Bought 4 tires ident. to the originals which wore perfect for @38,000.Drove away and Sprinter showed bad pressure, went back, one side had 50lbs., the other 70. Supposed to be 50 front 70 rear. After 2500 miles home found front tires wearing on inside severe. How could the align be out just by installing new tires?Only one explanation I can think of! Is it possible this dealer creating alignment business?

Excellent service!!! They were able to repair my tire for me when the dealership said they couldnt. Came here for another service yet they offered to repair my tire at no cost when I explained the situation. Definitely coming back here again for services in the future!

Straight forward service. Definitely recommend calling ahead of time to check tire stock and appointment availability. They offer some very cheap tires when it comes to price, but also include some good warranties and post service assurances. Bought 4 tires and have done oil changes and rotations without problems.

DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE! The staff is completely unprofessional (Bryan likes to cuss when he gets upset). They don’t stick to warranty on repairs and make it a hassle when trying to use your warranty. They also falsify repairs done on vehicles to get out of using the warranty. After speaking with a manager about the issue, he handed a copy of the warranty to me and told me he didn’t have time to go over it with me and to look it up myself (Managers name was Mike). I honestly don’t think I have had a more unprofessional experience in my life. If I could give no stars I would.

Came got speedy oil change, and my tire rotated. The mocanics were helpful and friendly. I will come back and/ or refer a friend

2 people ahead of me when I showed up with a flat, yet they still had me out of tbere in less than an hour. I was nervous because my cell was about to die and I needed to call and cancel plans. But wait.... tbey had a charging station for a variety of phones. Brian K was awesome.

Up until now I used Big Discount Tire Pros daily. Working in the automotive industry, I needed a shop to take care of services they do regularly - almost daily. Due to that, I trusted them with my personal vehicle (16 Hellcat Charger, for the first and last time) After picking up my car it was discovered that they decided to take it on a joy ride. I snapped a photo of the odometer at drop off, and when picking it up it had gone 16 miles, and the miles per gallon dramatically decreased. After calling around to 4 local shops, the average test drive for brake pad replacement is 2-3 miles. When calling them on their BS, i got an im sorry, i will take care of it.I recommend using any other shop - dishonesty is the worst thing you want when someone is taking care of one of you most valuable possessions.

Well i am currently walking back to my car writing this... I was standing in line for a good 3-4 minutes. The only one in line, mike just walk clear past me 4x. Didnt even look, a guy comes in with a pick up truck and just walks straight to the front and mike starts to help him.I just grabbed my Vape pen and got up and left .I called about 4 new tires and spoke to brian, but guess mike had other plansHeaded to tire depot 🖐

Nice people but the work is bad.I gave them 3 chances and the messed up all 3 times.1st time. I had alinement done and car was then given to me with the steering wheel not centered.2nd time. alinement re-checked but they let me drive off with the work job papers dangling from the mirror.3rd time. tire repair . they installed the tire backwards. you cant do that if you have directional tires like I do.
