Bad service nobody ever comes to open the lot glass doors while you wait in every 5 minutes someones yelling the stories about to close they will inconvenience some staff or friendly and great and others aint. Very judgmental especially if youre young black male like myself Even after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars every week..... Thats just the last couple months an I still get treated like a common criminal

If I did have to go inside this store, I wouldnt. Sadly, you cant just grab deodorant or a makeup brush without an employee unlocking the security case theyre kept in. They place your items in a secure lock box now. You take your items to the front for a cashier to open the box then pay. The mens underwear is like that; also. Whats happening when you have to lock up underwear. Im not blaming Walmart for protecting the inventory but it just makes the entire shopping experience tedious. So much security you would think it was Bloomingdales.

Never anyone to help in any area even if you push the button for assistance. I waited 25 minutes for help getting my fishing licence. All employees walking around and say oh not my departmentRidiculous

We make our weekly pilgrimage to shop for low prices at this Walmart. We love being able to shop at one place and get it all.

Workers are something else they think they are so slick. Please dont let them suspect you took anything. They get on cell phone calling other employees they do codes in the air to each other and follow you like they are positive they have you just to alert the door people. And just get molded cause everything in you cart has been paid for then they walk off with the dumbest look on there face..

I saw a smaller bottle of agave sypup on shelf for $2.98. Mom wanted the big bottle which she said was $10+. So I put 3 small bottles in cart since they were much less $ per oz. When I got to register, they scanned at $4.98 each. CS rep said they havent changed all shelf tags yet since price inflations. So I told him I would have just got the big bottle at $10.92 if that is the case. I asked if I could have them at shelf price and he said he would let me have one at the shelf price. he did not even offer to go back and get me the bigger bottle so that I could get that instead of the three little bottles. he was getting off work and did not want to do anything extra. So I just got the one small bottle.

Their is always more than one lane open, at each lane are dedicated cashiers thatll get you in and out of the store in a hurry.

This place gets worse every time I go there. Self checkout only accepting CC which is bull💩 Maybe 4 checkout lines open with lines going way back to the shoe and pajama departments... Employees running around doing everything except checkout! -10 stars

Its Walmart. If you have ever been to one you know what it is. Employees were helpful and self checkout was quick. Only one entrance was open at 8pm.

Under better management now, but still slow at getting to lock up items all through out store. Especially at night when theres not alot of staff. Return line faster than usual.

They have everything, nothing out of stock. Plenty of open line. Great experience.

Kudos to Mike who went above and beyond to help me not only find what I needed but also helped to load the item to my car, thank you again Mike!The store itself is clean and organized and has a welcoming vibe. Added bonus - security patrols the parking lot, you can shop and not worry about anyone breaking to your car.

Lines was really long only 2 open during rush hour, I dont think that make sense. And when ask to open more lines states we dont have anyone! But everything else was fine had everything I wanted. Other then the lines I would have giving a 5 star 💫

The lines are absolutely long. Theres never a area where you can get your things because theyre always locked up and staff seem no where to be found. I would recommend getting more staff for different areas. But the store people are polite

1) I was looking to purchase a skateboard. I couldnt find one so asked a worker for help. They walked me around the store and couldnt find any. They pointed out a different worker who supposedly worked in that department. That worker also walked me around and didnt know where they were. I gave up and moved on to my next task.2)No worker would unlock the case so I could buy a knee brace for my injured daughter. I pushed the button resisting service but no one came. Once finding two different workers they told me its not their area and the person assigned to that area was working a cash register therefore nobody could assist me in getting what I needed.I wasted an hour of my life and have nothing to show for it but frustration. I recommend paying a few extra bucks and shop somewhere else.

Like any other Wal-Mart; if your item is behind glass, good luck getting someone to help.

I dont know if its due to Covid or just not ordering enough but a lot of things I would normally get here on a regular basis have been much more scarce (than even 6 months ago). Hopefully this gets fixed soon

This is the slowest WalMart E V E R.You want only a few items? well there are only 2 checkstands, and self checkout is closed. The line is 8 customers long, and the cashier doesnt know what Tomatoes are.Id love to work here, but they only hire disfigured people.

Walmart is the place when you need to shop for different items as well as food. Prices have been better but I have faith the economy will get better by 2025

Not enough staff only couple registers open and self check out was a huge line to wait for. Asked one person for help that was already unlocking case for shirts she told me wasnt her department as she helped others. Waited till someone else showed up and she was helpful.

It would help the shopping experience if Walmart would have more than 3 cash register lines open at a time....dont wait till you have up to 40 customers in line then call for all available cashiers to come help out

I mean no Walmart is a pleasure to really go to. This one in particular Im always amazed to find items in random locations. Last trip I saw a whole chicken from the meat isle with the sodas near checkout. I mean you can tell someone decided to not buy it but this is not a isolated incident here.

Not crowded and had good things on sale for back to school.

Nothings ever perfect but if you get here early enough, this will be the easiest trip you make all day. I just wish the hand sanitizers werent all empty

I like to go there because their prices are really good on some items but some prices item need to be lower because some of us cant afford them at all.

I seen a bunch of male workers manhandled a young lady and yank her backpack till she almost fell back these people are Messed up for that. How you gonna use your big built self to do that everyone knows you not suppose to touch no one. Period.

Hate the fact that so many things are locked up & you have to wait so long for an employee. For 3 items needed it took me an hour and 15 minutes from entering the store to check out. I dont know if its Walmarts fault or the thieves that are there. Unfortunately, I will not shop here again, nor do I recommend shopping here. Sketchy people asking for money in the parking lot & looking in cars. Get some security & take back your store & parking lot. I gave it 3 stars because the cashier had good customer service.

I wanted to buy some oil filters. You didnt have any filters that needed. So I dont buy the oil either.

Love Walmart because it has everything youll ever need for your house at a great price. Some of their clothing is wonderful as well and the prices of their grocery is comparable to winco. Its the only store that has most everything for life. If you want high quality wares go to Nordstroms or Macys, but this is perfect for everyday wares if you want to save money.

I liked this store better than the one in Rohnert PARK. The shelves had more products.

This Walmart was clean, well stocked and organized. The only thing holding it back from a four star rating is the homeless in the area. I noticed that they did have an unarmed security company on the premises. This was during the day, not sure if they are present in the evening. Other than that, this is an excellent store!

Havent had a great sandwich in a long time!!! Im so glad Texas Roadhouse was a 30 min wait, or we wouldnt have visited!

The place was a mess I went there to buy a 3v battery .I finally got someone to help me after waiting 15 minutes because they keep all the batterys locked up. Then after a person unlocked the case she told me to go get in line at one of the registers and tell them your battery is in Register 13. I waited in line to pay for my battery for another 25 minutes. The store is very Getty.

This is the armpit of all Walmarts. It is hard to believe so many products are locked up due to theft. The employees and customers are such low lifes that I will never step inside this store again. I cant believe this store even makes a profit and seems like it should close. Id rather drive 10 miles to Vacaville, and its nothing like this Fairfield store.

Do your actual job and leave people who actually come to shop and spend money on your overpriced items alone for goodness sakes how can you afford all this new security and not have enough cashiers to keep your customers happy it took longer for me to buy my items then it took to find them

Most of my money goes to Walmart besides what I spend on gas they have just about everything although the clearance isle and craft section are 2 of my favorite places to check out

As always our go to place to find our essentials. From dog food and treats,to great selection household and automotive needs. They have a huge grocery store. We go once a week always!

Parking was abundant but dimly lit and theres lots of loose trash 🗑️. that needs attention. (I did see a security vehicle making rounds in the parking lot though)On Saturday night when I checked out the lines were very long. Good location to interstate 80 and plenty of other places to go like fast-food and gas close by.

This use to be my favorite Walmart. Especially because its so close to my house. But lately, everything I go for is out of stock and I either have to go to Suisun or Dixon.

My favorite Walmart. They are remodeling now but still doing an amazing job even with the inconvenience of construction. Their staff is awesome.

As a Dasher, I do like this method of pickup a little better than other walmarts. At least for grocery pickup that is. Clean store, friendly staff good location!

It was a good experience, find most of what I need, it was a little low on the vegetable area, everything else was good.

This store is full of a really helpful collection of friendly staff. One of the nicest feels of all the stores.

Only 4 checkers each had at least 10 people in each line. I saw many workers just walking around. Train them to be cashiers. This store has always been poorly managed, they dont care. This was around 1pm. I usually shop at the Suisun store, which I will always shop at from now on or use Instacart.

They didnt have ANY 49er clothes for women!! And no 3X shirts for my husband!!!!

Had to find an Easter gift for my new grandson & everyone else was closed except Wal-Mart. It was pretty busy and parking was hard to find but we were able to find some nice things & we used the self checkout line & we were in & out in less than 20 minutes.

I hate having to wait in line to buy alcohol. Barley any cashiers and lines are always so long at the cashiers. Can’t complain too much cause prices are cheap..

Always great . They let me use the.facilitoes to dispose of processed food and wash up before buying bulk fruits and veggies

Ghetto. Long lines. Messy isles. Good if youre grabbing only a few things. Lock your car and dont leave belongings visible even during day time.

They never have product and their older cashiers are always slow and rude.

Please note the hair care section. The normal Hair care section is open, free to anyone that needs to grab whatever product they need.There is a Hispanic section that is open, free for anyone to me whatever they need.The ethnic hair or multi ethnic or whatever they call it is locked up. Every single item. I asked for a $3.12 bottle of glosser, which the associate easily opened the case for me. I reached in and got what I wanted and was about to walk off and she told me I needed to be escorted to the register and she had to be the one to carry the bottle. That ticked me off so badt!Why do I need to be escorted with the product when I have a basket full of other items that noone seems to feel I need escorting to the register with? That made me angry so I told her to put it back. I refuse to buy it.I dont understand what thats all about. Why do I need to be escorted and why am I not allowed to carry it myself? Im just done.

* I did try and call the store to report this to no avail, so here’s my review.*Yesterday (3/27/21) at the North Texas Walmart at about 5:00pm, my sister and I were wrongfully accused of cutting in line at the Self Check Out (on the West end). There were two women near the checkout line having a conversation and sorting through their baskets.Out of courtesy, I asked the women if they were ready to check out. They just looked at me and then returned to their conversation and sorting, so I proceeded to the check out.The employee aggressively stormed over to me and shouted “NO! They’re before you!” I explained to her that I had already asked if they were in line and they didn’t respond. The employee was accusing me of cutting in line. Ironically, the whole time this confrontation was occurring, the two women in question didn’t say a word, they just continued sorting their baskets.By this point, she was staring at me and not saying a word. I stood there in utter disbelief and pointed at her (about 6ft apart from her) and said “you were wrong.” She seemed to loose her mind screaming “I AM NOT A CHILD! DON’ T POINT YOUR FINGER AT ME!” She started threatening my life saying “if I wasn’t at work...”She was alluding to wanting to physically assault me. The woman randomly started yelling “I’M BLACK!” repeatedly, which had absolutely nothing to do with our conversation. The employee definitely lacked professionalism and tact. WalMart another dependable store however the wait in line can be long. Even the self checkout can be crowded and slow at times.

Having to wait quite awhile to get essentials unlocked. then trying to get someone to bring them to the register I am at to pay for them. Waiting forever in line , I can understand once in awhile but not every time and I have tried different days and times. Every time l shop at Walmart I tell myself never again. This time l mean it. I am willing to pay a little extra for much better service.

Its sad when I drive 45 minutes to a Walmart Supercenter...and find that most everything Im looking for is not on the shelf. Then, I spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to unlock the laundry pods. But wait, I wasnt allowed to have the laundry pods...I could get them on aisle 13 when Im ready to check out. Yep, you guessed it...the longest line in the store. I love the app and would use that instead, but the things I want arent able to be purchased. For example, Persil laundry soap pods with Oxi-clean. Not my favorite Walmart experience.

This place is a disaster. It is either severely understaffed or the management is inept. The checkout lines are always very long, always open turned off registers and staff members walking around aimlessly.

Did contactless pickup and it got to my car fast and the employee was kind.

They made me hold my back pack up front. Yet, there are dozens of woman with their purses walking around.

It was a good experience. I found what I needed. Staff was willing to help. Good Job Walmart! 👍

My elderly neighbor went to return a ceiling fan, she asked for assistance getting it out of her car and no one would help. She went to the service counter and asked for an assistant to help her, again no one was available for over 20 minutes. She hurt her back unloading a ceiling fan from her car to return it. The assistant at the service center counter was extremely rude, unhelpful and requested the 73-year-old woman lift the ceiling fan box from her cart to put it onto the counter. Where Im from that is horrible customer service!

Things are out of order. The place seemed chaotic and understaffed.
