We had two young men deliver our fridge today and they were very kind. Both wore their masks the whole time and were very careful to not scratch the floors or ding the walls. They set up the fridge quickly and efficiently.

If I could give 10 stars i would!! The customer service at the Sears here in Fallon NV. is EXCELLENT!!! The people are super friendly and knowledgeable!! I made a visit looking for a washer/dryer set and left feeling like i just made some new friends. They have several options of appliances to choose from and if they dont have what your looking for they will find it and order it in. Laicee is a very sweet employee who keeps the place immaculate... im talking white glove clean, Jeffery the assistant manager is knowledgeable with the products and helps hold the fort down.. and then theres the main manager Kenny... great down to earth guy who treats his customers like family. They all jumped 110% to help me find what i was looking for in a washer/dryer set from purchase to install. Thanks Sears of Fallon!! You guys ROCK!!!! LOVE my washer dryer set!!!!

The salesman was open and available to all my questions. Got our purchased processed with undivided attention. The delivery drivers were just plain awesome. Jacob and Cliff couldnt have been a better team. Going above and beyond what they were required to do.

The guy behind the counter with multi colored hair was very rude. Wouldnt let us in without a face mask despite our medical condition. Thumbs down on customer service not to mention he had a nasty additude

This day, 8/14. I inquire about a cargo box. This gentleman named Jeff assist me in everything.Upon checking, the store gave me a very good deal, 50% off.What more to say.Good store and very accommodating employee.He even help me install the cargo roof box.

Kenny and Charity were both very helpful in helping me fix and order that Sears online had messed up and was taking too long to process they helped me cancel the online order and get me the tools I ordered quickly. Just want to say thank you to an awesome staff! You guys have always been helpful as Ive spent somewhere close to $2,000 at this store. Great staff very helpful keep up the good work would recommend going to ask them for help with anything you need from Sears before ordering online.

I purchased a matching LG set of a washer and dryer at the sears in Fallon NV, the people were very polite. The business is run well with very knowledgeable staff.Easily seen from the road with its own parking lot.Can take awhile to get an appointment for warranty work. Very busy place, I think. Maybe need more service techs?

Ive gone in several times expecting different results but always leave disappointed. The last time I went my husband and I walked in, the salesperson was helping someone so no big deal we werent greeted when we first walked in. We started looking at washer and dryers and really like a set and wanted to buy that day. We waited for a bit, another customer walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. After that we left and will never go back!

We went yesterday to look at a refrigerator after the one we ordered from Costco “forgot” to be delivered. The staff not only found a refrigerator, washer and dryer for us but delivered it the same day after hearing about our situation. We just moved into a new house and without their help, we would have been without a fridge for at least a week. They did a wonderful job and I will be a repeat customer!

It was a pleasure as always doing business with this Hometown Store. Personnel are extra friendly & efficient. Top-notch! Questions always answered effectively. Products and appliances are up-to-date.

I didnt know that sales and service people like Charlie existed anymore. I truly cant say enough about him! Our family has bought all (at least a dozen) of our appliance from him for the last decade-- washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves-- not only for our homes but also for several rental properties we own, some of which are in San Francisco. I wouldnt even consider buying an appliance anywhere else.Despite being the most hard-working, busy, nice guy I know, Charlie has ALWAYS been available to troubleshoot and go to bat for us. Weve had some pretty thorny problems: a washer & dryer had to go up 45 stairs and fit into a door that really wasnt large enough so the whole frame had to be taken apart. He personally came the half hour distance to assess whether it really could be done. In another instance, a stove we bought from his store developed convex sides so the racks would no long sty in place and despite it being after the warranty period, he managed to convince the manufacturer to replace it.It always delights me to be able to refer people to him and so far not one has come back to me with anything other than rave reviews. Im absolutely positive that the one star review here has a story behind it that makes him and the store faultless; you owe both to yourself and to him, to ask him outright for his side of the story.

Small town appliance store with good brands and very good prices

The sales people were extremely kind and paid special attention when listening to our wants and needs and they deliver too.

Ive only gone into the store a handful of times but Im always surprised, for a small hometown store they ALWAYS have everything and exactly I need. They were very pleasant and personable.

First off I live in Indianapolis and Kenny went above and beyond to get me a product that I was looking for. They were about the only ones that had it in stock. Thanks Kenny!

Great place!!! Bought a whirlpool fridge on Tuesday, and it was delivered and installed Wednesday morning in Fernley. Clif, Owen, and Kenny were all very helpful and timely with the delivery and customer service was top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We were late getting there, and in 20 minutes. They had lawnmower , weedeater, microwave, paid for, and they put it in the truck for us. And we were out before closing time. We were very happy, thank you.

I am so disappointed with this company. Went in there in Jan for washer and dryer. Stated that i would use my own credit card. They highly suggested to use there lease it company and it would not have interest unless i didnt pay it off and a certain time. I was really confused of the website, was asking the women who work there all these questions and they kpet insisting that it is interest free and this is the best option. My friend was with me who works with financial company asked multiple questions too. The women said nope interest free until May! Finally i sign, assuming since they promoted this and when i asked questions they annswered with no interest they KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE THAT IS THEYRE JOB. I was wrong. I now have to either pay out an additional 900 (Ive already paid 1400 and they were 1594 when bought) or return them. I talked to the manager, who was completely rude and granted i wss happy either, but all he could say was sorry, you signed. I understand that, but it is your job to train your people about what they are promoting incase they dont understand the paperwork! He said nope sorry i guess Ill work on It. Do not suggest going in, go to lowes or somewhere else!
