Amazing customer service and they filled up your drink all the way when you ask for light ice. My fiancée and I stopped by here after our drive back from Lake Tahoe since she was craving her Gva PF drink. I got my Mango dragonfruit which I asked for light ice. I was expecting the drink to not be filled all the way up because at Starbucks in Los Angeles, they try to match the exact level on their measuring cup when ice is added. But at this Starbucks, the workers filled my drink to the too and I really like that. She also had some small talk with us. There was basically nobody inside and there was many parking spots. They even have outside seating again which is nice to see.

This Starbucks location at Hazel Ave. & Madison Ave. In Orangevale doesnt know the difference between an Iced Coffee and an Iced Vanilla LATTE. Huge difference people. Maybe someday you will listen to your customers who do know the difference. The last 3 times Ive ordered the Iced Vanilla LATTE they gave me what looked like & tasted like an Iced Coffee every time. When I questioned it they simply stated well this is how we make. 🙄 So you can count on paying the higher price for a LATTE but expect to get the cheaper version of an Iced Coffee.

Terrible don’t even say names when they put stuff out and takes forever. Go to a different Starbucks

We went in to pick-up our mobile order today and was not at all greeted by the five associates we saw on the floor but just looked at as soon as we walked in. Despite that if you are busy, my experience with great customer service is you can still at least acknowledge a customer by saying something simple like, Hello, well be right with you. We walked over to where the mobile orders were and continued to wait for someone. After a couple minutes or so, a barista unpleasantly asked us, Do you have a mobile order or something? No greeting at all. At this point we were already turned off from the customer service and for us to be cordial was out the window. She passed off the drinks with nothing to say and we just left.

Very very slow. Ordered on mobile and was over 5 -7 minutes away and order was half done. Ordered 3 items and all 3 were in 3 different places on counter. Better to drive out of my way to Starbucks on Madison/greenback!

Giving a 5 star because its not necessarily the employees fault. Drive thru lines are always SOOOOO long and Ive had to go inside which I prefer not to do. They always make my order right and are super nice. Great location.

This morning I ordered a bacon sausage wrap, but when I returned home I realized I had a bacon Gouda sandwich. I went back to the store do you will return it, and Audrey helped me out. She was super kind and apologetic about the situation. While I was waiting for my breakfast wrap to be warmed, there was an extremely disrespectful customer (without a mask) who also got the wrong breakfast item. He was frustrated that he had to throw away the item he received, when “he didn’t make the mistake”. I was so proud of the way Audrey handled the whole situation with him. She explained it was store policy that she could not take the item back, yet she would fix the situation and make his egg bites. I wanted to give a shout-out to Audrey because a lobby full of customers watched her handled that situation as well as possible, her team should be extremely proud of her. Thank you again for fixing my breakfast item, you’re awesome!

Drinks were delicious though I wish I got my fiances because the strawberry cream frappe was so tasty. Id recommend downloading the starbucks app as they will alert you to promotional days such as happy hour.Its also a lot more convenient when ordering drinks as it gets us through faster. :)

I come to this starbucks at least 3 times a week and everyone here has great energy very friendly...the atmosphere overall is great nobody is loud and obnoxious other customers are respectful its all around fantastic

I was there on 9/13/19 was in drive thru at 3:30pm got my drink by 3:55pm. There was no apologizing for the wait the waitress basically said what my price was been handed me my drink and it was dripping coffee on to me she didn’t say one word and that to me was very rude since I sat there for over 25 minutes waiting for an Americano I will not go back there again I will drive the other way to go to the Starbucks at Madison and Greenback from now on

This Starbucks takes a while to fill your order so keep that in mind before going. That being said, the staff is super friendly and helpful and theyve never gotten my very specific orders wrong.

Received food and drink order that was incoorect after 2 times of remaking it. How hard can it be to get lemonade instead of green tea, or a trenta instead of grande, or produce in a meal kit that isnt fuzzy green and outdated? Oh, I can answer that! About as hard as the fresh cookie sold to me at 6 am this morning. I liked it better when it was a McDonalds.

The interactions with staff are hit or miss here. Usually miss. Its awkward, at times. A feeling like youre dealing with factory workers who dont want to be there and niceness is forced and fake. I would say the obviously fake niceness is characteristic of all Starbucks.
