Told them what I was looking for and that I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. He quickly came up with an idea and gave me a quote. After thinking about it for a few days, I called to set up an appointment and got in when I needed to. They told me it could take several hours and I could wait or leave and come back when done. I decided to wait since I live in a different county. It just happened that 2 guys were able to work on it and I was done in no time flat. The guy that worked up the price showed me how it worked and I was good to go.Very friendly and courteous people.

When I picked up the vehicle it looked as if nothing was changed but obviously the radio was changed out. The professionalism was perfect. I did not see a blemish or anything out of place. They explained the radio and walk me through the steps in setting it up. The sound quality seems better using the factory speakers in the Jeep. They took great care and pride in what they do. KIND, VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE!!! Bought an upgrade kit for my remote starter system on my car from best buy. It was going to take a month to be able to get n to have the upgrade kit installed. Decide to do it myself, but needed advice. Went to Dr. Dashboard and they gave me the advice I needed. All I had to do was to replace the antenna and antenna cable, then program the remote. Remote wasnt taking the programming. Went back to Dr. Dashboard, they were able to figure it out and get me back up and working within 10 minutes. Highly recommend them for any kind of automove electronics work.

Showed up a little late for my appt and they were happy to help anyway. Got my remote start in no problem. Decided the radio was junk so we spent a good hour discussing new ones. Bailey was very knowledgeable and not overly aggressive trying to sell me stuff. Overall experience was a 10/10 would highly recommend. This is the 3rd time Ive been there for some work to be done. Always pleased with the amount of effort these guys put into their work. Everything is always clean cut with hidden wires and nothing broken when they get done.

Super impressed!! My partner gifted me remote start (purchased through Dr. Dashboard) for my car for Christmas. Coincidentally, at the same time, my cars keyless entry module was found to be damaged. The staff at Dr. Dashboard (especially Craig) were incredibly helpful and honest as they worked through the installation of the remote start. They were up front about any costs and answered all my questions in a friendly, easy to understand manner. Early drop off was a breeze and they were able to give me an idea of when my car would be ready for pick up so I could easily plan to come get it. 10/10 would use their services again!!

I Just recently took my Audi S7 to Dr. Dashboard and if your familiar with the S7 then you know you just want any run of the mill audio shop doing it. Dr. Dashboard has earned my lifelong buisness. In the last few years they have done 3 of my vehicles...best of the best in my opinion.

Our CD player would not eject a CD which then drained our car battery. The folks at Dr. Dashboard worked me in and unplugged the fuse. We were given options and chose to purchase a new sound system. A spectacular facility. Even though the state highway department will not allow them an entrance to their front (you have to go in the back) it is very accessible. Real knowledgeable people and lots of expertise. Auto dealers send car owners there for that special item. Electronics, remote keyless systems, remote starter systems, and awesome stereo systems for your car.

Great customer service. Remote start was installed to work with my factory Toyota key fobs. Best Buy could not do this and wanted to give me a separate fob along with my factory fob. They communicated everything to me up front and were very friendly.

Needed new speakers for my 2007 Silverado, so I decided to get a whole system to replace the original. Ric showed me my options and installed a system that was everything I wanted. He was very detailed with all the features and spent time showing them all to me once it was installed. The install was clean and neat. Couldn’t be happier. Boy! Do they have great service! We encountered a few issues after the install of a new Kenwood eXcelon. The guys there(Craig) is just awesome! He had the problems fixed and helped program the system.My Son had a new Kenwood system put in his car 2000 Avalon, and he loves it.All the guys there are super nice and very helpful.

Bought a KENWOOD dash cam done the install myself and the rear camera didn’t work so I went in and told them and they helped me troubleshoot and discovered I had a bad cable and the main camera was also defective they exchanged with new items no hassle they truly seem to care about customer satisfactionI will return for all my future car audio needs

I took my Maserati here a year ago to have the aftermarket speakers replaced and amp tuned up a bit. They were honest and efficient with their work. I had a speaker popping afterwards that caused a little issue and they fixed it under warranty with no questions asked. I don’t trust too many people with my car but these guys are very professional. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

We pulled up and Bailey came out and had our stereo going in no time.He was very polite and a joy to talk to.
