My heat would not blow out on the drivers side, only the passenger side. My “alert” message was also showing “low tire pressure”. I called and opted to take an appointment, otherwise they offered to “work me in that very cold day”’ On my appointment day, I was greeted by several staff, Dusty and receptionist.They reviewed the reason FOR my visit and got right to work. Unfortunately, it was a “computer reprogramming” issue to get the drivers side heat flap to open appropriately. The cost was $200.00 and 2 hours of my time. But I drove away with heat and enough air in my tires to satisfy the computer. They also served doughnuts to their costumers that day which was very generous’

They got me in early, took me to work and brought it to me when it was done. Have had good experiences with them and every person I have come in contact with has been friendly and easy to work with.

I called to get an appointment-I was getting a message “change engine oil” Labor department manager set me up for a 5,000 mile maintenance right away. I was greeted promptly, directed to the comfortable waiting area and kept informed of the work performed on my vehicle as well as the condition of major parts. I was informed how to schedule to get a new key faub. The cashier was very kind and explained my bill. My car was washed and entire service was done in a timely manner. It was a Friday, the place was very busy and I saw only one familiar person that day, but everyone was kind and friendly.

Basic fluid service was performed along with some engine noise issues. Also had a window not working. They diagnosed and fixed everything on time and now all is working great. The employees greeting you were very kind and helpful also which is a big plus.Would recommend them and use again.

The service department was great. So great in fact that a couple drove several hours to use them to repair the car they brought in because the place close by just wasnt as good to them.

It was just a regular maintenance with oil change, fluid topoff, and tire rotation. They didnt notice a tire leak, but I let it slide. I didnt check the fluids for 2 weeks (was out of town), but when I did, coolant was half inch below minimum.

I have been trying to use the service department here again after not going for a number of years after having problems before. I believe the repairs are sound and done correctly but there are still problems with the customer service. I made an appointment on a Friday and arrived at the time I was told. I explained the issue, they diagnosed the problem that morning and gave me an estimate to complete the repair by Monday if I gave them the ok, they would order the part it would arrive Monday and in the meantime they would take out the old and have it prepared for the new.I told them to go ahead, then come Monday at around 4 in the afternoon I had still not heard from them, so I called, to be told the parts didnt come in. I dont know why I wasnt informed earlier, I dont know if they dont think that people rely on the vehicles to get to work and appointments or what but not finding out till late in the day, when I called put me in a bind. I was told that they would look up the tracking and let me know what they found out, i said ok because I wanted to know what happened and when it would be complete. I was never called back about it. The next day I called around 2 in the afternoon after not hearing from them at all. I never heard anything about tracking but was told at the time that the part had come in around midday and they were trying to get someone free to work on it. They thought it might get done that day or maybe the next morning. I said I would call back to check that evening, when I called it was not complete and they would need the next morning. The next day they called me in the morning to ask if i still wanted to have another part of my repairs done that didnt require special parts because the other was done. I told them yes as long as I could get the car back that day. They called later that afternoon when it was completed.The bottom line is they can do the work competently but the do not communicate with you. If you have parts not come in on time you will be put on the back burner and wait longer.
