I buy cookie bouquets several times a year and I always choose Cookies by Design in Exeter because do such a fantastic job. The cookies are absolutely delicious and the staff is truly fantastic. They even worked with me in the past to create customer bouquets which could not have been better. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to surprise a loved one with a yummy treat!

I ordered as a gift for my husband and was very happy with what he received. After they were delivered, I received a phone call letting me know it was done and the person on the other end was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely order again.

Wonderful company and idea. It was a great surprise gift for my mom who just retired. She absolutely loved the variety and quality of the cookies and cakepops. Couldnt recommend it any higher.

This place could not be more terrible. Cookies have been ordered twice and its apparently too difficult to package overpriced cookies in an appropriate bag. Both times the cookies have fallen out through the bottom, the last time falling into a nice big pile of snow as I attempted to remove them from the car. The person who ordered for me tried to get their money back, but was forced into have another package delivered when the owner whined about how all the cookies would have to come back and that would be oh so difficult. Upon redelivery, theyre still using the same cheap bags and should be avoided at all costs.

Received a lovely arrangement of cookies when I had my daughter. Was such a lovely gift to munch on while we spent time in the hospital recovering!

While the people at the Exeter NH location were very nice, the cookies made my entire family extremely sick- including our children! We thought perhaps it was just a stomach bug and tried the cookies again a few days later and we were all sick again. We ended up throwing out the rest of the cookies. Very cute but not worth being so incredibly sick! Wish we hadnt spent the money. Never again.

I needed to find a birthday cookie for my Grandson instead of cake. They were very accommodating and he loved it..

That made me a tasty cookie cake with exactly what I wanted on it, and they said they could do anything. Was super pleased and so happy that they made the cake so quickly.

The product is well-made, delicious and put together with care.
