Easy to schedule service, staff is friendly, and the lounge is comfortable enough to hang out while youre getting serviced. So far Ive only needed oil changes and typical maintenance. The oil changes feel slow sometimes.

It was a different experience for sure...still looking for a new truck. Most dealerships will provide additional details or try to negotiate. This was not the case... Everyone I talked to was very pleasant.. I have purchased many new vehicles in my life time and I do feel that the prices are better then most of the competitors..

I don’t think they really care about you or your vehicle.I had an 8 o’clock appointment to have my Silverado high country with 4000 miles looked at again.They acted like they’ve never seen me before but I had the truck in there just a couple days ago for the same problem that was never fixed.Both times I sit around for over an hour waiting for a ride home from their shuttle driver.Meanwhile my truck is sitting in the middle of the lot with everybody Driving around it and complaining because it’s sitting in the middle of a drive, and the Service department just left it there.I am one of those guys that parks 4 miles away to walk into the store because I don’t like door dings. So I was not happy after an hour seeing my truck still sitting in the middle of the road with everybody driving around it.

Great place and work. U wait while they get job done. I always leave satisfied.

They found my problem and gave me some good options to fix it.

The BEST service I have ever received at an auto shop. I dont normally take my vehicle to the dealership because they tend to take too long and be overpriced but this location is awesome. Derick has helped me twice and is a phenomenal employee. He treats you like a friend!

Traded in a 2004 trailblazer for a 2006 trailblazer with a lot less mileage.The sales person was great and so was the fiance Manager.

Friendly and quick service.

Installed the wrong part when having maintenance done on a vehicle purchased at the same dealer. There was no mention of this from any of the technicians and I only found out several months afterward from another auto service center. These people are as big of dumbasses as those at the Kenny Kent dealership its connected to.
