One star (because I can’t go lower) - every other fed ex is great, this one drops the ball. Every time we come into that shop, there is a specific guy that worlds there, he is rude and should not be in a customer facing position. He unlocks the door and does nothing turn in the open sign, or remove the closed sign. Multiple people pointed it out to him and he ignored them. We will drive by to see if he is working, and if he is, we will go to a fed ex further away to avoid dealing with him.

Not friendly and unwilling to help when barcode wasn’t scanning. Went to another location in Plano which was able to do what they supposedly couldn’t do.

Darwin was fabulous. Got help with the printer when it was noticed I needed assistance. I didnt even need to ask.

Store has really improved the customer service level.

Would recommend shipping with UPS. This one woman was rude to almost every customer. I was in line for a while and she was just not helpful to anyone. One older lady was tying to ship international and it was clear she didn’t care that she was having a hard time shipping to a international PO Box. I was only here because the package I had to return had to be sent via FedEx.

Jared was so rude acted like he didn’t wanna be there told him about the discount had another employee talk to him about are discount and he still didn’t give it to us ! He a shame.

Great for shipping and my company gives me a super generous discount off the price. They are very friendly and super efficient. Never have to wait in line, easy in and out. Way better than shipping from the post office that is for sure. FedEx never looses anything.

Clean store, they can do a lot for you here.

I want to thank Stephanie for helping me, I needed to fax some papers, about the time we realized we needed to fax the documents we hurry to the store because they were about to close for the day and because the fax takes a while she was very kind and stayed past her closing time. I sent a package for international shipping, and it turned back to me.Customer service representative didnt tell me details for the reason why it turned back.She just said it considered as Improper Shipment.Lipstick, Album CD, and fragrance stone. These are considered as Improper things which had no issues when I sent these through USPS.

Went in to use their computer and their credit card readers were not working. I tried both, and i knew my card was fine because I had just used it. Asked the gentlemen behind the counter for help and they told me I could go get cash and come back. I asked them if they wouldnt mind taking a look because I didnt want to have to do all that, and he just said again that I could go get cash and come back. Terrible customer service, I went to Office Depot.

Stopped by at 5:25 on saturday but the place was already closed :( ... wish the team had changed the hours to prevent me from leaving my house for nothing. Other than that i like the place. Convenient location.

Normally this office is very accommodating but there seems to be new help. One lady was extremely helpful tracking a package her coworker blew me off so she took over. I picked up two packages. When I unpacked them the next day there was significant damage to the article I called and no answer again disappointed it it the holiday weekend and they voicemail directed you to the website for holiday hours . The site said open today until 6pm it is only 5:25 and no answer. Frustrating and disappointed since past experiences have been really good.

Always great customer service and suggestions for easier shipping in the future. Ive never had poor service, even when its a busy time.

Called and asked for a quote for a banner and they took my number and said theyd call me back. I never got the call. Few days later I called to ask if they make personalized stickers. Guy on the phone told me yes and also said he would call me back. Never did. Came to the location and asked about the sticker..they told me they dont make them (in a rude way). Waste of time.

Lady working at this store (Sunday March 17th 5:30pm) is very unhelpful. We were having some major issues with walmart having the labels printed. However the rep on the phone said that we would be able to provide them with the tracking number and they should be able to print the labels for us. She made no attempt to help us out and had that upset look on her face. I would be never returning to this location and would rathar go the airport freeway location instead. Worst experience ever.

Theyre short staffed, so the longer waits are annoying. But compared to the UPS on Hall Johnson, theyre amazing. The UPS on Hall-Johnson has screwed up multiple orders. UPS sent one package back to us instead of the customer because they smeared a label. Another time, they shipped something on a customer order and came back and billed us for what the customer order was supposed to cover. Spent multiple hours trying to get through UPS phone systems to get help, repeatedly told its not my account so we cant help you and go talk to your customer. Then a manager promised to resolve the issue, but then the UPS manager told us to go talk to our customer ... after promising to resolve the billing error (that wed paid to minimize problems).Customer has product without paying shipping, were out as much money as the cost of the product to pay international shipping, and UPS gave us weeks of runaround before telling us to go talk to Indusys.Yeah, Ill go to Fedex and wait. At least what they ship gets where it is supposed to go without bad surprises.

Had to send out my xbox for repairs and was worried from the other reviews but this was the best experience Ive ever had from any postal service. The guy who helped me was kind and patient with me. Also had a nice conversation with them.

They closed 7 minutes before closing time.

I would advise to ether ship via Ebay, UPS, or Office Depot. I got a much better rate at Office Depot (Fedex shipping) than the actual Fedex store. Go figure. The female worker there also has an very sassy attitude and was not very helpful

A guy who works there on Sundays, Ruben, ruined 2 expensive pieces of card stock, made no attempts to make good on the print, just dismissed me and said it must be one of my files. He was rude and it was a terrible customer experience.

There is NEVER any staff available! Only 1 person working while the Boss I am assuming thats who was just sitting in the back doing nothing, while the girl has a line to the door. TERRIBLE DONT PLAN ON GETTING ANYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. This location is only a block away from my home however I will be going out of my way just to get better service.

They only have one worker knowing its the holidays. Been waiting just to pick up an package for 30 min. One person have up to 10-15 boxes to ship alone.

Tried to ship a box 9/7/15. Went in and needed a shipping label and tape. They couldnt do either one. Said they couldnt print the label or sell me the tape.. Only thing they could do is allow dropoff if you already had a label.

I was quoted 13 cents per photo copy today and only needed 3 copies done. My bank statement says your store is charging me $10.00. Why?

Not up to the normal FedEx standard of excellence. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Reuben--a very snippy and border line rude employee. I am still a fan of FedEx, but will never return to that location. My advice to others is to do the same.

Crack Heads work here. I ship electronic parts for a large cooperation by using a book sized Pelican 1120 Shipping container. I was told I that I could not use a regular shipping box. I needed to purchase two cell phone shipping containers @ 10 dollars each, then splice them together to pack my shipping container in. Skip this location and go to the one in Colleyville.
