There were employees every place I went looking for something and I got assistance for what I couldnt find. Store was very clean. Check out lines not busy. Had a good time returning some gas connection hoses and shopping for odds and ends I needed while there!

A couple of very odd interactions with staff. Maybe they werent used to seeing a female alone in a hardware store? I knew what I needed but was over-explained to. I was just trying to get in and find what I needed with help finding the correct aisle.A lot of things in the way throughout the store and I was unable to easily navigate the aisles.They did have what I needed and once I eventually found it, no issues.

I simply asked about if they had piece of wood a certain size and since it was for something different the manager started following me around... And at the self checkout she decided to check me out herself.... I mean wow! It was a hot day and I was sweating but does that mean Im a thief?? So when this woman is ringing my things up at the self checkout... a man was allowed to check himself out and no helped him... But wow! I was really really upset by this....I wont ever step foot in home Depot again.... Honestly at that moment I wanted to return everything I bought and go to Lowes. Never again will I EVER go to home Depot

They had the previously ordered door on a cart and waiting. One employee even offered to help us load the door into the back of the truck. Top notch service.

Our visit to Home Depot was very nice. It was a short trip because I only needed two things and I found them in short order without having to ask a store employee.When I reached the self checkout right away the store attendant offered to show me how to use the checkout. It was new to me and I really appreciated their help. The staff at this Home Depot are ALWAYS kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well run by their managers and department heads.Well stocked, great signage and the aisles flow easily.Thank you Home Depot.

A very helpful associate saw that I was having difficulty finding what I needed in light bulbs. (The 2 prong) He showed me where there was an adapter for this sort of thing. Under $2.00!!! Now I can use less expensive light bulbs that are brighter and much less expensive!! I wish I would have gotten his name!!!

We went to purchase a washer and dryer. No one was present in appliances, so I went to find someone. An employee was sitting at the desk in the kitchen appliance area and called someone on the phone to come help us. She was rude to the other employee on the phone when told she would have to help us and told them, nevermind then, forget it! It was loud. She assisted us in the paint department and again when speaking to an employee on the phone was rude and loud. We left and bought our appliances from Lowes.

Always have clearance items, can find really good deals at times.

The Home Depot keeps a very good inventory. The employees are knowledgeable about everything or they get someone who does very quickly. A deluxe shopping experience.

I hate the way the store smells. Its not their fault its like that at any stores that sell wood and things. It just makes me nauseated. Great for getting what you need though

Sorry but this home depot has more restrictions on spending money there than any other store ive been to. Cant use store credit online, cant buy online items in the store, cant transfer store credit to anyone else, and u have to make sure not to return to much stuff or ur return may b denied and stuck with purchase regardless if u have a reciept. I absolutely hate goin to this store for anything anymore. Besides tool rental, that department is usually pretty reasonable

I got some flowers from their wonderful selection and was on my way quickly.

No way had anyone so unnessarily, and without provocation insulted my disabilities as a result of my service in Iraq as the manager Cory did just about an hour ago. They got the first $6000 of my entire home remodel and will not see another cent of my money every again.I have sworn to be rid of a few bad people in my life but never a whole store, actually an entire corporation. Good job Cory. I hope you get fired.Huge thumbs down Home Depot. Americans should treat each other better than that.

Place was clean and staff was nice. I just wish they had better stock on stuff for wood workers like the Howards products had plenty of stain and paints ,but for us making wooden bowls ,spoons out of wood needing food grade oils for our projects. I would rather buy locally over the internet.

First time in Home Depot in several years, across several states. I was always dissapointed with their staff service and helpfulness. This particular store has an extremely impressive, professional, and friendly staff. I had 4 separate staff members approach me, and ask how they could help. I didnt have to search anyone out and I found things quickly. The greeter was great, checkout was great. Absolute kudos to the team. Just maybe, my next home improvement project vendor will be orange, instead of blue. :) keep it up.

Home depot has very friendly and helpful employees

I went to look at hardwood and vinyl plank flooring. They had a good selection and free samples! I also asked if they would do installations if I ordered a wall oven. They dont install any appliance that has to be hardwired. So I guess I will just order it online!

Employees ask if you need help. Lowes just lets you wnder around.

They have some nice tomato plants and early.whooohoo!

This was the best visit I have had at this store. When walked in there were 2 HD guys that were very friendly & helpful and when I got to where they told me, there was another HD guy that was very friendly & helpful. It was a great visit and I got what I needed.

Spent over 1300 on appliances I NEED asap. I was told they were in stock and could take them home the same day. After the transaction was complete, they found out they in fact werent in stock. I was told I could pick them up on Monday. We found out they werent going to be on the truck Monday and that they wouldnt be in until mid May. If refunds would go through right away, I wouldve taken my money somewhere else and just gotten what I need. As it stands Im still without much needed appliances and the best they have to offer is, deliver in May. This is really frustrating because everything I bought was broken, didnt work, or just didnt have it in stock for me to actually take home in a reasonable amount of time. Really frustrated and will not be buying appliances from them in the future. This is my experience with a large purchase and this is the customer service I received. I wouldve thought since everything I was told wasnt going to happen that they wouldve tried to make it right asap, they didnt and only provided excuses on why they couldnt make it right, right away. Its a lot of money to spend in a store for them to only give excuses and not even track the progress and make sure Im getting what Ive purchased. Basically, had I just sat back and waited for them to come in without checking on the progress, it wouldve never happened.

I think you know what youre getting into when you see a home depot sign. That said, the employees at this store do a good job of asking customers if they need help and giving good answers. This is my preferred hardware store for general purpose tools and supplies.

Terrible customer service, We bought a storage sheds & they charged us twice,We talked to the manager Cory, who said that we a wrong, that the second charge was pending. I called my bank, they confirmed that we were charged twice, I print my bank statement off, called the manager, Cory again, He said that He cant refund my money, because it is not showing up on their end, We are disputing it, and will get our money back, in 7. -10 days, He was very disrespectful and rude, He said that debit ment pending ,

The people here are helpful. I particularly liked the store Manager. He listened to my complaints and responded with kindness. A definitely better alternative compared to the home store across the street. IMHO.

Wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I didnt even ask for his help. He offered to take me to where it was rather than just give me an aisle number. Outstanding experience!

Extremely friendly and helpful..... They understood I needed a dryer that day and sold me the floor model... At huge savings..... Upon leaving I found a scratch and sent water heater for less than $200!!! Mine was 40 years old, so I purchased that too!!!! Awesome day at Home Depot!

Employees nice but had to wait for them to open a closed isle, when a nice employee asked the guy who had it closed off, if we could get on the isle next to it that was closed too, the guy replied Customer will just have to wait. Just rude, makes me not even want to go, I drive all the way over there and idle is closed . Why are they closing the isles in the middle of the day during peak hours anyway.

Always an experience shopping here. sometimes its hard to get help when youre looking for something specific, they really need to add some kind of call buttons to alert department people that customers need assistance. Once you finally get somebodys attention, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. Their prices are comfortable to other home improvement stores in the area.

Always have what I need, if not they try to find it.

My mom likes to look at their flowers and shes also looked at some interior doors, shes remodeling her home.

Wish we didn’t have such a good Home Depot and Lowe’s on the west side. Makes it hard to decide which to go to. That being said, Home Depot keeps coming through for me lately, so they have become the first stop on my list.
