The new (and used) car market it pretty horrendous right now. I expanded my search to Fallon and was so pleased to work with Cory in finding my new Toyota Highlander Hybrid—not an easy model to acquire in the best of times. So I was on vacation and had a issue with my 2017 ford F450 went to this dealer to get the truck checked. I was so impressed with there service always updating me with news and keeping me updated. Honestly the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Vince Esposito worked with me over the phone for 3 days prior and had everything ready for us when we showed up. As far as the people actually doing the work on your vehicle, fantastic. dropped it off at 8 and it was done by 11.As far as the people who are supposed to relay you information, nice people, horrible at communication.Brough my truck in for a check engine light. Sat for 3 hours and then took it home same day. Was told they would call when the parts came in. Waited a week. No call, so I called. I was told they would call me back again. No call. So I called again. They said they had received the part earlier in the week but never called.

I wont shop for a vehicle anywhere else. If you go there be sure to ask for Sharron. She is the best. Super helpful and very nice. Not super pushy about buying a vehicle. She will give you the info you need and help you make the right decision for you. They have a pretty good selection of used and new vehicles. They also have a great service center. My wife and I were leisure traveling several hundred miles from home when there was a discomfiting and worsening noise emanating from the brakes in our 2020 Escape. Fortunately, there was a Ford dealer in Fallon. But in the middle of the afternoon, we were resigned, at best, to getting a room that night and waiting the entire next day for our car - it would have been easy for them just to tell us to come back in the morning. But no! Fallon Ford-Toyotas service department got us in. They test-drove the car, diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and got us back on the road within about an hour. Just nice people, and we were extremely grateful not to have had to waste a day of our vacation. Special thanks to Sierra, Jorge and Kevin. You wont soon be forgotten.

Called to set up appointment to have my car serviced and nobody answered the phone so left a voice message. A day and a half later a lady called and told me they were booked out for 2 or 3 weeks, good grief, just need the tires rotated. Will go somewhere else. They need more and better mechanics at this dealership.

Work was done at usual agency high prices. I inquired of the service agent details of what was exactly done for the transmission 100,000 mile flush/service, She was unable to answer the question regarding if the pan was dropped and cleaned along with any screens or filter. Given the cost I would expect this to be a very through servicing - not just a fluid drain and refill.

I only used the service department. Friendly staff who were able to take me in quick and have a fast turn around but upon leaving the shop my routine 20,000 complimentary service had me a little worried since all of my fluids were low even though that is included. So I drove back and they apologized and fixed it. Well it also includes an oil change and tire rotation so now I am just worried none of the things I went in for got done. I went in on a Thursday and picked up on a Friday. Just verify the service getting done is actually done before you pay for nothing. I hope this was a one time thing and that they have better communication between the office workers and mechanics.

I can’t say enough good things about Fallon Ford. They turned a frustrating situation into a manageable one with a beautiful ending. They did their best to fix the problems but the market for parts is relatively tough making used car value sky rocket as we know!Long story short they (Vanessa in service is a doll) did the absolute best they could in a not so amazing scenario and made sure I was taken care of and happy. We suddenly got between a rock and a hard place with family emergencies in other states, and the Fallon Toyota people squeezed us in at a moments time. Thank you very much!! We love Fallon Toyota !!!! But now that I got hit in a parking lot, left with no right turn signal, we have been waiting for three weeks for a right rear light assembly, Im getting impatient. Somehow the unit has been lost. Guess Ill wait, got no choice. Hope it fits in right!! Now the real important piece, they are giving me a big break on the cost of the new unit, for making me wait, and thats the bottom line. They are trying to make it right. And I appreciate that. So bottom line--- I recommend Fallon Toyota and Ford for all your vehicles needs!!

I purchased my car here in April 2020 and just had the 15,000 mile service. The service department staff is always helpful, greats you with a smile and explains the services performed in detail along with any items that need to be watched (such as tire wear).

Overall, it was a great experience making a deal, with Fallon Ford Toyota. A dealer by the name of Shaun King helped us make the choice. Hes quite the professional and seems to have a fair amount of knowledge/experience. He helped my wife and I understand the newer vehicles options. Also what comes in each package and so on. Definitely worth a try when looking for new vehicles or used.

Friendly, fast and helpful. Unfortunately they could not help me since an aftermarket windshield was installed on my vehicle before I bought it. The warranty does not cover that, but they did give me advice and a printout that I needed to take care of the problem at the dealership where my car was purchased. Will go there again for future car needs.

My experience at this dealership was relaxed, friendly and straight forward.I had been looking to buy a new diesel truck but due to the current chip shortage nothing was readily available. Fallon Ford had several trucks on order that were due soon. I called and was referred to Vince. I dont know how the other salesman are but I can honestly say that Vince is down to earth and nothing short of outstanding.I was able to deal strictly with Vince when making the deal (unlike your big dealerships which shuffle you from person to person to wear you down). Been there done that. Vince was able to get me the deal I wanted and the entire experience took less than an hour. I purchased the truck but had to wait for its arrival. Vince kept in contact with me and gave me updates. After the truck arrived and was promptly detailed, serviced and ready to go. My wife and I picked it up. When we went in the sign all the applicable paperwork we worked with Jimmy from that department. He was also outstanding. He walked us through the process and informed us of extras we could purchase (ext warranties, paint/interior protection, etc.). What we really liked about Jimmy was that he was also relaxed, informative but not aggressive like you also see at big dealerships when you go into the finance department. We never felt pressured throughout this entire experience. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle you really need to give these guys a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Had oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on my 2009 Scion Tc. Headlight assembly wiring was fixed and had a couple of filters changed. Service was great and on time. Price was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful from the parts department to the front lobby staff. I would definitely recommend Fallon Ford Toyota to anyone who needs their car serviced. I will be taking my car there again for any future service.

Showed us a used truck and were trying to sell it for 6000 more than a new one is worth, gave us a very low ball offer on ours we were going to trade.We were in 3 Sundays ago, I think the 11th and a salesperson showed us a 2020 tradesman 3500, we test drove it. He said the price was 62995.00 and offered us 10000 on our 2007 dodge 2500. We went to Carson City and paid 57010 for a new 2021 tradesman 3500 and they gave us 17000 on ours. I dont care if there is a record of us, we were there. The salesman even called me the next day.

Beware!!!Ive been taking my vehicles in for years and have had highs and lows but they last time was the worst ever and ill never do it again. The time before I brought my truck in for an oil change I found out they had not been rotating the tires and of course they were sorry and comped the oil change and the 99 point inspection and tire rotation thats all included in one price so I brought it in again a few months later for another oil change but this time I decided to mark my tires to see if they were actually going to rotate them because they were so sorry that they hadnt been and after waiting there for 3 hours my truck rolls out and of course they did not rotate the tires so I go in explain what has happened they call over the mechanic he tells me that the Treads better on the front because its front-wheel drive I said no its a rear wheel drive vehicle he told me I was wrong I said no the F it is then he tried to tell me that it needed to be this way because the tread is wearing uneven I said of course its wearing uneven because you guys dont do the tire rotation when I bring it in every 3 to 4 months for an oil change and tire rotation!! So they took it for another hour rotated the tires but then knowing that they were in the wrong a hundred percent didnt bother to say sorry and if theyre not doing something simple as rotating the tires what else are they not doing! I would say probably whatever else they can get away without the customer knowing!

Dropped of my Camry for the every 5000 mile safety check. Asked to have the air filter changed too. They tried to install a non-oem filter. They also did an oil change that wasn’t due for another 5000 miles. Was told it’s now a 5000 mile requirement. I haven’t checked with Toyota to verify that. So beware they use non Toyota parts and might be up selling maintenance that may not be due.Not sure if I’ll go back.

Great service, I had called Corwin Ford (the old Jones West) and they wanted to book me out two months and then I called Capitol Ford in Carson and they were taking 9 months for recalls. Then I had called Fallon Ford and they were able to get me scheduled the next week to inspect my truck and at that time they ordered all of the necessary parts to fix my truck. All in all I will be taking my trucks and any other vehicle to Fallon Ford.

Vehicle purchase was really good. Any sort of service after is horrible. They do not ever call back. That sign they have by the parts department is not being adhered to by the gm or employees. A call back goes along way for customers. Too bad they cant pick up a phone.Part ordered was good. Came into business 30th to check on order was told a few more days no problem called on May 7th to check status was told order was on back order and parts manager would call- no call called on Saturday to be told gm would call me on Monday- no call. A great place for service on my Toyota.

When I bought my beautiful 2020 Rav4 a year ago, it wasnt the best experience and wasnt sure I wanted to go back. Recently my Rav4 has been dying and several times I took it to another Dealership and it just kept being jumped, but no reason to what was going wrong. Last few days it died again and with more errors coming on and I decided to try this dealership again. I was prepared to bring my boxing gloves due to experience from other dealerships not caring or finding my car valuable. The service advisor I have is super sweet and willing to keep checking the car out to dig down to the root cause, even taking down what I found about the issue. This made us feel that my car was important and we did matter to them. I would definitely recommend the service department and will be willing to drive extra miles to continue having them service my car going forward. We still love that bright blue Rav4 and wouldnt trade it in for the world.
