Rudest people on the planet! Picked up my machine from being repaired - had to take it back a few days later because it wasn’t fixed. A month later I call to check on my machine - no answer and no return call. Call again the next day - again no answer and no call back from any department. Go in person to check on machine and the people are RUDE and CONFRONTATIONAL because they have POOR customer service and obviously sub standard repair service. To top it off - they haven’t even “evaluated” the machine let alone repaired it. Picked up my machine and will never do business with this company again.

My wife and I were excited to come in and talk about, and probably buy, a tractor today, but the gentleman who finally greeted us clearly had better things to do than treat us properly. We walked out of there, without having been shown a tractor, feeling like wed been drug through mud. It was almost unbelievable how negative the man was, from the moment he walked up. Customer service gets negative stars. But thank you for showing us who you were BEFORE we made a purchase from you, because whatever pain it caused today, it probably saved us from a lot of grief in the future.

Ive tried going in here 3 different times 1 to buy a tractor and twice for service or parts and had a miserable experience experience each time. If your a new customer they just dont care.

Recent treatment pf my employees seeking help was horridly inadequate on a basic customer service level. We own rtvs and kubotas some basic assistance was needed and we had to go elsewhere after an awful experience. Our business will not be returning.

This company has awful customer service. They do not answer questions regarding Kubotas, direct you to the correct place, and the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism in dealing with a paying customer is shocking.I received help in 15 minutes in a non Kubota shop that was staggering in comparison.

This company knows their business well and can answer your questions. We receive excellent service whether we are looking to buy a tractor or just some filters and grease.

They only have farming tractors not construction equipment like mini excavators. Parts department is helpful as well.Second trip I was treated shamefully to the point of being insulted. A non Kubota shop put them to shame in 15 minutes. I will not be returning my service.

Top notch service from from a family owned and operated Kubota sales and service dealership. They picked up, completely serviced and repaired then delivered my vehicle. It runs like a dream. Can’t ask for more than that for an 18 year old off road vehicle.

The owner, Ron, was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help us find a back hoe for our tractor. They had two, but were already reserved for previous customers. Backordered til November. He was willing to trade with regional dealers to help us find what we were looking for! Awesome service, family run, they definitely deserve your business!

I purchased a Kubota L3901 and a flail mower last season from Green Valley Tractor for commercial use for my business. Ron and his wife Kim own the dealership and both took the time to answer all of my questions about the equipment and financing. Today I was servicing the tractor for the new season and found that I had a broken grease fitting for the mower drive shaft. I stopped by the shop while hauling the tractor to a job site and found that they did not have the exact part I needed in the parts bin. Kim had one of the shop mechanics take the small part off of a new piece of equipment and gave it to me at no charge.If youre in the Napa/Solano region and looking for a tractor and a business that stands behind the product, this is were you need to go. I checked out quite a few shops from Santa Rosa to Sacramento and am very happy I made my purchase at Green Valley.

Every question I asked don’t now and the slowest imaginable specialty shop should be fully informed of what they sell and what is needed will not be shopping at this Kabota again
