Prompt service. Excellent employees. However tried to sell us four ( quality) tires add an oddly high price.Our spare was in a good shape, so we just switched the spare and kept rolling for another 500 miles!

I went in to have my tire pressure checked, which I do every now and then and never had an issue. Usually theyll check each tire, let me know theyre fine and to have a good day. However this time around a young guy came checked the tires and walked away. So I sat there thinking, Maybe something is wrong? Is he getting something else for some reason? I sat there for a little bit then the guy comes back and says, Um? I checked your tires, you can go. Okay? Could you have maybe, I dont know, said that in the first place instead of just walking away. This was the first and only thing he said to me. I assume he must be new to customer service. Its sad that it badly reflects on the company when there are employees like this.

Just called to balance and put on my new tires, instead I got we don’t do that service right now I can’t help you.

Stopped by because of a leak in the tire. Very polite, fixed it for no charge, in and out in about 15 minutes.

Website says walk-ins welcome. I have 4 new tires I need mounted, I get there shortly after opening and was greeted as I was walking up to the door. I explained what I needed and was told we dont have time for that, we have other things to do I asked if there was a good time to come back in or could I get a appointment. I was told we dont do that. Ive never had a problem in the past getting tires mounted that were not purchased from les schwab. The man who spoke with me was rude and short sounding through the whole conversation.

The guys at les schwab are amazing. I had an emergency and had to head out right away. They got me in quick took care of my fifth wheel and gave me a great price. I recommend these guys for all your tire needs

Came in at 955 and at 12 still waiting to have 4 new tires on. I feel that we were put to the side cause other customer came in snd were help before we were. Friendliness never was experience. I cane from fernley to Fallon

Be short on money and you just need your tire to get home and they fix it for nothing and you get home well my taxes come in Im getting five tires from westwall who does it good enough for me

I made an appointment online. Came in on my appointment Nd they told me I had 10 cars that were walk ins ahead of me. A 2 hour wait. They are rude. n made me feel inconvenient

Repair a flat tire..didnt make it 1/4 mile before it went flat again...if tire was damaged beyond repair they should have said so....but took it to walmart( I know) and they fixed it likely split...over a yr before I bought new...

This week has been a roller coaster, but dealing with Les Schwab has been amazing. I got a flat a couple days ago, which they kindly patched for free even though I had not previously been a customer of theirs. Awesome! The patch did not hold (totally not their fault), and I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. AAA was no help, but Scott offered me some options when I called Les Schwab again. I was able to get the tire off and brought it in, they offered to patch it again for free, but I opted to buy a new set of tires because mine were pretty worn anyway. The entire staff was great, and I cannot thank them enough for their help.

I was traveling with a large lq horse trailer and horses. I was in Fernley when i had a problem. I tried places there and was not able to get urgent help. I googled Les Schwab and found this one in Fallon. I called, they were very friendly and understanding of the situation. They helped me immediately and got me back on the road! They were great, and I appreciate their customer service. Great team!!!

Friendly and fast rotation but a bit too fast...NV200 tires have 44/48 front to back pressure ratings. 60 miles out of town in the middle of the desert and the pressure light triggers; the pressure was 46/40 front to back on the gauge. No harm done but just a quality reference so you remind the staff to check.

I have a tractor tire it was kind of dirty they didnt want to get dirty so they said I might go buy a new one somewhere get a new wheel to maybe get the whole thing that way that way we dont get dirty

Just called requesting to have tires I bought mounted and balanced, they aren’t doing that currently. Maybe cause of the pandemic either way if you want business you need to be open for it. They lost a possible customer.

I made an appt Friday for Saturday morning at 11am, and paid the fee to have my tires shipped to be there Saturday morning. I brought my car in 15 minutes early and ask how long it would be, the quoted time I got was an hour and a half. I pulled into the parking lot an hour and forty five minutes later to see my car in the same exact spot I left it. I called them asking on the status of my car, and they told me it was in the bay torn apart (as I was staring at it in the parking lot) then proceeded to tell me it was going to be another forty minutes until my car was ready. I got the call it was ready almost an hour later. ( almost 2pm ) Just to have my front driver side tire to go flat Saturday night, refusing to hold air. No indications that I ran over anything. I continued to go through the day filling my tire up again two more times through Sunday. One more time Monday morning. For them to tell me the sensor for the tire pressure was in the wrong spot and not why my tire was going flat. After checking all my tires air pressure they didnt even put the caps back on my tire valves. So after spending $800+ to have tires and installation, I got poorly time management, lied to, a tire that refused to hold air, having to pay a different tire shop to put air in it, then constant check my tires, and bring it back in just so they couldnt put something back on and now I have to replace it. I am beyond frustrated with the store as a whole right now.*a friend thinks they just bent the valve stern so hopefully they fixed it*Oh and let me add, the also left my rims all left in grease instead of wiping them down before returning my car to me

Edited- good quality tires, but there are more options available, be sure to check for your self.Upsold, told only two options, one was out of stock and the other was the most expensive option. The back was full of the same size tire with many options and brands.

Awful service! Called ahead to get a tire, was told there were several options, drive an hour to get there and when I got there, Scott walked off while “helping” me. When someone finally helped me, I was told they didn’t have any options at all.

I had the unhappy experience of getting 2 flat tires on US50 East of Fallon on April 28th. My truck had to be towed into Fallon. Luckily I chose the Les Schwab Tire Center. I needed both back tires patched. The crew at Les Schwab did a perfect job. They were able to repair one tire but the other one was too far gone. So they put the spare tire on so we could make it home. All this in less than an hour. When I inquired about the cost I was told there wasnt any charge. I did not buy these tires at Les Schwab. They were original equipment on my truck.Thank you to the Fallon Les Schwab crew for going above and beyond for some out of towners.

If youre looking for good customer service and Quick Service Les Schwab is definitely a place to go I do feel theyre little overpriced on what they have but totally worth it. For good friendly service and well warranty service. I would definitely get your tires from there and they do offer payment plans if you have good credit. And they also have good stocks on good tires. If you need work done they have to order parts its usually theyre pretty quickly to.

Terrific service...on our way from Quebec to California we wore out our tires. We pulled up, Jeff came out to greet us immediately with a smile, and helped us get back on the road within an hour and a half, despite them having a bunch of customers with confirmed appointments. Poor customer service, told me they couldnt dismount old tire and install new one without scratching wheels, also they wanted $40 per tire. When I asked them why so much he replied were in the tire sales business not mounting and balancing business.I went to a different tire shop they did all 4 tires mounted and balanced for $60 and didnt scratch a single wheel.

This place is simply amazing. I blew a tire late Friday night and first thing Saturday morning was there at 730 they open at 8 and they took me early got me fixed up and up and running quickly. Thank you Fallon led Schwab and amazing employees.

First time here,very long time to wait, 2.5 hrs for four tires and reset the TPMS, good deal on the tires,$820 for a set of reputations 225/65r17. 80000 mileage warranty.

Super people there. Had a slow leak. There was a part of a nail in my tire and they fixed it and said no charge. They did not try to sell me any new tires (Ive only had mine for a year) but when I go to buy tires the next time Im going to them. Such great customer service. Im going to recommend then to everyone I know.

We drove from Tonopah and went in just on a whim, to see if they might have the tires we were looking for. They did and were willing to get them onto our vehicle right away even without an appointment. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we didnt have to remove out trailer from our vehicle. Great customer service as well. We will definitely go back again

I wont go there again. They did a brake inspection wrote up a quote for a lot of money, when I asked if there was anything that we can do today , I was told that unless I did ALL of the work they wouldnt touch my vehicle. Good to know.

Pushed a bolt into my tire about 5 miles outside of town. Wondered what all the noise was. Tire pressure warning light went on. Searched Google maps for nearest repair. Several choices. Made it here. 30 minutes later was back on the road with a free repair. Gotta luv the free flat repair at Les Schwab. Fast and friendly. Did not even get to finish the HGTV program we were watching.
