Was very disrespectful, the manager and the employees have no type of customer service experience at all. They seem to be very discriminating as we was talked to like dirt. We was supposed to have a washer and dryer delivered and they lied saying they called and knocked on the door.We were at home all day waiting for them to call and come to the house. They said they knocked when theres a door bell to ring.The manager himself is very disrespectful and the BBB ( better business bureau) should be called on this store due to the lack of respect for people. And the major discriminating actions.

Had washer n dryer installed and 3/4 rubber Seals were missing so water leaked everywhere....n they put dent in wall..paying as much as u are this should not be a problem!!! So upset

Awful, all out awful... The town is limited to resources and you figure between Aarons and Rent-A-Center you would be good to go. They call and harass your phone all day through out the day, Ive been at work and these people called my phone aggravating me, saying that my payment had been declined. Yikes come to find out when I changed my billing information that was the cause for the declined payment, I got woke up out of my sleep on the weekends because of this madness, I will not do business with these guys ever again. This place... No stars as well as this town. rating - Failed

Horrible customer service. The district manager says one thing but doesnt follow through.Recommend any place but this store.

Now it good if you cant buy lot but i highly dont recommended buy rant to own stuff. it will cost you lot more money in long run and some stuff may have been use by other. so it not really new. it just look new!

Bought a washer and dryer which cost us over three thousand dollars just to have them stop working less than a year later and to be told by the fallon store that they are between service centers and will call me back when they get the new center which was about a month ago. I’m just tired of the run around and games.

Just absolutely unprofessional when I first went into their I set up for a monthly payment and they call me every single week to make a damn payment just unprofessional there are only two workers there that are actually good
