Destiny was amazing. Perfect in selling a car. So outgoing!

I bought a new Kia Soul with Jeff Wyler about 3 weeks ago, upon agreement of sale I was informed that a small paint nick right above my back passenger tire would be taken care of. Due to Covid and it being a weekend I had to bring my vehicle back out (29 miles 58 round trip total). No one informed me the guy who does paint isn’t there on Friday and only works Wednesday. Fine, right? I will begrudgingly reschedule. Inconvenient but not the end of the world.They did my detailing, gas fill up and wash that should have been done upon the sale but can only be done Mon-Friday on my first appointment. I then set up the paint appoint for Wednesday the 22 of July. They had me arrive at 7:30 AM. I called to confirm that my car would be painted upon arrival and was told that was the case. When I arrive they inform me the “paint guy won’t be in until 10:00AM”!!!! To say I am irate would be a understatement! I called to prevent the predicament that I am currently in. In short if you have a service issue be prepared to have your chain jerked around. I felt valuable to them when I was in the market for a vehicle but after purchase it has been a nightmare to deal with them on upholding their end of the bargain in terms of service. I know this world is crazy that we live in, but that is just plain bad and disrespectful customer service to have me come out to stand around for literally 3 hours at 7:30 AM. One last parting thought, I work late and got off at midnight in order to be here on time at my appointment. Don’t be surprised if your time is wasted.
