I went there to get a prepaid phone number, usually the cost for it is $34 to $36 but the lady working there told me that it will cost me $65 and i really needed it, so i ended up buying it but then we i got home i checked the receipt and it says that i was charged $21.31 for a samsung galaxy tempered glass that i didnt received nor did ask for, plus Im an iPhone user! i will never ever go there again and please check what youre being charged for before you leave the place!

Customer service is Amazing. The lady in the front always helps us every step of the way. She is friendly, nice and really makes it easy to upgrade and has helped us for many years. The best metro in the area we always come back to this location. Highly recommend.

I get to the store 7 minutes before closing just to purchase a SIM card and they refused to open the door. Will never be back to this location again. You lost a customer.

I like metro, I did not like it, it was the customer service I received from the lady who attended me, a rude and despotic supervisor, that is why I decided to change companies. They should change personnel. Or take manners and customer service classes.
