Jennie and Alexis are wonderful to work with and even though I purchased my stuff in Liberty ( who did not help me transfer any data and gave me incorrect info) but these girls helped me figure out how to get my phone working! Thanks girls! Then I took my boyfriend there to get his phone upgraded and they were so patient and helpful! Thanks again girls!

I will never darken their doorstep again for anything. My husband got me a phone and went to Liberty. I had trouble transferring from old to new phone so living closer to Excelsior I went in there for help. I was told since it was a franchise location theyd have to charge me since I didnt get it from their store and theyd tell me how and I could use their wifi but Id have to do it myself. Well corporate or not there is such a thing as customer service and its still verizon. There use to be very helpful people in there. Not anymore.

Sucks. They are independently owned, cannot help you at all. Nothing in stock, uneducated on services. Will never go back

Terrible management, sold me a iwatch+cellular I didn’t ask for. I wanted only gps version.When I found out it was a $100 extra than the one I wanted they wanted a $50 restocking fee.Fortunately Verizon the company. refunded me the amount after I explained. This a private owner store and they can make they’re own rules. Verizon informed me.Only shop corporate stores.

Neal at TCC Excelsior Springs is the most knowledgeable, efficient, kind, personable, and professional person that my sister and I have ever met much less a Verizon employee. He took time with us giving us the best service ever... telling us about and explaining all the features that we have and that we can have... Because of his wonderful service, we accepted new upgrades, services, and devices that we would have never dared try without his precise explanations.People who came into the store may not have been happy because we took up so much of Neals time. However, if they stood around until we were through, they too would have been lucky recipients of his time, care, and expertise.

I will never step foot in that store again. I had to get a new phone thru warranty and could not figure out how to set it up. So went to ask for help i thought that thats what stores where for was to take care of customers. They did help me but as doing so made it very uncomfortable and vocal by yelling across the store to other co workers about what was going on and mocking the situation. NEVER FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY LIFE! Always had good luck in Liberty it is worth the drive!

Worst experience of my life. I dont give reviews however this store took advantage of my 80 year old aunt. Sold her a phone for 240.00. 3 years old ...could have purchased in Amazon for 79.00 ...returned next day and charged 50.00 restocking fee. Talked her into purchasing a phone when I told her to go to Liberty Verizon.. Charged her 20.00 more than verizon. I told her what they did. She took the phone back same day and they charged her an other 50.00. Total they got 120.00 of her money. I am the owner of the account they my aunt is on. I tried to talk to them. They told me they did not have to do business with me....this is the 33rd time for bad service....terrible place....out to take old peoples money....

Worst sevice ever... I went in to price phones and asked what kind of variety they had and the older guy with black beard goes can u not see them.. I asked him to stop being rude and told me to leave and said goodbye.. Will never come back to this store again.. I will purchase my phone from liberty where I can get better service and the employees are nice and helpful

Josiah was very knowledgable and very easy to work with. He took the sting out of replacing a destroyed phone. I highly recommend their store.
