Friendly and helpfull employees that all ride. Visiting from Arizona and purchased a brand new Kayo TS 90cc dirt bike for my 10 year old. Great bike for the price, I (unfortunately)recommend the Chinese Kayo over the Texas made SSR 110cc! It is what it is. As of October 2021 they have a solid inventory for beginners all the way up to 300cc 2 strokes too include riding gear! ATVs, Dirtbikes and SSR side by sides.

I called with questions about parts and spoke with Fitz. He was willing to speak with me and help me unlike other places Ive called who just say bring it in. I will definitely continue shop here. Fitz was very knowledgeable and great to work with. It definitely pays to shop local with customer service like this.

Management actedl like I was trying to get something for nothing. Only to learn that they had infact sold us a scooter that had been improperly assembled by the factory. Lead tech guy claimed they were made with no tail lights . When they found out that the company had sent them 6 scooters without the tail lights working they were more than helpful. Still being treated the way I was when I first brought the problem to their attention and the gross misinformation given by there technician left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will shop elsewhere in the futureUpdate:Because they felt the need to lie about what happened I thought I would show proof in the form of a fax they sent me just in case I got pulled over for my tail lights not working. In my review I did not blame them for the tail lights not working I complained about the treatment I received. They are not the best at customer service

Evansville superbike built my R1 racebike motor. I was very happy with the work completed, the price was fair and the motor was very strong. I have also purchased parts and always received great service and communication. I came back to buy a PWC but due to COVID inventories were low. I will do business here again.

Great bike shop. Have only purchased one bike here, but several accessories and most of my service and maintenance items. Staff is always friendly and helpful and their prices are usually inline with internet retailers and I can usually get the product right then due to their large inventory. Would recommend.

We have been working professionally, racing, and using Evansville Superbike shops for their many services for almost a decade now. Never once have they failed us, but exceeded and over delivered. The owners and staff continually go above and beyond to keep their customers happy.

I know most people order parts, gear and accessories online but if you need any of those now your best bet is Evansville Superbike Shop. They have almost every manufacture besides Honda and the bonus to purchasing products there is the staffs knowledge and expertise on all things two to four wheels.

If I could give a no star review I would. Bought a Bluetooth headset on 9-25 didn’t work as expected and tried to return them on 9-26.Receipt says no returns after 5 days also no cash refunds just I store credit. And when I bought the headset the cashier said let me take your info incase you want to return them. I would of even done store credit but that was still turned down.So I tried to return them and get told we don’t do returns on electronics. Which was never said. I again explained it to the manager about what and why I wanted to return them and the receipt didn’t say doesn’t return electronics. And they are also 100 more expensive there than online but I do rather work with local businesses especially in times like this. During a global pandemic. Which also reminds me no employee had masks on managers didn’t no glass up when checking out don’t make customers wear masks. So again less than one star for their disregard to make customers aware of return policies, and disregard to public health running a business without proper PPE during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC.As I told them I’ll keep it and just won’t do business here any longer, the manager or owner or who ever he was just kept saying I had buyers remorse. And arguing the fact that I didn’t like the product that I bought the day before and wouldn’t budge. He did offer to get me another set of something I didn’t like and didn’t work correctly in the first place had no interest in buying another one.Absolutely disgusted by how they handle things.

Not a bad selection. Sales guys arnt the best. Be aware they have they do have the highest dealership fees around and maintenance is the same. They wanted almost 25% over msrp on a brand new yfz I was looking at not including sales tax. Save your time and go to west side honda or drive to a different yamaha dealer for better out the door pricing. Found what I was looking for within an hour somewhere else without sky high fees. I get dealership fees are a thing, its how they make their cut, but they are substantially higher than every single other place I called with the exception of one shop in illinois.After dealer response*I went to west side honda the following day and took time stamped picture of the TWO 50cc kawasaki quads they had in stock, so thats a blatent lie that they dont have any :)If youre happy with your customer base thats fine, I was able to find what I was looking for outside louisville cheaper due to your dealer fees, and again. Im aware dealership fees are a thing. Im happy to pay them on a new bike or atv and support local businesses. Your fees just happen to be higher than most around. As the owner it might serve you well to sit down and call a few shops around and get their dealership fees. Most are happy to tell you. If your happy with your sales thats great. Its my choice to tell the possible buyers my personal experience. You can tell me all day that there is no inventory anywhere. But a simple google search will tell you different and the fact I found one THAT DAY cheaper is a great example.If you were able to sell that bike 5 minutes after I left thats great. As the owner calling shots on a google review blatantly telling me Im wrong, make a few phone calls around and realize trying to lie about inventory does nothing but make you look bad, seriously. Multiple dealers around had some..yes you may have to drive to find exactly what you want. The cost savings offsets the drive though.You dont have the only two yfz50 in the western hemisphere. Sorry to tell you. There are others. But you claim there are no others to be had really? Are you sure? I found them? Easily?As far as getting it way cheaper than what you have in it and my self percieved price? Man I guess these other shops are just out here losing money on every sale? Weird. I would think they would be out of business if they were losing all this money? Since you only make $25 bucks and theyre somehow cheaper?As a business owner maybe you could take a few notes from them if youre that concerned and refuse to believe they can sell them for less? I mean you flat out told me at over $3000 out the door you only make $25 per unit? How is west side hondas dealer fees less? How are surrounding yamaha dealer fees less? maybe its their overhead who knows? You really want to try and tell everyone that every other shop is losing money and youre only making $25 because theyre dealer fees are less?If youre only making $25 how can find multiple locations cheaper???Please tell me?Everyone else in the country isnt losing money but you. No one is going to believe that. Im here to review my experience nothing more. Purchased a mower from Gary the owner really excellent guy all around let me borrow his trailer and everything got my mower to the house couldn’t be any more please his exact words, were you bring the mower up here during the first oil change and will get right on it right away meanwhile I live an hour away. Got my yard guy to bring my mower up there and they tell me they can’t get to it, maybe tomorrow nor do they let me talk to Gary. I’ve been missed lead by his workers. I will no longer do business there I am so upset over this whole ordeal.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Been in there 3 times since opening. I was going to purchase motorcycle cash but no one ever asked if they could help instead they were more interested in a vendor that was not going to spend money and I was the only one in shop. It was a shady operation when it was on Oak Grove Rd. Typical Evansville business that thinks they hung the moon. Will never step foot in there again.

Will move customers that have bought from them in front of you so yes they do discriminate against people that do not buy from them know this from personal experience to over 5 weeks just to get a tune up because I didnt buy from them. Expensive 125 per hour plus parts. Cant recommend a place that is prejudice against people that did not buy their equipment from them. Please go elsewhere and get some respect that you deserve

Very nice facility. Went in looking for a part for my YFZ450 and ended up picking up for things for my mower as well. Fitz in parts has an answer for all my questions, and Max in service is very straight forward about time and pricing. I havent bought a unit from them personally, but I will next time I am in the market!

This place was great. A friend and I where in from out of town and he had a couple big issues with his bike. We went here and they treated us like we had been coming in from the day they opened. Everyone was super friendly but we really only dealt with Jed and Anna who not only went out of their way to help him find some obscure parts that would work with his 1983 magna but where just all around great. If I lived here this would be my go to place for anything I needed.

I dont want to say anything terrible because everyone has their own opinion. I feel like they could be a whole lot better if they where more helpful and courteous. Today I was in there and asked a couple questions about price matching and how much a specific bike would be out the door. And instead of being nice and addressing my concerns. His only answer was no they lied. ... um excuse me. Needless to say, I dont know if it was a bad day for this guy but I just went on ahead and went to westside honda got the price match I asked for 😁 and bought my bike ALL CASH. Common courtesy goes along way.

We stopped in today, looking for some riding gear, for my son. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. Jed went out of his way, to make sure everything fit right, and to show us different styles of products. He even help answer some questions I had about a used TTR125, I just bought my son. Took my machine in to the service department because it was not running properly. The service Manager (Max) took a bad situation and turned it in to a good one... they have earned my business for the future. I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

Picked up a Z125 from Evansville Super Bike ship. The entire experience was smooth as could be. Would highly recommend purchasing your next toy there. I visited just after the holidays, so inventory was a little picked over. Still, they had a decent selection of bikes etc., and prices were reasonable. Pricing on parts was hit and miss, but overall, pretty average. Customer service was outstanding! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

So far I have had a wonderful experience at super bike shop. I have my 1100 v-star getting repaid there at the moment. I was referred to them by several other shops saying and I quote ( if you want a Yamaha repaired right and have a ride that you can trust, take your bike to super bike shop). This here quote was not only by just one shop but,by many.I can not wait till I can ride again, just a matter of time. Thank you all at super bike shop for a wonderful experience thus far . Im not from the area, but was shopping for a 6 seater. Was up front with the sales guy, Travis, so he knew a sale was unlikely. Still treated us extremely well, like Im sure he does everyone. Was super knowledgeable. Wish we were local. Would have bought from them.

For the most part the people here are super friendly, was looking for my first bike. Been in a few times but they didnt have alot of variety in inventory, did end up getting a couple accessories here but got the bike elsewhere.

I would not have any mechanical work done here, I had a new sleeve put in my cylinder head and they charged me extra hidden fees and Im still not for sure yet and was very rude when I told them that is not what they quoted me and said either I pay what they want to charge or Im not getting it, then when I paided and started to get motor put together I realized they actually ruined the sleeve they put in for me so I went to a better shop and paid way less.

I have a 2018 KTM Super Adventure s that needed the oil light reset. I did not know how to do it so I went there to ask them if they could reset it for me with the computer. They said that they didnt have a guy available to just plug it in and reset it for me but their shop rate was $42 an hour if I was going to make an appointment to have it done. I was finally able to find a video on YouTube on how to reset it.

Stopped in on Saturday walked through all of the bikes looking at various models no sales person ever approached us. They had a nice display of helmets and other gear

I got charged way more for my scooter tire than the competition right up the road from them. The same tire I bought from super bike shop I only paid $8 less that big 4 sold me and installed it. I yell highway robbery. Do not go here unless you want a way to throw away your hard earned cash

Been in here a few times before purchasing our RZR 1000 and currently searching to buy a new ATV, just wish they would even come close to price matching competitors within an hour or so drive. I love supporting local businesses who put help out the community but cant justify an extra few thousand for the same ATV/UTV even though I have to drive an hour for service or a sale as Ive been told that they Might & could refuse service or warranty work if not bought at their dealership, which I understand they want to help customers that buy from them first. If you would price match I would buy all our offroad vehicles from you!
