This location has the worst service of any pharmacy Ive ever had the unfortunate opportunity to use. Update your signs and workers. Waited 40+ minutes at the vaccination check-in/drop off location behind just (1) other customer to be told just go to aisle 25 and wait more. 2 people serviced in 1 hour is horrible. Got to aisle 25 and the old man ahead of me had been waiting over an hour. Close down and restructure.

Since I have been going to CVS for my medications and buying household items plus for my dog. I have been very impressed the way things are displayed and the staff is very helpful. The staff in the pharmacy listen to your questions and concerns you have that shows me that CVS CARES about their customers and visitors.

They need to train their employees. Well, certain ones. Every time I call in I get this female employee who needs to be trained. If a person gets a 30 day prescription every month, does not mean they pick it up on the same day they picked it up the month prior. Every month varies on how many days are in that month. She has had me late picking my prescription up quite a few times even though I try explaining to her it is a 30 day prescription. I spoke to her a few days ago to make sure my prescription would be in and she gave me wrong date. I called back a couple days later and got a gentlemen who confirmed she was wrong. PLEASE TRAIN THIS FEMALE EMPLOYEE!Once again I call my prescription in ahead of time and it was never entered in. Now having to wait 30 minutes. This is ridiculous!Starting to get frustrated with this location. I have called a prescription in and when I come in, it was never refilled. Then I’m told to wait. I just waited that whole time in the drive thru. They are very nice but get your stuff together please!

This is the worst CVS store Ive ever been in.Last year I had a precription for a probiotic I took to them after doing a little research on it. The person at the register said it had been recalled & the package was out of date, but offered to sell it to me!! I refused to buy it! Out if date & recalled & she was going to sell it anyway? What the heck.Well, yesterday my hubby went in to get his flu shot. He showed them both his Medicare & supplemental plan heath cards. The girl at the cash register told him it wasnt covered & would cost $75. He left.I called them today & was told by the phatmacist they are shorthanded, the people are new & cant be expected to know everything and there are too many insurance companies for them to know all of them.I told her Medicare Part B covers Flu Shots, how confusing can that be? She hung up on me. How unprofessional !Not that it matters to them, but we will never shop in that store again & Im sending a letter to the corporate offices.

On two occasions I have come in for emergency supplies for sick relatives and have been harassed and accused of stealing when I never even considered it. The clerks are rude, unprofessional, and unsafe. The store manager accused me of giving someone I never knew or saw in the store, a ride to steal. I had no idea what he was talking about. He came up yelling at me and snatched things out of my hands. He was aggressive and loud and scary.He kicked me out of the store after snatching my items from my hands. Then the security guard accused me of stealing the items I was going to purchase that the manager already snatched out of my hands. I felt scared of these men running up on me , confused by the crazy accusations, and I didnt get the blood sugar glucose/ monitor my friend really needed. Worst store ever.

Pharmacy tech BRIANCA was unbelievable rude to my elderly sick mother who I’m caretaker for. Her medication is vital to her at her age. She hung up on us MULTIPLE a times and laughs when we ask why still not answering the questions we have. She was so rude she made my mom cry after she hung up on her cause it takes so long to get through. She treated me the same and placed me on hold for 22 minutes then hung up when answered laughing. I spoke with store asst manager Bryan to let him know as well. This behavior is out of control. I’ve never felt the need to escalate this kind of issue until I dealt with her. We spend a lot of money in this store and my mom has very expensive prescriptions monthly through cvs. And to be treated this way is unacceptable and I would like something to be done! Forward to corporate so let’s see if she’s laughing then!

Dont come here if your child needs Covid testing. Its the same line they use for pharmacy. Someone cut us off when we arrived at the same time. There was already someone in front of them too, but that person didnt take near as long. The person who cut us off took over 25 minutes! We got stuck waiting in line that entire time. They need to set up a better system. We only took 5 minutes. I have no clue what they were doing that whole time. Sutters setup is way better

Hi, it was great that the pharmacist answered my phone call so quickly. She swiftly pulled up my file and meds from CVSs national database, gave me all I needed to know if alright to take them on the same day, and that I did not have to do anything special to bring my business over from NY. This pharmacist must be able to take care of many patients in one day. She is super fast. The pharmacy is open 24/7. Can they be more helpful? Some of the negative reviews are not recent. It is possible some customers are experiencing bad service due to COVID impacting operations. I will keep you posted. Please stay safe and well. Dont take this pandemic lightly. If you have problems with this location speak with the manager and corporate if you need someone in higher authority to assist you.

This place is very clean and the staff is very nice , the prices are a little high but over all nice store. The only really bad problem is the fact that the drive thru is all ways so bad that it has caused issues in the parking lot. I have seen people fighting in the parking lot and people laying on the horn and there is all ways cars blocking the whole intersection . its horrible you cant even pull in near there sometimes.

The staff seem nice enough and the store is always clean but the pharmacy drive thru is always so slow. Each car can take 10 to 15 mins. I recently waited over 30 mins and I was the 4th car in line.

Best CVS I have been to in two states. Store manager is lovely, and the pharmacy staff are thoughtful, dedicated, and helpful, which - as Im sure many have experienced - has not always been the case at CVS pharmacies. They also have a great selection of beauty products - many more and much nicer than most drugstores.

I cant say anything about the release of drugs, because my doctor is not appointed here, and its bad, because I can only get to the pharmacy on foot, and here closer than in other pharmacies, although it is also difficult and long - to walk for an one hour. As for medical and related products - the largest range. The vast majority of pharmacies not have everything it, never. The store is clean, it is convenient to look for goods, a lot of complaints ?, - need change the attitude to customers.

Pharmacy Dept would get zero stars if it were an option. I have chronic pain medication Ive been out of for a week, come into the store in person 4 times to take care of this and its been a business week yet they still cant contact my physician? Any other employer would terminate you for NEGLECTING a client request for 7 calendar days, but not here!Best advice? Take your business where its appreciated

It just goes to show that they continue to understaff these locations to maximize profits while delivering bare minimum patient care. For today, medication delays in regards to antibiotics that complicate disease state and prolong patient suffering. Until proper recognition, no changes to the system will occur.

Over an hour wait on hold with a physician for flu medication is entirely unacceptable. Had to order through Walgreens in Elk Grove and will no longer give business here again. Corporate management would be doing themselves a favor by firing the pharmacy techs who clearly cannot meet job expectations instead of continuing to lose further business. Would not recommend to friends/family/patients and these reviews very much so speak for themselves.

The pharmacy needs more personel. I called today & waited over 20 minutes to talk with the pharmacy - never got through to a live person. The store does not have a phone number, there is only a pharmacy number you cannot get through on!The last time I tried to go through the drive-thru there were 7 cars waiting, after waiting 15 minutes I pulled out of line, parked & walked in. I then waited 15 minutes inside in line at the pharmacy.I think I will contact corporate to request they get better management & more staff!

This store is open 24 hours, but you cant spend more than 30 minutes there without getting kicked out for loitering. I understand the need, but they were rude about it considering we didnt know.All of the workers avoided us like the plague; the first one to engage with us told us weve been there too long. He was pretty rude at the register too.If you dont plan on spending more than 30 minutes here and dont mind absent/rude employees, this CVS is a good place for late, last minute necessities.

I would give zero stars to the pharmacy dept., my sister in law and I went in friday night to get a prescription for her 8month old, we were told her insurance didnt cover the solution prescribed, but did cover a dissolving tablet. The pharmacist called the doctor to see if he approved the change, but the doctor was unavailable, the pharmacist told us she would call back and would get the prescription started and would call us when it was ready. They never called. We returned the next day and the staff told us nothing had been started and we would have to wait to until they found out what had happened, I explained the situation from the night before and what we were told. All they said was they werent there the night before and didnt know what happened. They finally got what I tried telling them and told us we needed to get the prescription changed, I asked them to call the doctor and they said they couldnt. I asked them why the night staff could call, but they couldnt, they asked the pharmacist and she said she can call but it wouldnt be for awhile. The whole time we were being told this the ladys attitude was horrible, she kept rolling her eyes and heavily sighing and mumbling silently. She didnt look interested in helping at all. We finally asked for our prescription back and went to a different CVS where we were helped with excellent customer service and were even given a coupon since the medication wasnt covered by the insurance. Never going to this pharmacy again.

Amazing service! I lost my atm card in the store, a very scary moment. Stacey in the pharmacy and Jon at the register were so great to me. I got my card back and Jon even verified my name before giving it back to me, exactly what you want to happen in that situation. They both were so sweet and helpful during a very panicky situation for me. Thank you Jon & Stacey!

Bad service don’t go to there because I wait 3 hours and then they told me you can’t pick up your medicine and she’s bad at all and she mocks and she didn’t give my prescription back and she wanna me to buy it but it’s coverage.Before I going inside the store I was in the drive thru to wait 2 hours.She’s bad but the prescriptions not for me it’s for my sister and she sick and she can’t even breath and it was in kaiser. Never have I ever been delayed this long for a medication. They treat the disabled and colored people like were drug addicts just because we look a certain way. The pharmacist named Clesen refused to fill my 6 year old daughters Rx for a cronic illness she suffers from. They had two months to get the insurance billed correct and I had to eventually pay out of pocket. Then after another month of calling, coming down to give them the insurance information over and over, and my daughter passing out because her levels were off, I had enough of them passing the blame on anyone other than themselves and I began to argue with Clesen over the phone, demanding that CVS fill her prescription immediately. He refused based on me arguing with him. We called a layer and they informed us that it is illegal for a pharmacist to refuse filling a medication based on behavior. My daughter is sick and CVS pharmacy took months to fill a sick kids prescription and then when I demanded that they fill it, they said no. Theyre going to do this again and I hope the next father will figure out how to get them to stop. We were told in so many words, to take our Rx and go somewhere else because they didnt want to deal with us anymore.

How CVS treats disabled people. I wemt into this location last week to shop. I finally found a location that had the Persil laundry soap that I had a rain check for since Nov 2016. I got the amount that the rain check was for and proceeded to the cashier. The guys name was Lon, I informed him that I had said raincheck because I know they have to manually.put it in (a courtesy for them) He inspected my rain check and said this is expired! I said your policy is they never expire he told me I am going to have to ask Linda if she will accept this By that time I was irritated he and this Linda were going to make their own rules. This Linda came over amd instructed Lon to manually over ride. Then I produced my coupons for the detergent. He told this Linda still standing by that he didnt think the system would accept rain check and coupon. I asked why? when your sales are active and I have a coupon it works just fine? Why would I be penalized for your not having stock in for so long? This rude and nasty duo spoke under their breath and were beyond nasty! Finally because between the two of them they couldnt figure out how to complete the transaction , he said you will have to.choose one or the other I cannot force the machine to take something. I informed both of them, this is the first time I have been told this or treated so rudely. Linda even made a few snide comments about the sloppiness of the rain check?! I didnt write it ?! I left upset and in so much pain because I stood so long waiting for them to figure this out! I was recently diagnosed with Cancer and have had several spinal surgeries that standing in one place too long causes me great pain. I called CVS HQ the next day, spoke to a Desiree and she apologized and said a manager or District manager wpuld get in touch , they never did. My daughter has them both on camera proving the incident hapened the way I said . Screw CVS ! I will never come back & will tell everyone about the way I was mistreated!!

The cashiers at this particular cvs are very rude,they do not greet you when you enter but yet they are staring right at you,they seem to ignore there customers and are very judgemental and base you on looks,the Mexican lady that works nights is the worst out of all them....she needs a reality check and realize she is no better then anyone else...I will never go to this CVS if it was the last store open..

Regularly unable to fill several recurring monthly medications. Having to call two days before and the day before I need the medication. I was told by one of the pharmacist this would end the issue of them being out. It has not and they are still regularly unable to fill regular monthly medications. Due to insurance have to go to CVS. Definitely will be checking in to other CVS pharmacy in the area. Horrible experience with this one on a regular basis.
