Came to get a tire changed at 7am since thats when Google said they were open. Wrong, they open at 8am. So we waited and an auto center employee came out and talked to us saying they didnt open till 8am, but hell take our tire size and everything so itll be ready to go. So we waited. Around 7:40am my husband noticed people parking in front of the car bays and walking around to the main entrance. So he decided to go in as well to see what was going on. Low and behold they were letting people that had just showed up and gone around people that were waiting just check in ahead of time. So we asked Oh so you were open at 7am? to which they replied No, we open at 8am as theyre actively checking out someone for an oil change BEFORE 8am. Ive had multiple horrible experiences at this Walmart, so Im in no way surprised at all. This is honestly what Ive come to expect from this Walmart. But this is definitely in the top 10 of my worst experiences here.

We needed tires to get home. I must say at first the news wasnt good, but when I told our story, they got us right in and fixed so we can make it home safely and in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone who helped get us back on the road! We love Fallon!

On our way back to California from visiting my parents in Winnemucca, we unfortunately got a flat on the 80. We managed to limp into Fallon and they took us in right away and got us out quickly. They did a fantastic job patching our tire and their customer service was fantastic. Definitely dont get that kind of service in California. Thank you!

Was very pleased with my whole experience getting tires today.I had made my purchase of 4 tires online for store pick up. Then had place an apt at 11 am for them to be put on.We go check in at store pick up at 1030 and lady said they were placed at the tire center for you already. We go there, guy found my order and was ready for check in and said they were running bout 30-45 min behind schedule. Said okay. Then went and had lunch locally and then by 1158 I had gotten a call that it was all ready to go. So even with them saying they were behind, they still had it done within the hour. So happy and they guys inside checking out were very helpful and nice. Thank you.

Another small town Supercenter. The Fallon WM is one of the towns social centers. Like most they are constantly moving things around but if you cant find something they will direct you to it. Their Automotive Center has all of the expected items but you never know to long it will take to get a car serviced. The is an attached McDonalds so you can get a quick bite while you wait. Even during the holidays the parking lot is large enough to accommodate all.

Horrible customer service

Horrible experience!!! I took my truck in to get a new set of tires mounted and balanced on another set of rims and put on the truck. Not only did this take 5 hours for them to do they obviously didn’t check their work when my rear tires inside side walls were tucked against my traction bars and 3 miles down the road I had a blow out. By the time someone in the auto department answered the phone it was the following day and after explaining what happened the response I received was meaning less and I was told it’s my fault. I had to go through corporate and still haven’t settled their incompetence to replace the two tires.

Sure my wait was long but their was only a couple of employees and a slew of cars. Bambi was amazing. She was helpful, courteous, and just all in all a great person. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I only had positive experiences with this place. The staff assisted me with whatever I needed at the moment - helping me select winter cables, installing 4 new tires and recycling the old ones, helping me select new windshield wipers and installing them right away. The only times I had to wait were when there were other cars ahead of mine, but otherwise services were expeditious and professional.

If you purchase tires here, get the warranty. Every Walmart will honour it. Never had a problem.

I needed a new battery for my vehicle I was in,got some assistance found the right battery and out in 15 minutes.

I would give them a negative rating if I could. I went in for an oil change and they could not take the oil filter cap off. They were the last to do the oil change also. After hours of waiting I still did not get an oil change and the cap was badly stripped. I paid 102 dollars at another shop to get it fixed. I am not happy with their service. I DO NOT recommend anyone take their car there.

It works. They seem to be in a hurry all the time? But its inexpensive and does the job.

Was there at 630 waited till 7 when they open and after watching them slowly open the doors and get set up till 715 with out even asking if I needed help I decided to leave and go to lea Schwab instead and Im glad I did. Why would Wal-Mart continue to pay such lazy employees that do not move with a purpose.

Place is cheap but you gotta wait all dam day. People are lazy af my 9 year old will get more done than all 3 that work here. Crazy it kills me to see people so lazy an not get anything done

Went in for an oil change on my vehicle & decided to have the tires rotated while I was there.. Now my car (2016 with only 10,000 miles) vibrates,bounces & pulls to the left driving down the hiway.. I do not know how you can miss up a tire rotation but they did a good job it!!! Also noticed that they put in the wrong oil.. Checked with the guy at the counter about the oil & he said he had me confused with someone else??? DUH!!!!

Terrible. Tire shop that cant replace wheel studs. Bad wheel studs are pretty common in the tire business. They broke one of my wheel studs and told me there was nothing they could about. This was after I waited over 4 hours to get 4 tires installed. I never got the tires. I counted 5 employees but they only had 1 car in the shop at a time. The shop has 4 garage bays. Stay away.

Horrible! 1 car in front of mine for an oil change, and 2 hours later... my car hasnt moved

There were 4 employees in this department and it took 2 hours to get 2 tires. The problem is when one guy starts balancing a tire on the machine or some other machine and walks away to do something else that stops the others from using that machine. It clogs up the whole process. The others didnt step in to finish his job. The management needs to get this moving more like a assembly line.

When another nearby lube business changed oil in my brand new car it was done in a jiffy but the drain plug was stripped, so I started using Walmart for oil changes. The first time I waited two hours I thought it was the exception however I have since learned that two hours is Walmart’s “jiffy”. Waiting now for three plus hours and am done with Walmart’s oil change service.

Sure cheap tires, but cheap service too. Broke my sensors on my tires. Said that if I bought replacement they would do it free. . Yeah.. spend the extra and go elsewhere!

Employees are horrible are not friendly or quick about doing their job, all of them need to be replaced. Very slow, will NEVER IN LIFE LET THEM WORK ON MY VEHICLE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Never again will I go to Walmart for anything vehicle related. Very poor customer service and it took them 4 hours to change my oil. When I called to check up on the vehicle the employee was incredibly rude and hung up on me. They lost a customer today and I will be sure to let my friends know about this experience.
