I was on a cross-country vacation when I got a crack in my windshield in Moorhead. I didnt feel comfortable continuing my drive until it was fixed and the people here made sure to get me in and get the windshield changed so I could continue on my journey. Their service was prompt and I felt like they really cared about my situation.

Had a rock come up and crack my window so I called last night and they had the windshieldovernighted and installed in about an hour and a half today. Great experience, will come back! Just hopefully not too soon 😂🤞🏼

My Daughters car was broken into and the criminals broke two passenger windows. I took the car to the Glass Doctor and they were able to seal up the windows temporarily until the windows came in to replace them. The entire team is very professional and did an excellent job! If you need anything glass this is the place to go, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a chip in my windshield and called in Friday to set up a consult. When I arrived on Tuesday, they looked at it and said they had scheduled a repair that day just in case I wanted it done day of - which was amazing! They fixed the chip in about 25 minutes, and theyre all wonderfully friendly and professional. I was incredibly impressed with their forethought, responsiveness, and friendly demeanor during the whole process. I left as a very happy customer with a fixed windshield and will be recommending this business to anyone I can!

We called Tuesday for an appointment on Friday. We drove 6 hours from Williston to fix our windshield. We dropped our car off at our 9am appointment and it took them TWO HOURS to call us and tell us they actually don’t have our windshield and it won’t be in until Tuesday. I am appalled at their inability to communicate with their customers. A simple phone call last night or this morning would have saved us an extra hotel night and 2 Uber fairs to and from the shop.I do not recommend. I will be having safelite come to us and repair. It is also worth noting it will be $50 cheaper.

Came out to a smashed windshield the other morning. Called these guys and they were able to get me scheduled ASAP. Was in and out in of their shop in just over an hour with a new windshield. Well worth it! Very reasonable prices. Will recommend!

They worked with me around my time for work they worst done so fast with my wind shield when I showed up late for my appointment that by the time I got back home they call me to tell me theyre already done they even charged my car battery for me because my card been sitting with a broken windshield in the battery died so jump started it to get it there and as they worked on it they took it upon themselves and hooked up a battery charger to my car and sharing that I could safely leave and not have to worry about it going dead on me they went above and beyond there are more than polite and I be glad to recommend them to a friend and consider and call them friends of mine Thank you John Hayes

Came here to get my windshield replaced after getting a good sized chip from a passing semi-truck, that was starting to spider. Was quickly scheduled at my convenience (they had me in within 2 days), work was done quickly and well, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company (Progressive).When I came in, the owner took 15 minutes to chat with me, make sure I was comfortable, and to see if I had any questions. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

They were very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule several times because of weather and sick kids and they were very nice about it each time. They even let my dog hangout in office while changing my windshield! Would definitely recommend Glass Doctorr over other places in Fargo I have worked with in the past.

Myself and my fiancé were travelling outside of Sioux Falls South Dakota, when I heard a pop and my drivers door window smashed and fell inwards into the car. This happened on Saturday so finding an auto glass repair was basically impossible. having no real options we drove to Fargo which was our destination for the evening. We checked in and I proceeded to make a few calls. Nothing was able to be done until Monday, but I was able to get in contact with Harmon glass doctor of Fargo. I was told they were quite busy, but if I could get the vehicle to them within the hour< they would fit me in between appointments. I did so and left car with them. I was told it would be done some time late afternoon, so we proceeded to West Acres Mall to pass the afternoon away. We were in the mall maybe 25 minutes when I got the call telling me we could pick up the car. less than 1 and a half hours and i had my vehicle fixed. phenomenal service, thank you Ken and Taylor, and really appreciated you taking a later lunch so you could finish the car up Taylor. you guys made a tough situation so much easier, at home now, much more at ease and grateful, thank you thank you!!!

First time customer February 2019 and I will come back here every time. I contacted them through their websites request a service thinking that it would be the typical 7-10 business days story (story received from 3 different Ford dealers), this was NOT the case. I requested service on a Sunday evening via online, then the following day received a call at 8:30 am. Not only did they have my rear glass for a 2016 Ford Focus in-stock, they had my car fixed by 1 pm that same day. Absolutely incredible customer service. I was skeptical of the pricing to begin with, but at the end of the day for the service I received, I will pay that time and time again. Thank you Glass Doctor - I will recommend you every time.

I needed a piece of glass cut for a table top. Was told over the phone in a rushed and very rude manner that they do not do that. When their website says glass table tops and custom shelving. Not sure why they dont update the website or work on their customer service skills.
