I placed my order with Dean in the copying department on 9/9. He told me hed complete it and give me a call the next day around 2:00PM. I waited FOUR days for Dean call. He never did. I went back up to the store only to find out he never completed my order. Worst of all, he blamed the other associates for it. Totally unprofessional. If you mess up, take responsibility for it. Dont blame others who arent even there to defend themselves.

This is my favorite location! Staff is always great here. Especially Tori! She caught a typo for me in the print center and was so kind and patient when helping me. The kindness of the employees at this store is especially appreciated during these times.

I’ve been to this particular Staples many MANY times. Today, I went in to fax 6 sheets of paper. The lady that greeted me initially was awesome! Super helpful. however, as I was finished using the fax machine, i went to pay and Tori was at the register. She was rude!! I questioned the cost of almost $17.00 to fax 6 sheets. I was told the prices are posted up on the wall if I didn’t agree (with a really RUDE tone of voice). She continued speaking rudely to me. I was leaving and after i said i would be leaving a review, she walked around the counter and followed me out the door to offer me a refund. I kept walking. It wasn’t all about the money. You see, a little kindness goes a long ways. Talk to people like their human. Not condescending. I WILL NOT return.

The manager tori is a horrible person and does not need a job where she has to deal with any human-being. I went to order blue prints for work and she got upset because I asked if it could be cut, the guy helping me said of course but she brought her two sense and said No. With a horrible attitude for no reason she needs to be removed because your business will fail in these hard times. DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SPOKEN TO RUDELY!

I visited to print some documents the manager Terry an extremely uncomfortable lady extremely irritating zero customer service ethics.. when she figured out she cant do what she supposed to do she been aggressive and irritating .... Extremely disappointing experience

Why does everything always take forever at Staples? There will be one person in front of you buying one thing at the checkout, yet it somehow takes 10 minutes. The self-service printers take 10 minutes to calculate job cost and 10 more minutes to actually print the job. That is, of course, if both of them aren’t broken. Staples is going to go out of business because of Amazon, but it is mostly going to be their own doing. You would think they would try to maximize efficiency and make the experience as convenient as possible, yet for some reason they insist on having the slowest checkout process of any retailer in America.

Website wasn’t working to allow me to submit a print order. I called the store and asked if I could email them the order... no can do. email only provided if you are in the store.... ohhhh but you can just do an express order while you wait for an additional fee... no idea why I should have to pay more when their website isn’t operational. That’s fine don’t need to give you my business anyway.

Terrible customer service! No greeting, was in there for over 20 min shopping & not 1 person said anything to me. The cashier didnt say anything at all until they hand to find a barcode for my item - that took over 7 min! I will definitely do online orders ONLY from now on & probably through a different office place!

Even though this store is fairly small, rarely is anyone on the floor to assist. That’s a huge pet peeve of mine. I’m not the type of customer to not look first and just ask because I don’t feel like looking myself, but it would be nice to actually have a worker on the floor in case someone had a question. Plus the people working in the printing station love to act like they don’t see customers. I’ve literally seen them look up multiple times at customers and then continue staring at their computers like they’re busy. C’mon.

We just stopped in to see if they sold individual Xmas cards that my husband needed to give to his co-workers. But they only sell boxed set of Xmas cards. So he didnt buy anything after all. But in the past, we have been happy with our Staple purchases.

Great store- I use them mostly for printing, and Mykl and Anthony are amazing in the print shop. They have helped me and rushed jobs to my time schedule many times. I highly recommend them, and their prices are far less than many other local print shops.

This store reminds me of Office Depot in that they have a lot of choices for office supplies and digital equipment. They really do have everything you need for an office. Lots of school supplies. Prices are a bit high, but if you shop with coupons or during special sales, theyre not too bad. They also have a print services department.

We went in to buy a writing desk. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I was approached by at least two employees separately to ask if I needed any help. The desk that we wanted was not in stock at the store but the staff not only checked the inventory at other nearby store but also called them to make sure he doesnt send me to the store without verification.

This is my favorite staples store. I had to go get something with my twins I can not recall if they were 2 or 3 however the manager saw one was having a melt down and he tried to help by offering a sucker to my child having a fit and said hey I understand I had kids. No worries. He is so nice and I never have a problem getting help unlike the competitor. This is the only staples I will go to.

I struggled for years with the poor service over at the competition (who shall remain nameless but whose initials are OD) but the first time I shopped at Staples I was sold and have now been loyal for several years. This Staples in particular is excellent - clean, well-stocked, and competent staff. I had one the tech guys, John, spend half an hour finding me the right video adapter for my laptop. Great store!

Do buy anything from these people... Purchased a HP computer monitor. The product failed 4 months after purchase. These people will not even speak to about a return or service.Darin, the manager is rude, uninformed and arrogant. Needs a lesson in customer service and manners...Just might go buy and give him one! Unbelievable!

As much as I love the speed and convenience of buying office equipment online, sometimes you just need to have a conversation with someone who knows what theyre talking about. I just bought an HP Officejet Pro 8600 all-in-one printer from Staples and my decision was made vastly easier by my conversation with Austin.Austin was able to tell me all of the pros and cons of each printer: which one sucks up printer ink the fastest, which one is returned to the store most often, which has the lowest cost per page, etc. He also pointed me to a very inexpensive no-questions-asked replacement plan if my printer ever breaks down.If everyone at Staples knows their office equipment like Austin, my equipment buying decision is, by default, Staples.Great customer service, Staples!

For the most part I can find what I need here. From office chairs, resume paper, etc. I did however have an issue with finding a large envelope of appropriate size to mail a certified diploma. The dimensions were too small unless I purchased a giant box of envelopes for $55. They should make these for sale individually.

Went on 10/23/17 at 7:50 pm to do some printing and binding. Did printing myself, no problem. Asked unfriendly guy running the printing department to bind 3 documents. He refused to do it because it was close to one hour before closing time! Staples @ 121 STICK IT.

Terrible experience tonight at this location! Took my son to get school supplies at about 8pm. Store closes at 9pm. Ok I get it! Why does the manager with “excellent customer service” keep looking at his watch 20mins til as he passes by us not just once but several times before we check out at about 8:55pm.Never did he ask if we needed help or offered to HELP!!! I’m huge on customer service & tonight was no where near customer service. If this review had an option to not give a Star, as it doesn’t deserve at least a Star, that is what I would give. Terrible manger! Is it because we are minority’s? These minority’s dropped over $100 in the store that he manages. Your welcome! Will not shop at this Staples again.In hopes that Staples customer service sees this and makes a change. Send Chris off to Customer Servive school, he needs it.

Staples really impressed me with customer service today. I found a chair I wanted in the Euless store, but they only had the display. They checked for nearby stores, and Southlake had plenty. We went there and were in and out in 5 minutes.

A shadow of its former self. Walking in today the store seemed like it had less inventory, a feeling borne out when I saw the special Sharpie display had been dismantled. Additionally, the notebook section is very sparce and there were almost no notebook choices for narrow (college) rule. But I did find some nice index cards on sale and I brought them up to the register--with the check out light on--and I waited for a cashier to show up. he finally showed up and I was told that I needed to walk all the way around this other display, back to the same counter because thats where the line started. meanwhile he started helping another woman who apparently was given the map to the secret check out location. I found that incredibly rude. really really rude. But karma is awesome and a 2nd cashier opened a 2nd, more accessible register and I was checked out before the lady ahead of me was.... winning!!! From now on, only Office Depot, I promise!

I am usually greeted and directed to the aisle I need where an employee meets me and assists in finding the products I need. On my last visit, I was not greeted nor did I have any interaction with employees except the cashier.

Terrible customer service. There was one associate that was asking if we needed help while we were looking around, but at check out the cashier was awful, rude, and snobby. Rolling her eyes and not pleasant at all. There was an issue during our transaction and she rolled her eyes and sighed and called a manager over. She stammered around like a little child. The manager (dont know if it was an associate or whoever) wasnt much better with his impatience as I asked some store policies and waved us off and walked off.It has been a long time since I have been in a store with such terrible customer service.

Literally every time I place an order online to have something printed or to get custom stamps, theres always an issue, and my order gets cancelled: i.e. our stamp machine is broken or we dont have enough of the type of paper you want, etc. . .
