Called the day prior scheduled appointment for 11 next day. Got my simple car there at least a quarter til the hour. Possibly earlier. They take my car back immediately. So Im thinking cool we get here early we should leave early.No one there but me and kids. My 16 month old was good for the first 2 hrs. Had the new BASIC subs,wires, and amp all in the trunk prior to bringing it to them. Tried to make it as easy as possible.Didnt leave there until after 2. Got charged $298 and change. My whole setup was less than that. Not worth my time or money. Unfortunately they got both. Never again!

We have been here a few times this past week putting in the speakers, rain guards, & radio deck. I couldn’t be more satisfied! All around great service. The customer service was top notch. We stayed at the shop while they were serving the truck and it was truly a great experience. Highly recommend!

Arrived 3-22-2021 for my appt to have front 2 windows tinted. Since I live far away I told the front desk I would walk to some shops and to please call my cell when done. I asked about how long it would be and was told it should go right back and should be around an hour. I did chat for a sec about Google Reviews (hint hint)... I left the shop at 9:24 and arrived back at 10:48 (thanks google timeline). My vehicle was still in same parking space untouched. I asked for my keys back and they picked up paperwork with keys and said they just got my keys back. I told them those werent my keys and my vehicle hadnt been moved yet. They went to find my keys and while I was waiting I seen another worker taking my vehicle back to garage. Unfortunately, I wasnt willing to wait around since they hadnt started and because I wasnt offered an explanation as to what happened. I already lost all confidence so I left.

Son graduated from high school. Decided to get him a JL stealth box and a JL 600 slash amp for his truck as a present. With a factory deck, used a LC2i. This company talked him into a aftermarket deck with bass boost and an equalizer. Of course it melted to voice coil so bad it filled the truck with smoke and took out the alternator. I blame my son for lack of knowledge, but also this company for a stupid deck with that much power and a $3000 sub setup. As a old school Rockford competitor, you never put a bass boost on that much power. Stupid decision. Where is the old Yellig’s when you need them.

I dont know why anyone would give this company 1 star they have warranties with most of their products they are very kind and helpful they will ask questions and also solve any of your issues and this is why Im giving them 5 stars they try to way to hard for someone to talk down on them thank you bill and the crew

Had an appointment for my travel trailer for tinting 2 window pull my 30 ft camper there tech tell me need special tint for rv he will order some 4 weeks now havent heard anything .dont think they want my business

Went there yesterday because i couldnt get my stereo to work after hooking it up myself, well they got my stereo working but i guess the technician didnt know anything about volkswagens and unplugged my airbag and now i have a airbag light on, have to go to the dealer to get it turned off, wanted to call them back but what the use all they: going to do is lie about it but heres a warning: if my airbags deploy while im driving and i get in a accident i will be owning your business because i shouldnt have to pay for your mistake and im not....and one more thing if me or my wife get in a accident and my airbags dont deploy im going to sue you....

They put an Alpine stealth box and amp we purchased for my sons graduation present in his Chevy truck. Friendly, courteous and a reasonable price for a well done job. Would recommend you try them. Good job all.

Both my wife and I have our vehicles done by Z-Tech every year. The preservation of our vehicles has been outstanding. I will do it again next year and I expect to get the same quality.

My fiance took his challenger in to get his speakers hooked up. He previously took his charger there there ended up being a loose wire no big deal. My fiance mentioned it to them and they offered to buff out a couple scratches on his trunk. Must I say they did an incredible job! How a business handles even minor mistakes makes a huge difference. They did a fabulous job speakers bang and couldnt have asked for a better set up. Highly recommend and will be returning for more work to be done.

Little bit of a rough start initially not real forthcoming with useful information. On a second visit everything went very well. Even though we had to interrupt them because we had something come up. End result is excellent

Visited this business after a referral from a friend about them. They tinted my windows and order some mats for my Honda CRV. Great job on the work, great job on the communication, requested text instead of calls and everything was done when they said it would be. I highly recommend them.
