My time is valuable. The Walgreens store was not open by 6 AM as posted on Thursday, September 16. I waited at the door and could see a store associate walking through the store but the person did not open the door. I missed a 7 AM religious service because of this. DONT POST 6AM if your store doesnt actually open the doors at 6 AM. No excuse!

Alright, so it sounds like a lot of people are razzing the pharmacy. I havent visited the pharmacy myself, but Ive had bad experiences at other pharmacies so I can imagine.I just wanted to say that the NON-PHARMACY STAFF are TOP NOTCH! I have visited this Walgreens a few times for various snacks and drinks, and I can tell you that the cashiers are probably the nicest, friendliest staff I have ever encountered at any store. If anyone from corporate is reading this, they all deserve raises!

Every time we try to fill a prescription it’s a problem. Every time they say they don’t have it. We never are notified if it is by some Miracle it was filled. Now they are telling us we have to go to a medical supply store. So they don’t want our business and now we have switched over to CVS. No problems now. I would recommend all of their customers to go anywhere else but here. This pharmacy should be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful pharmacist, Yolanda at the Walgreens in Exeter. She was so kind and gentle with my special needs child who received his Covid vaccine tonight. We can’t thank you enough 😊

This phamacy manager denied my prescription, my Dr. felt I needed. I am new to the area and called ahead to see if I would have any problems even before I sent had the prescription sent there. She was very rude and condescending on the initial call, asking me how she fit into my equation. She then flagged me for have multiple addresses. Hence, new to the area. Moving. My health care was held up a full day and an embarrassing situation being flagged. My Doctor gladly switched my prescription to CVS, where I had zero problem and was offered guidance. I have since learned others have been denied prescription by this manager. Save yourself the worry, Rite aid is across the street.

I am furious with this company! I was kept on hold for over 45 minutes saying i was 2nd in que. At 8:58 a pharmacy tech FINALLY answered. I was calling to check on a prescription that had been ordered 3 weeks ago. She said my prescription was in and I can come pick it up anytime. So on top of a 45 minute wait my prescription has been there and ready and I never got a phone call. I had told the technician I had been on hold for about 47 minutes at that point. Her response was oh we changed our hours. We are now open at 9 a.m. I know yesterday we were open at 6 a.m. but the time change went into effect today. so again I ask to speak with a manager. She again informs me of the time change and apologizes for me being on hold and the system not being updated and offers me points on my stupid Walgreens card which I do not even have. Moral of the story Walgreens needs to get their act together. Their time change is not on their website, neither is it on their Automated machine nor is it on Google. after I pick up my script this afternoon I will no longer ever use this Walgreens. If you are reading this please share it with your friends clearly Im not the only person thats had a problem with this Walgreens and all of these issues need to be addressed.

Im not sure who the Assistant Manager received his training from but God bless. I came into this Walgreens as the one my organization chose today for Thanksgiving donations. Since not many people are donating to their local pantries due to covid weve taken it upon ourselves to research couponing. I was assigned Exeter Walgreens and Epping. Swanson Canned chicken broth is on sale for $1 for 2. There is a $.50 off ANY Swanson product coupon. This transaction has already been completed by thousands of couponers around the country. This would be an amazing gift this Thanksgiving. Instead I was treated as what I was doing was wrong because it stated no ounces or specifications. I stated that this coupon DOESNT specify ounces on ANY Swanson product. Confused I left in a huff and drove to Epping Walgreens (my next assigned Walgreens) On the way I called 1800WALGREENS and explained my situation and read the coupon clearly. I was told I should have no problem, to give them a call back if I do have any problems, that I should definitely be able to use this couponon this deal. Walked in and explained to them the service I had just been treated at Exeter Walgreens. EXETER WALGREENS HAD CALLED EPPING AND WARNED THEM ABOUT ME. I am appalled. They didnt seem to know their coupon policy either. I again left and drove to my next assigned, Lee. Calling 1800WALGREENS a 2nd time. This time I walked in with them on the phone with me. Lee laughed, they explained the way the coupon is worded and how it says ANY product.. it would not state ounces. Ding ding ding. A store who knows how to read their coupons, the woman on the phone laughed and thanked me for everything we do. We all had a good laugh. I was able to use half of the coupons assigned. And I used the other half at Rochester Walgreens on Milton just fine. I thought about calling back Walgreens for a 3rd time to give them the stores names, but decided I had wasted enough of my time and it wasnt worth hurting anyone else. We will be sure to not to bother Exeter and Epping again. As a lifetime Exeter resident who has been coming to Exeter Walgreens all hours of the night her whole life, I was baffled. We got the hint and will do our coupon donations elsewhere.

Every single time I walk into this pharmacy it’s a nightmare. My girlfriend recently spent 6 months in the hospital and had multiple amputations. This pharmacy has denied her the pain medication she was prescribed by the doctor 3 different times now. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

Worst pharmacy! Not because its Walgreens though. Walgreens as a company is great. This location is the WORST in the country! Some of the staff is very nice, but they are either clearly understaffed or completely aloof to the fact that customers are waiting either at the counter or at the drive up. Whenever Im in the store at the counter, there are always at least 2 or more employees who I see, who I know see me, yet they have NEVER ONCE greeted me or to tell me someone would be with me momentarily. When I do say something to get their attention, they then tell me someone will be with me soon. Some of their employees either need some serious customer service training. One of their younger employees in particular is so unprofessional and immature. She completely mumbles into the drive up microphone that I needed to ask her 4 times to repeat herself, just to get a rolling of the eyes at me. I cant believe Walgreens as a company would allow this level of rudeness and UN-professionalism. Maybe management and/or the pharmacist needs to start doing their job of managing their team, because this pharmacy is a laughing stock!!

Avoid. I left crying. It took two hours to get a common med (non-narcotic). The pharmacy I go to was out so I ended up here. The pharmacist refused to help when their was a glitch in the system and it was not excepting my full coverage. She tried to charge when I have FULL insurance and my medicine is FREE under long term care and, it is illegal to charge/violation of medicaid and medicare to charge when full coverage is present. she would not listen to me and refused to transfer my script unless I went to the other pharmacy and get them to call and ask. I had been waiting four hours. I guess they needed a third card but the pharmacist refused to work with us for me to know that she was enjoying yelling at me and generally being abusinve and was SMILING ash she tried to trigger me. I am on long term care and valuable staff hours were lost. The manager was GREAT he really fixed it and smoothed it over. But it was so bad it was a struggle to shift the bad mood caused by them.

The worst pharmacy we have ever been to. I cannot remember the last time we went there and walked out with our prescription with no problems at all. Most recently it was for Tamiflu for my 6 year old, which time is essential. It took hours for them to transfer the prescription. If Rite Aid and CVS were smart, they would open a 24 hour store in the area. Walgreens would fail to exist.

They arent 24/7 right now but as I understand this is due to a staffing shortage. Otherwise better than all the surrounding pharmacies.

This stores pharmacy has gone down hill drastically over the past year. Its been a steady continual decline. There seems to have been a high turn-over rate of pharmacy staff. The staff now is so inferior to those that ran it before. They just cut the hours back too, they use to be 24 hours - which was very convenient. Now they have nothing that makes them stand apart from the other pharmacies - in fact they are now far behind the others. Sad, it was a good place - but I can no longer recommend it. Their store in Epping is much better, and seems to have their act together. If I were to guess, Id say that the store in Exeter is going to close. Its old, run down and the most of the good staff is gone. Too many other choices than to put up with incompetent staff - especially when they are dealing with medication. Look elsewhere....

Drove well out of my way to pick up a prescription. Apparently Walgreens was having a nation-wide outage and no insurance or other payer information could be processed. No resolution for a prescription that was needed today.

Very disappointed that this 24 hour pharmacy is no longer 24 hours.. Whats worse is the conflicting information about the hours.. On the website it says the pharmacy hours on Sunday are 7am-10pm, so I just drove there & the hours on the door say they close at 6pm..When did this happen & why does the sign still say 24 hour pharmacy? Very inconvenient to have no 24 hour pharmacies near the hospital.. There are several other pharmacies- CVS, Rite Aid, Osco, Hanaford pharmacy nearby and none are 24 hours!!! Come on pharmacies.. Step up your game or your customers are going to go elsewhere!!!
