Great ladies! Very positive & upbeat! They are very knowledgeable about their plans! Rachel & Brandi have really done an amazing job! The store looks great and smells great! & I can say that store really has come along way with the both of them! I recommend anyone to come check them out!

I went to the Liberty mo store to switch from Straight Talk. When I walked in the store I was met by a young man that ask me if I had a mask. I informed him that I had the Covid shot and didnt think I needed a mask. I would have been happy to comply with his request but him wearing his mask below his nose told me that he wasnt really concerned about me. Since it was just him and I in the store I could see he had more business than he could handle anyway and left. On my way home i passed by the Cricket store in Excelsior Springs. I dont usually give a business a second chance but am very happy I did. I bought an Iphone xr. The young lady was very helpful and professional. 5 stars and if your looking for a plan or phone or both? Go there!!! I would give 10 stars if i could.

Extremely disappointed! I was told buy the guy who sold me the phone that I would get good service anywhere, so not true , cant even get service when I need it the most especially just here in town, youd think it wouldnt be an issue, but it is. I barely even had the money for a new phone, I do in home care and cant even clock in and out at my clients home. Ill be switching to something else as soon as I can. I went into complainin, no help, just said its because of the building I usually have clients at. Well my straight talk phone , no issues with it, although it was a pos, at least I had service and could make calls , etc.

The girls at this store are so kind and informative.... I had a good experience with them and will be back for future upgrades and accessories.

Ive gotten a couple of phones from here in the past, the last couple of times Ive been there, it seems like there is always someone different running the place. Didnt have the phones we wanted in stock. Fast track a couple of weeks later, no one will answer the phone, always not accepting calls. Dont want to drive 1/2 hour for them not to have the phones we want, to bad.

Finally good help! Manager is wonderful! Always goes above and beyond for every customer!!!!

The people working at this location have always been really friendly and helpful. Im happy to have a Cricket so close to my house--now I dont have to drive to Liberty every time I need some small thing done to my account.

If I give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever! Wanted to get phone for daughter so tried to transfer from another carrier. The first thing i asked was if i was in coverage area and was assured i was. At the end of the transaction I was told the phone was activated and ready to go so when I left I tried to make a call and was unable to so went back to the store and they told me that sometimes there will be a gap to crossover that it should work by time I got home it should work. When I got home it kept saying out of service area. After multiple phone calls and visits got a msg saying the Ph# couldnt be transferred. They said I gave wrong pin # on old acct Thought it was cleared up but still not working.Finally ompletely fed up I decided to get a refund of the $82. I paid. I watched her shred my receipt keep the new phone and tell me I was not getting a refund and threatened to call the police. So I left empty handed with no phone no money or anything I could show for the $82 I spent w/o even 1 min of use. Ive never seen such dishonesty and poor customer service in my life. I plan on reporting to BBB and spreading word on Facebook so no one else has to endure this ridiculous experience

We wanted to change our verizon phones over to cricket wellll we finaly did but now we dont have any network our phones had 3 bars on them when we left the store and we also live 5 hrs away from that particular store and we never got 1 bar all the way home even after going through a major city the store was fine the gal is very nice I dont know about cricket well see
