This place is horrible getting wipers shouldnt be difficult. Its one of the simplest things you can do automotive wise. Going against my better judgment I listened to their employee who went on length of wipers and thats it . I suggested the book that has the correct wipers listed by number he said length is all you need . Needless to said they did not fit. I took them back and had to argue with the manager who suggested I only needed the length . Training has failed somewhere. After I couldnt be pressed into buying something she suggested I used the book and they fit ...wow
Very helpful helped with installing my wipers
Your gonna get an autozone experience
Excellent service and selection!
Great service always reliable
Good customer service 🚗
Excellent service
Friendly staff very helpful
The manager and counter person were very knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly, and that speaks volumes.
I shop at autozone first, if they don’t have it, then I go somewhere else....but this store....omg. I love the people except Cynthia. Extremely rude to fellow employees and attitude to customers. Not a people person....but her friends come by while she’s on the clock, she’ll go outside and smoke marijuana with them in the parking lot. She even buys the stuff while on the clock.....I won’t go here as long as she’s there. I’ll go to visalia stores....sorry
Wow. Never felt so unwelcome in the Exeter Autozone.I won’t even say who the two employees are, but the older employees probably already know who I’m talking about. You guys need to teach them what’s up.I walked in and felt like I was interrupting their conversation or something by daring to come shop in the store. They didn’t even say “hi”, or (heaven forbid) “may I help you” as they leaned over the front counter. I was the only customer!I’m used to a whole different experience and I hope this isn’t the new experience I can look forward to.I’ll be going somewhere else for a while, but I’ll check back at some point, just not now. Thanks.(I’ll change the negative review at that point too)
Very friendly an helpful employees working at the Exeter Store...
Most of the staff are really helpful though I could do without the long waits you sometimes get here, its not really the staffs fault theres just not always enough people working at one time.
They have all the right parts, For the right price!!!
The staff was very helpful cause we had multiple problems and Michael Kennedy in the Exeter store was great really needed his experience on the parts he is young but very knowledgeable.
The parts manager was extremely helpful. We showed up at 1 minute before closing time, and he still got us our stuff and even installed it into our car.
Ive been there maybe once or twice, but their always nice. Always have what I need and very helpful
Friendly staff and somewhat knowledgeable .clean well kept store
Good customer service
When did they stop coding? Not impressed. I was told to go to PepBoys and ask for a diagnosis, getting the codes only. Then they would tell me what the codes mean. Cant say Ill make an effort to come back to this location.
Very good customer service!
Always have what you need, if not they will get what you need
I drive a 1996 Dodge 3/4 ton and they still stock parts.
Friendly fast service
Inexperienced personal working there, look up the battery I asked for did not have one, so he gave me another one, that would not fit when I got home, had to go back and get another one, 2 yr instead of 5 yr like I wanted.
