest guy I spoke to on the phone, so it was a no brainer. They virtually made a rock chip the size of a dime vanish! He also let our dog come in and his dog shared some of her food with our dog. Haha was a good experience.

We had an unfortunate accident where a piece of ice flew off of a semi and shattered our mini-vans windsheld. We were traveling to Minnesota when this happened and were afraid our accident would de-rail our vacation. Ron fit us in immediately after our accident, on a Friday afternoon! He not only fixed our windshield, but because of the nature of the accident we had glass that sprayed all over the front two seats and into the back of the mini-van. He and his staff vacuumed out our van thoroughly for us to get all of the shards of glass and he even vacuumed some of our kids toys that had been exposed to the glass spray. They definitely went above and beyond. We waited in the his waiting room while they fixed it and found it to be very comfortable. He even shared snacks and bottled water with us. Rons Auto Glass were able to turn a bad incident good in just a matter of hours.
