Stopped in 12-28-20 at around 430pm and upon first arrival there was 1 sales associate and 2 customers in front of me.I wasnt in a hurry so I decided to wait my turn.I talked with Jeff and I told him what I was looking for we discussed standard heights vs custom and different glass options.He was able to give me a quote on 4 different options and I was going to double check my measurements before ordering and to make sure its what we wanted.Tuesday 12-29-20 I called Jeff to orderAnd he wasnt available at the time I called and I was told for certain he would call me back before end of day.Around 20 minutes later Jeff called and product is ordered!Will follow up once my item arrives.Picked up my item, got home installed it. Just what we wanted!Thanks Jeff!!

I was referred to Winsupply over any of the department stores and I couldn’t be happier. Thekla was more than helpful in helping direct which products would work for our bathroom remodels. She was quick to reply and we will be using them for our kitchen remodel.

Great customer service

Not very helpful. I visited 4 local supply stores looking for a replacement part and by far this place was the worst. I was surprised that other stores suggested this place. The customer service was not helpful one bit.
