I was looking for cookies and needed them for a certain day. I was flying to New Hampshire so I called before I left from Las Vegas expecting that they would be too busy for my order. It was so important to me because I wanted them for my sister whom is very ill and I was probably going to see for the last time. To my surprise Crystal was just amazing and made it all happen for me. She not only made beautiful cookies but delivered to me also. She was the most understanding person I have ever met. ❤ I cant thank her enough. 😭
