Tyler knocked it out of the park on my alignment. I dont take my car just anywhere. He really took his time and ensured everything was perfect. Definitely will have my business in the future as well.

Ive only used them since I moved here. I love the staff always super nice and straight to the point on whats wrong with my car!.

Daughter in law took her van in a month ago to have the seals on the motor repaired since it was leaking oil. Today we checked the oil when the car said it needed an oil change, there was hardly any oil in the car! She went to a different shop and they are doing a full check to see if there could possibly be a leak. We paid $600+ to get those seals fixed. If they fixed it they didnt put new oil in it and the didnt change the filter. Shoddy work.I stopped using Firestone years ago and tried to dissuade her from going there. I strongly suggest you find a better shop for car work.

Disappointing. I had an appointment an they had only 1 repairman come to work. They failed to call me and i had to come back the next week.I Spent an extra hour driving across the county.They usually try to upsell you on unneeded service as well. My bill $32. Their upsell over $900. But they are still not as bad as the one on 1st Ave, which is just dishonest.

They went above and beyond to ensure they got my truck taken care of. I definitely will look to them for future service.

My son went here for a couple tires. For some reason, they checked his battery and claimed it needed to be replaced... $300! So we went to Rural King and they checked the battery... It was at 94% and nowhere near requiring replacement. Buyer beware... This place very much attempts to actively rip you off! Go somewhere else, for sure.

This place has now broke two cars in our family. After being serviced. My Radiator they broke and then my daughter took her vehicle for AC and they gave her a list of “preventive maintenance” that needed to be done of over $3,000 dollars and didn’t even fix the A/C. She has three children and took advantage of her. Now less than two weeks after her blower motor quits. This place is beyond shady!!! Do not take your vehicle here.

Didnt fixs my car someone stole mycatalytic converter they had my car for 2 and a half weeks then tell me they dont know whats wrong they didnt charge any thing

Very dissatisfied with them. I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. and 11:20 rolled around and my car was still not inside. I havent had to wait for a doctors appointment that long. One other person got taken in before me and when I said I couldnt wait any longer and I had to leave All she said was Im sorry about that. I am done with them.

I was in Evansville for a soccer tournament with my daughter when my car battery died. I panicked and was scared because I was 5 hours from home. Called and told them my rear brakes were squeaking bad and wanted them fixed, they were brand new just put on about 2 months ago. I had taken my car into a different place the day before to get it fixed but it still squeaked so I decided to take it elsewhere. They said they could get me in the next morning so I dropped off my car that night. Next morning they call me and tell me that I need new rotors in the front, new tires, and new air and cabin filters. I just got an oil change a few weeks ago and my receipt stated that filters are in good shape. I asked about the rear brakes squeaking and they tried telling me it was the front so that I would buy new front brakes from them. I declined all these services and the lady said she would have the technician call me. An hour later he calls and says since I declined their recommendations my car was out front waiting for me. I asked about the squeaking and he told me I could take it back to the first shop I went to. Terrible customer service! I was there to pay them to fix this issue and they refused all because I didn’t want to go with their “recommendations.” I had previously bought a tire from them and was going to get new tires from them in about a month but not now! Never going back! Steer clear especially if you are a woman! Classic scenario of them trying to take advantage of a female.

Im a mechanic and Im aware that certain things on my car was not checked. Example, rear tires were marked as all good, but Im aware it is about time for tires and that the rear right tire of my car has cracks in it. Thats unsafe to not state something as a safety issue and lie about it. Actually do your job and check things for the courtesy check. I really am disappointed, it wasnt even busy. 5/27/2020

Second day in a row I had an appointment for oil change and new tires and they could not accomodate my request. Yesterday the gal waiting in me, with poor customer service skills, couldnt get the tires I needed until today and ddidnt appear concerned I also needed an oil change. Actually she didnt apoear to care about anything. Today I shiqed up promptly for my appointment; however, since the scheduled closer called in I would have to wait another hour before me scheduled appointment could be accomodated. His demeanor also presented he was not much interested in acceptable customer service. So, since I love train wrecks, I have rescheduled for tomorrow. Who knows, third time may be a charm. By the way, this is my first time ever doing business with Firestone.

Three mechanics talking on the floor for 30min, five bays empty, Im the only customer. Stood near the window patiently watching my vehicle on the lift, none of them acknowledged they had work waiting. Four new tires, nothing else. 2 hours? No other customers? Completely deplorable and unprofessional. AVOID this establishment. You have been warned.

Went in on a Saturday, because it was hard to find a mechanic open on Saturdays. I waited and they got my AC back working & 2 new tires on wait was less than expected and price was less too.

Tried to charge me for repairs that I did not even need

Im call day before I send my wife to check the balance on my Jeep tires, and I ask only for balance check, nothing else, my wife spend 4 hours there, and come back with $728 bill.they scare her about tires,even it can run at least 6+ month, and this tires I bought from them just couple years ago and it still on warranty, they sell her serpantine belt for $98 ,Its a $20 belt and 5 min or less to change it,they charge$200 for alignment even they alignment was done just 2 years later and look like shorted life on my tries ,but anyway when my wife left the shop the car was pull her hard to the left,so we has to come back and do alignment again, so here go another 3 hours. Im almost 50 years old,and never in my life I give negative review, this is first time, I never again comeback to that store again .they also change wiper and motor oil what I dont asking for,ALL I WAS ASKING FOR BALANCE CHECK!!!!

These guys put new tires on my truck last year and new tires on a box trailer today. Both times they were professional, polite, fast, and much cheaper than the other quotes I got. They stayed in contact and followed up on everything they said they would do. They will always be my first stop for tires!

Despite of booked appointment and waiting for 45 minutes I asked the service people why they havent started working on my car? Reply was we are very busy. I asked them why you gave me appointment. I was told will get you the keys if you dont want to wait.I wish there are people out there who can educate them how to deal with clients.

Was having ongoing issues with my windshield wiper popping off and breaking. The guys at Auto Zone sent me to Firestone, I had never been there before. Not only were they extremely helpful and nice, but they got me in and out within 10 min! The gentleman that fixed my wipers (alignment issue I believe), even noticed one of my tires was low on air and aired it up for me! Such quick and friendly service, next time something goes wrong I will be going there first!

Outrageous repair prices. They were going to charge over $500 for rear brakes on my girlfriends Cavalier. I bought ALL new part including drums, spring kits with adjusters and lifetime shoes. Installed everything in under a hour for less than $100. Talk about markup!

Three hours!The only reason for this place getting three stars is Eric who did a great job negotiating prices and running for a single bolt that was needed.Very disappointed by the wait time.

Took car to have a tire repaired because a nail could be seen on the bottom of the tire. Had been there for awhile, but it was a slow leak decided to get it fixed.Service guy called and told me that the low pressure tire indicator came on not because of the slow leak caused by the nail (which we had been dealing with for weeks), but because the tire pressure sensor for that tire was broken!We never had any problems with it, it just decided to break when they are going to repair a nail in a tire. I think not. Got them to fix the tire to get me home, however, they could only do it without the sensor so the light stays on now.I believe that the repair technician goofed and forgot that our car had a tire pressure sensor and started taking the tire off the rim improperly and consequently it was broken during the repair. So rather than be honest and eat their mistake, they decided to make that the cause of the air leak even though I told them that we had been dealing with the slow leak for weeks and the sensor would come on and go off as we filled the tire with air.Was hoping that this place was going to be honorable so that we would have some place to take our cars.Guess Ill keep looking. Hubby will now have to repair the sensor.PS; I use to be a purchasing agent for a Navistar/International dealership, so not so naïve.

Told me that they dont do certain tire patches cause its policy that is the most ridiculous excuse Ive heard they wouldnt do it cause they just wanted me to spend 80 bucks on a new tire went to another place that Ive been to before it was out of the way and was risky having to drive there with a tire that could go flat any second in the pouring rain that happened about a week ago Im pretty sure a lot of the drivers out there remember the rain that night and on top of everything else we had a baby in the car thanks a lot you guys made it a very possible dangerous situation for us having to drive that far with a newborn pouring rain at night real cool guys the only thing you guys did that mattered but didnt mean anything at the same time is you checked the other tires

Waited 2 hours and paid them $100 to tell me they couldnt set my alignment correctly. Took it across town, and had it set correctly in 30 minutes. Their technician bent my door hinge, climbing in and out of the vehicle while on the lift. Terrible customer service and the manager Scott is very rude and demeaning to customers. Wouldnt go back and definitely DONT recommend.

Awful absolutely stay away from this place

Bought front breaks from there in February. Breaks. squeaking badly and I assumed they were the back breaks. Nope they were the front. They made my appointment under the wrong name so didnt realize they had replaced them until after they told me the the pads were not bad but the rotors were dangerously worn. These were the brand new rotors they put on. After I corrected them on the name and told them they put them on they had to cover them under the warranty. My question is, if they had made the appointment under the right name would they have told me they were the back breaks that were bad? Second question, distribution they even replace tho rotors in February?

Poor customer service by a woman who answered the phones. Called 07/28 around 5pm to inquire about a service and asked to speak to a technician as she was clueless and she said everyone was gone even though they weren’t closed yet.

I had my car towed in because of break failure and was told a break line rusted through.To make a long story short, I was told no less than three times to come at a time and it would be ready ( 3 different days) with oh that part didnt come , but I had to call them to find this out, they didnt call me to let me know what was going on.One week later and 3 hrs past their last it will be ready time, I finally got it. One week and $250 to fix a break line ! Never again.
