Friendly staff most days and the store is always clean. Prices sometimes are not the cheapest but they always seem to have what you need!

The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all of the questions I had.

Worst service in town. Went in, asked for location of items. staff appeared to resent serving customers. Received vague directions. Asked for help pricing something. Asked to wait a minute as staff were all busy. Waited twenty minutes while staff chatted with each other. Left. Sunday April 11, 2021.

The employees do not inforce the mask rule and right now Iowa is number 1 in the nation for new cases of covid. When I go into Menards or Costco and I am not wearing a mask they will hunt me down and make me wear a mask. If you do not have a mask they will sell you one. I would give you a 5 star review if not for that.

Great prices but customer service is terrible. They never offer to help this old handicap lady with her horse feed but TSC does so they get my business.

Had everything we were looking for and other area stores did not.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. They carry many items we cant get at other stores in our community. We recommend them to many people.

They were okay. Not as helpful as tractor supply when I went there to get chickens. They went out of their way to help.At Orschelns I had to find someone to help me. Then that person said is there not anyone up front. Made me feel like I was bothering them. If there had been someone up front I wouldnt have had to find someone to help! Hello!

Im in here about every week, often enough that I am usually greeted by name by most of the employees. Lol I buy most of my livestock feed here as they have better prices than TSC. They are very welcoming, carry most of what I need for my hobby farm, and also offer $5 off a $25+ purchase if you fill out the survey on your receipt. I regularly do this and enjoy saving money. I am not as happy with their rewards program as I am with TSCs. Most of the offers arent really anything I can use, but sometimes they have some great ones. Ill continue to be a longtime and loyal customer.

Best place for dog food when u need big bags

$10 for a box of 10 50gal trash bags. Not bad considering they are heavy duty.
