Online ordering from here is the worst. My online orders always give me food thats about to go bad or is moldy. Many of my strawberries have mold on them along with other produce I buy. I order a lot of organic items which I know they have at times and for whatever reason, the online order person can never find them. Customer service is mostly good in person - except one time they wouldnt honor the sale on pumpkins because yesterday it said a different price and the bagger who went out front couldnt find the sign. As I left the store I saw I was correct but at this point was over it and my kid was crying to go home. They are always out of something I need. ALWAYS. Its not the best organized and very cramped aisles. Not the cleanest Kroger either. I drive out of the way to the Bedford location on most trips.

I have been ordering my groceries for pickup at the Kroger on 1060 N Main for about 2 years now. They consistently deliver excellent customer service, correct grocery orders, quality hand-chosen produce, and timely delivery of groceries to my car. When they realize they have made a mistake, they correct it without even having to ask and often even provide a discount off my order for the inconvenience. They quickly adapted to the challenges presented by the pandemic and my pickup orders continued without a hitch! Whoever is managing the pickup team deserves a raise! I highly recommend this Kroger for grocery pickup!!!

Frequently crowded. Frequently out of things. Frequently has many expired items on the shelves.This time...I bought some salad dressing on Sunday. Went to make a salad on Monday...discovered that the dressing I bought was expired by a month. But thats not the big problem. I went in today to return it. At 6pm on a Wednesday, the customer service desk was closed. The sign said that due to weather conditions, they could not man the desk. Weather? Its 80 degrees outside and no rain. What weather? So I asked a a cashier what to do. She said the customer desk was closed, Id have to come back in the morning. WTH? At 6pm on a Wednesday, there is noone in the store that can deal with customer service? Guess I have to find a new store.

Just moved to the area, I’ve had 2 shopping experiences at this Kroger, 1 in store and 1 grocery pick up. Based on both, we will definitely be finding another grocery store. It seems like they are extremely short staffed which is affecting the shopping experience for customers. Let’s start with my most recent experience. This was a grocery pickup order. It was a mess. None of the produce was fresh, the bag of green beans was going bad, the strawberries had lots of bruising, not good. I asked for no substitutions. That was not noted and there were a ton of substitutions with no price matching and even wrong sizes of items which resulted in over paying about $20. They gave me the sheet of out of stock items and it said they had no American cheese or turkey from the deli. I questioned the girl because of course they are not out of turkey and cheese. She said they could go back and get it. I told her not to worry about it, but what I gathered from that is that they just didn’t take the time or care to stop by the deli and instead just put the items on the out of stock list. There is no convenience in this since now I have to make an extra trip to the store to get the items that were “out of stock” but not out of stock. My first time here, I shopped in store. Walking through the store wasn’t so bad, but checkout was chaotic. I had a large order, almost $400 and was expected to bag them all myself. I guess the gentleman checking was a manager, he had lots of associates asking questions and a few rude customers demanding his attention on promotional items rung incorrectly. I gave the customer a look and he eventually stopped badgering the manager until I was taken care of.

Customer service training needed. Walk up to store 7 minutes before close to grab a few things. Doors locked. Eventually, an employee opens doors to tell you that you better hurry up because they close in 5 minutes. Then, at 12:57, THREE minutes before close, an announcement that the store is now closed comes on. Then when you leave, the automatic doors are locked, leaving it up to the customer to unlock and open manually. When employees are allowed to get away with this, when they stop doing their job early, when they close the store when it is still open, it gives customers the impression that they don’t care about their job or the customers they are supposed to serve - they just care about leaving on time. Please educate your employees on how to treat and interact with people.

Very rude!!! The pharmacy staff is rude and seemsTo always be short staffed. It takes 2 days to receive medication. There’s hardly any lanes open just self check out and 1 other lane. And the Starbucks employees are rude as well. No one in this store has a sense as to what good customer service is. Their Communication is poor!! Definitely won’t be returning!

Ordered a birthday cake. When I arrived to pick it up, I waited around 20 minutes to get assistance. I had to go to the deli counter and the worker left her post to go look for the worker in the bakery. He finally showed up. The bday cake I ordered was lopsided and when I cut into it, it fell apart. There was too much icing applied to the cake. It was a huge mess and on top of that it was disgusting. I will not order from here again.

I am extremely disappointed in the changes Ive seen in my local Kroger. The staff is slow to help, almost every aisle is in disorder, and the floors are filthy. I wish I had enough space to take a photo. I closed at least 2 freezers that were left wide open. Like seriously, whose monitoring this Kaos? 😐

They had bird baths outside of the store. There was a price tag taped securely to the bird bath. I loaded one into my basket and proceeded to the checkout counter. The bird bath did not ring up the price that was taped to it. The manager was called and they would not honor the price marked. Said it was a mistake. So they were false advertising their products. Very disappointed in how I was treated!

My family and I have decided we are going to avoid this Kroger until management changes again. We keep buying items that expire in a few days. Today we went inside and found bad meat. Last week we bought turkey that went bad in a day so not surprised to find this today. Its one thing to get bad produce every now and then its another thing to get bad meat. Avoid this place and shop somewhere else.

I drive a semi truck & living in South TX we only have Walmart & HEB. Walmart meat is hit or miss & HEB doesnt carry what I want. While I was up in DFW I decided to try Kroger knowing they carry flat iron steaks. Unfortunately it was right after Memorial Day weekend & they were all sold out. I asked the man stocking the meat shelves if they had any in the back & unfortunately no. I was intent on getting this specific cut but wasnt particularly crazy about bouncing from store to store. I asked if he could call other stores close by & ask them if they had any. He did & same result. I thanked him for his time & started walking away. A minute later he came running back joking he lied & they had 1 primal in the back he didnt know about, but itd take a little time to cut & package everything. Told him Ill wait as long as I need. Bout 15 min later he brought out 5½ lbs of beautiful flat iron steaks. I read his name tag & thanked him again very graciously for his time & effort & went to pay. After getting back in my semi & leaving, it was about this time I realized I forgot to write down his name because I knew Id be leaving this review. Im really sorry that this man isnt getting the credit he deserves by name, but thanks again for the kickass customer service. Most places will always help but few will put in that much effort.

Didn’t get her name, but one of the front end female supervisors ( she had a sling on an arm on Tuesday 2.16.21) at the self check out line was very condescending. I understand how busy it can be there, but that’s no reason to talk to people of different ethnicity as if they are ignorant. I will prefer to go to Walmart /Aldi or somewhere else whenever possible. I know a biased person when I interact with one. Please stop judging people by the color of their skin. Thanks.

“Manager Connie” needs to go to a class on how elevate customers service and how to speak to her team and learn not to correct and point out someone coming back from break in front of customers, and not be lazy as a “manager” tonight she was rude and useless. As of today will no long shopping at Kroger taking my business to Albertsons .... if you are reading this go across the street to Albertsons they’re friendly and the store is really clean Albertsons has better sales on meat.

I came up and bought some broccoli which wasnt due to expire for a week. I went to use it 2 days later and when I opened, there was mold on it and it smelled rotten. I went up to return it and because I did not have a physical receipt, Susan told me they could not do anything. Even though I bought it with the Kroger rewards card and it was Kroger brand. Susan did not try and help fix the problem in any way. By far the worst costumer service I have ever received. They have definitely lost a customer.By the way, this was not the first time we have gotten bad food from there; it was just the first time we tried to return it. They have a problem with freshness.

My mom and I , really my whole family visit this Kroger’s frequently, we will probably never shop here again. We had an interaction at the service desk with Shelbie and Melisa the manager. We were trying to return unopened baby food based on recent reports,they were rude and unethical. Melisa said to me that she didn’t make me buy the baby food and as a manager you would think she had more common sense then that and my mom had to come back after our initial meeting to tell them their Terms and Conditions on refunds. We will never shop here again and we’ve been faithful customers for years.

We did a pickup order. When we arrived at our scheduled time, they informed us our order was delayed and would call when our order was ready. We got the call 2 hours later, went back, checked in on the mobile app, the app said “You’re checked in!”40 minutes later and after being skipped 3 times by people arriving after us, the woman working the pickup orders asked if we had checked in. We told her we checked in on the app, which she said she didn’t see anything on her end for the stall we parked in. She also told us she was the only one working the pickup on a Saturday and that they were behind.Nice.Hire more workers, Kroger, before you offer a service you aren’t able to provide. 1 star is for the actual groceries. The groceries are great. 1 more star is for the individual working pickup. She was kind, clearly overwhelmed, and left to fend for herself. Not cool. Wasted at least an hour of our time. I would be fine with doing the shopping myself, but I’m feeling under the weather and don’t want to risk the health of others during the pandemic if I happen to be carrying.

Someone from corporate needs to walk this store.They are often understaffed with 1 of 3 self checkouts closed at all times.Today I waited 25 mins in a line for self checkout.Its obvious new management has made questionable decisions during a pandemic in which we are encouraged to space out. They have many huge and walkway obstructing displays that corrall people into being CLOSER together!One of these is in the main entrance!!Lastly the sanitation station is a joke. Its a squirt bottle that everyone has touched and a paper towel roll that everyone has had their fingers in. Gotta be a better way. Not a hand sanitizer station in site.

This store has a real problem with inventory. Dont expect to get the same product twice in a row. When they run our of something it will be weeks before it returns. I have noticed that if you take the last item of a product it is even worse. It is almost like ordering is not done from a computerized inventory. It is like when all the product is gone someone visually goes down the aisles and if a product is gone they seem to not know to reorder it.

The bakery staff (Tara) is phenomenal!! I ordered a Jurassic World cake online for my son’s birthday but was told the store didn’t have to kit. So I ordered again from a different Kroger and it turned out that there was a mix up with the system and the cake never got made. Well when I came to the Bedford store they found a kit and were able to get the cake done and discounted for all the mix up. On top of that the cake tasted great.

I have been shopping here for 2 years. Good place but I am writing about behavior of worker today. We got confused with vegetable name and asked the girl named Shilbie working there. All she had to do was punch 4 numbers for the item. Instead she decided to say that why we don’t know what we are taking. And started complaining we made her work extreme and she was going to be harmed because of that. Yo girl! Chill out. Your job is to help customers not just stand there. And think before what you are saying. This will save you from trouble. If punching number is extreme job for you and causes harm to you, go home and sleep. And check online what jobs are extreme!!!

A big beautiful store as big as Walmart! Seems to be patterned after the Fred Meyer stores of the Pacific Northwest. If youre just looking for a Kroger grocery store, and you park on the wrong side, its a 5-mile walk to the grocery section. I dont like having to be forced past the $30 and $40 shirts on my way to the deli.

Attention anyone with an emotional support animal: don’t bother walking on to the Kroger on euless main and hardwood as you will be asked to leave by the store manager.... I don’t care if an animal is a fully trained service animal or an emotional support animal they are all a service animal for a reason so to tell a person that has an esa ( emotional support animal) they can’t bring their animal in with them is not right and just down right bs.... so if anyone attempts to walk in and the head manager is working be prepared to be told the animal is not allowed in the store...

I bought chocolate covered strawberries for my wife Valentines day around midnight they looked fine temperature outside was around 35°-40° and I Im not far from home 👍 left my wife a surprise Valentines day gifts in here car and she loved it she put the chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge and then got one after work around 8-9 hours later under the chocolate there was fuzzy mold almost all them had it, I bought 2 packages of 6 both had mold I guess whoever made them didnt notice it or they didnt clean the strawberries before they dipped them. Notified Kroger they want you to jump through hoops and give me the run-around needless to say be careful what you buy in package that you cant inspect from Kroger on main and Harwood in Euless TX

Went to Kroger tonight. No shopping carts on the inside at either door.I had to go outside and get one along with all the other shoppers. I was in the store for a little over an hour and still no carts inside. Met a customer on the way out who was bringing in carts! Seriously a customer!! Kroger you can do better!

This location need better and faster customer service at the customer service desk it never fails when I come here there is a long line with one agent. Managers you need to get better with your staffing and coach other agents to assist others when they see long lines. Team work make the dream work. There are never any in the carts in the stores cart areas. I have to always go back into the parking lot to find one to use. And hire or add more checkers. I refuse to go through the store to get my groceries and then check myself out. They have on average two checkers at any given time with long long checkout lines!

This is a high volume grocery store and you can ask for things that they dont carry and they will get them in for you. The high volume means its hard for them them to continue stocking shelves, so you find some bare spots once in awhile. The pharmacy is the best around, the head pharmacist has been very helpful for us over the last 6 years. He is very kind and caring. They try hard to give you a good experience but keep in mind, its a high turn over rate for the clerks, so you lots of new faces all the time. The quality of the foods has always been good and we dont need to go anywhere else for our groceries.

The Kroger Store is conveniently located on a spacious lot with ample parking. The store is easy to maneuver through and most often has the items I go there for. Sadly the Crazy Water, seems to be a really hot item as theyre often out when I go in to specifically buy a few bottles. Other than that, Im pretty satisfied when I shop here.

The self checkout lines keep expanding... the produce selection is small and often damaged.Walk ways/ aisles throughout the store are narrow and often very congested (too narrow).Shopping carts and baskets are always gone, and you have to hunt to find one before you can start shopping.Whether youre in a self checkout lane or in a lane with kroger employees, you will be bagging her own groceries when you shop here.It is Very difficult to find a parking spot at this location as well. The parking lot is very congested at all times it feels.

Two young guys helped me inside the store to find out earbuds and (almost out) cold coffee, thumbs up for them; I went to customer service and a mean lady (who was also mean with a Senior before me) wouldnt help to open the earbuds so I could try if the plug (entrance size) would fit my phone case, it wasnt the negative that bothered me, it was how she talked and hadled the situation in a really rude way ... not cool

The grocery and main store are fine, but it is beyond absurd that it takes the pharmacy here almost an entire day to fill a simple and common prescription. Fortunately, I switched my meds to the Walgreens nearby (typically filled by or before 1pm after an 11am appointment versus 8:30pm), but my wife had the misfortune of needing one of the most common antibiotics - it has been almost 12 hours and it still remains unfilled. If you want to begin your treatment in a timely manner, do not fill your scripts here.

Very clean and organized! I dont have any trouble parking. Its also impressive that lines were not long at all. Im usually able to go in and out quick. A great place to find your groceries. After expanding the store to accommodate more product, more brands and varieties, and more shopping traffic, this is a more exciting store to shop. The staff is plentiful and ready to help. However, some of their attempt to upgrade and provide special services has fallen short of what certainly was better intention. Prepared foods meant to make lunch or evening meals quick and easy are overcooked, and underwhelming. After several disappointments, we have ceased trying. With a little rework on their fresh prepared foods, they may actually be successful.

Very upset about the cake I ordered. It is not worth the $30.00 I paid for it. But I didnt have time to get anything else. I said No red dye because of food allergies the birthday boy has. There is really nothing wrong with this store, but I couldnt give it more than three stars because it is kind of small compared to many other Kroger Stores, and this often results in less choices and varieties available to choose from. The staff isnt rude, but friendly and helpful wouldnt be an appropriate description either. Prices are generally good though for the area, and I do most of my shopping here.

I used to love it, however the new hand held self scanners and self check out lines have only caused more issues. Every time I go now it takes at least 20 min to check out alone just due to the long lines. I hope they fix this issue because it used to be our go to favorite store! Especially with the remodel it was a nice change. However, adding more work upon checkout to the people trying to buy items is just a headache :/ On average they now only have 2 check out lines opened where an actual cashier is present. Self checkout is great for a handful of items, not so great when you are doing a normal grocery run.

Make sure when you check out, you avoid Chinas line!!Im a senior, and after working i went in for a few items. WhenI checked out, China shoved my items down away from her,And began ringing up the next customer! When I asked if she was going to bag my items, she looked right at me and went back to the next customers order. If I want to bag my purchases,I would go thru self check!! It seems the staff at the Euless Kroger need more training whenIt comes to Customer Service!! Sorry I bothered you China!

The new version of this store is great. Its not Central Market but they have lots of good new additions. I like shopping there and its a bonus that they are right across the street from us!

This place is definitely the neborhood store. They have everything you need at great prices, but most of all, they make you fell welcome. I have been coming here for over 10 years, and any problems I ever had were fixed in a polite, efficient manner. Thank you Kroger!

Nice newly renovated store, but they never have anything my mom andI need... For example: They never have shredded cheese, powdered sugar, and cheaper store-brand versions of other things. If it wasnt so close to where we live and my mom didnt use the fuel points, wed take our money to Albertsons across the street instead.

They closed one side of the Self checkout at 8pm, creating a huge bottleneck at the the other side, also with only 4 of 6 machines working. Bad management decision.The rest seems clean and good.

The store is really clean, cashiers are really friendly, the deli needs a better selection & variety of food, like walmart. Where you can literally go in and pick up a quick fresh dinner for the family on weeknights,or healthy snacks :)
