I am well pleased with this team that this target has they are prompt they are responsive and they make sure that the customer is well set as they shop around their well stocked organized store they were able to make way for request that I have thats traditionally not done at any other store chain that you may know of

The staff is fine but they are ALWAYS out of stock of almost everything (video games, coffee creamers, snacks, cosmetics) I’ve gone anytime from openings to 8pm and shelves are still bare. Meanwhile Vacaville and Vallejo will be fully stocked fine.

Dustin was super knowledgeable and very professional. I will be definitely be coming back.

Pay your employees target !!!!!Unfortunately , Management has real issues at this store my daughter worked during the remodel here in Fairfield and they never gave her , her last paycheck .If anyone else had this problem you should go directly to the labor board in Sacramento and file a claim we called corporates as well several times but there very unorganized . This was disappointing .Not to mention the homeless situation in Fairfield the city allows The homeless hanging out trying to spit in people right in front of target 🎯.They should close this store .

I much prefer Target over Walmart any day. I like the atmosphere and most of the team members on staff. I did however have an experience today (9/2/21 @ 10:22a) I was trying to use the self checkout lanes. The one I choose was not working and was asking for team member assistants. I waited for a while, but no one was coming. Another customer who was done checking out told me that he was at that one earlier but wasnt working so he went to another. I tried to go to the one he was at but then someone come up and used it. During this time still no team member came to fix it. So then I finally went to an open register with a person. As I was waiting in line, a team member (who I saw at guest services) finally walk over to fix it. I said out loud, of course someone would come to fix it when I walk away!! I was so upset and was just ranting. The team member on register 4 was apologizing to me. I told her it was ok Ill wait. Then the member at guest servers yelled at me from where she was at and said, Im sorry, but Im doing a thousand things myself and Im the only one here. First, thats not an apology IMO. Second, if she cant multitask then maybe this kind of work is not meant for her.

Target is clean, well lit and always stocked with the items I need.

I appreciate how easy it is to use the app to order my items,. During the worst days of the pandemic I was grateful to have my purchases brought to my car and placed in the trunk. I really enjoy the professionalism of the associates working at the Fairfield Ca Target. They are friendly, helpful, and maintain safety protocols.

The curbside pick-up operation is doing an amazing job. Always on time with the correct order and the friendliest staff, especially Brandon. Just wanted to recognize a job well done by the Target team.

My grandson and I would like to thank Target for helping Santa to stay home and be safe during covid stay at home order. However, he would like to suggest not sending them so early because it is hard not to open the packages. He also said that the people at Target and Amazon must be super friendly.

10/16/2020I was harassed by store security Ru today. When I entered the store I asked that an employee behind the greet station cover his nose with his mask. This prompted Ru to come harass me in the store. As I was leaving, I saw the same employee along with another with their masks down behind the greet station. What message are you trying to send your customers Target? I was wearing a face shield by the way, I guess Ru decided to retaliate against me for speaking up about not feeling safe in the store. Target used to have good customer service, not sure what happened.

There are a bunch of homeless people hanging around the entrance and nothing is ever done to get rid of them.

Target carries quality products and the customer service is always great.

The associate that brought out my items was very friendly fast and efficient.

Not too many items available but it is the situation. Employees have been pleasant in spite of all it. I will always go to Target because the prices are great. Normally the inventory is fantastic and I will continue to be a customer. I have faith. :)

Store is always clean, though stock was a bit low on things when we went (6pm-ish) on a Monday.

Convenient for mothers with small children! Made my life so much easier, I love the drive up feature!

I went to target yesterday to have a normal shopping experience to by my kids clothes for school. It actually was a bit busy because it was Saturday. The employees were doing a great job disinfecting areas that are frequently used like the registers and keypads. Thank you target employees!

It was my first time doing this because I do not shop at Target. I am a Walmart person. I refuse to go to the Target stores in Ventura, CA because the people there are so rude. I am only giving Target this good mark because of the speed that they process the $5 gift card promo (immediate) and the people that work at this Fairfield location. I was so impressed with everyones kindness. It was a good experience because of the people who work there. The Fairfield, CA is definitely Target I might actually go to again.

Target, I love Target . We choose Target for how organized , friendly, and how clean the store is. Unfortunately Fairfield target in my community is by far the worse in cleanliness etc. The employees are fairly nice. But the lack of stars has to be for the lack of cleanliness especially the bathroom. Unfortunately, every visit when I use the bathroom at the Fairfield location i am not impressed. The bathroom smells foul, to the point where I can’t believe the woman’s restroom would smell or look and experience what I do. Not sure if the employees allow the less fortunate to use the restroom but in my experience it does very much seem so that way. I hope the new remodeling is also updated with new upgrades in the restroom and system as far as that goes. I go to target for all I can possibly need. I just wish when I’d use the restroom it wasn’t so horrid every single time. Let’s do better target .

This was easy and convenient! My order was filled within an hour and pick up was easy.

Easy to find items and checkout quickly.

I pay a few pennies more to shop here rather than Wal-Mart and purchase higher quality EVERYTHING.Have to give a shout-out to Desteny at the guest-service counter; I arrived to retrieve my pick-up order December 23rd (it was a bit crowded to say the least); I dont think I was in the store more than two or three minutes because she was so quick in getting it to me.

Cameron in the electronics and games department was a super help! Very patient as the transaction we did had to be done twice only because he was trying to find a better deal by pricematching for me. Very valuable employee with professional customer service.

I had the worst, embarrassing and the most violating experience at this targetI went in to the target last night(7/5/19). There were two homeless people hanging out side by the door. I walked in, went straight to the restroom. As I am exposed and relieving myself. The same homeless lady that was hangout by the door, pushes the the bathroom stall I am in. I locked it when I went in. The bathroom stalls does not lock properly!This is not ok! I am not ok with my privacy being violated! Target needs to fix the locks on the restroom stalls and control the homeless people walking right in. I understand they have needs, and has every right to relieve themselves. But this is NOT OK that I can not enter the restroom without the fear that someone would walk in or push their way in and see me exposed. The women pushed on the door, the door swung open! And it wasnt a slight push, she pushed it hard, stared at me, I told her close the door.I am not happy with target. Once again theses doors need to be fixed. Not only did this women see me, I kept thinking what if she would have taken my purse hanging right by the door on the hooks. There wouldnt be much for me to do. Thankfully she didnt! This is so violating! I completely lost my confidence in target and protecting my privacy in my most vulnerable time. I will not be a coming back!

My score is based on all my experience with my drive up pickup. The 3 times I did the drive up there is always missing order or wrong product in my cart. The last time was missing 4 order. I dont know if you targeting me on purpose.

The customer service has been great. The gentleman Ryan at customer Service was very helpful. I appreciate his professionalism and deserves a 10 !

Clean and organized. Reasonable price. Great availability and selection for kids section specially toys. One stop shop as I get a fresh grocery here too. Self checkout were at 50% operational but yet less wait time for register.

One of my favorite stores! Target in Fairfield is very accessible. Situated in the area where everything is there like food chains, Grocery stores, Pharmacy, Hardware, etc. All the staff are very nice, courteous and helpful. Jennifer, if I remember her name right, a filipina lady working on the floor is very nice and professional to deal with. She helped me with almost everything I needed. She has a great attitude. Id rather give a extra few bucks for the customer service they provide. Far superior to Walmart. The urban Products arent locked up. Also, I appreciate the give opportunities to small businesses on their product line.

This is my favorite Target.The store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful if you need it & leave you alone if you dont need their assistance.I do NOT like aggressive or in your face customer service, so this is a huge bonus for me.They are steadily busy and yet the wait to check out is generally minimal, even more so since installing Self Serve Stations.This Target is doing a GREAT JOB all around.

I went specifically for a few items I normally pickup at Target. I’m out of state and I didn’t find 3 items out of 6. Overall, I got other items to try in place of. Lady at checkout was nice and place was orderly. I always prefer going to a Target than walmart. I use the cartwheel app and my redcard debit to make my trip worth it.

This was one of the friendliest Targets Ive ever visited. Almost every single Target member we passed offered to help us or asked if we were able to find everything we were looking for.

Went to get what I needed some new sheets. Plus they were 15% off. Cashier was polite. Need better selection of twin xl sheets.

Great place to shop during the day, Not so much at night

This is a department store where you can get almost anything you desire including food (packaged and from a food court), clothing, home accessories and minor appliances like vacuum cleaners, pet supplies, movies and music and small electronic goods, toys, stationary items and cleaning supplies. This store is not as clean as the Vacaville Target store but the employees are usually nice. They offer an app that allows you to search for things that may be on sale and you can use it by having the discounts taken at the register by scanning your phone. Aisles are nice and wide and therefore easy access for handicapped. They have a few handicapped parking spaces but they usually fill up fast. This store has a pharmacy in it with separate hours from the main store.

I have only had a couple of experiences at this particular location, however, it has always been good. It is a clean store, located off the freeway, right across from the transportation center. Pretty convenient and well stocked.

This Target is okay. Its slightly hidden off of the Main Street of Fairfield, and sometimes the parking lot feels a bit sketchy. The Target itself is just your average sized Target, and its fine, other than feeling a little dirty at times, especially the bathroom. Some more upkeep and this place would be great!

Several times I experienced bad customer service. No one likes to be ignored. I would hope for some friendly interaction but I have low expectations at stores like this. Café is fairly untidy. I see plenty of staff on the Holidays but once that peak season ends I dont expect much here. Just wondering staff aloof and focused on stocking.

My husband and I waited 15 mins in the parking spot and no one came to deliver our drive up items. I checked in on the app, followed instructions and all. My husband had to go in the store to pick the items up himself....defeats the purpose.

Im not sure Im going to give them another try.The self-checkout swapped my $5 bill for $1 bill in my change.I was paying with $100 bill, what if I was buying less and they swapped my $50 for $1 bill or $20 or $10.To me, its a really bad mistake.Im hoping it was only a mistake.The staff that responded didnt seem highly concerned.

Returns are easy and staff is alawys pleasant. However, no AT&T cell service. Walked out with no purchase again.....this needs to be fixed would buy more if i could call daughter pr husband. Instead I go to Walmart or Vacaville.
