I went into the Aldi‘s at the Euless location. I was walking down the aisle. I fell really hard on the floor. I screamed in pain. A couple people came and asked me if I was OK. I slowly picked myself up off the floor and was injured. My right knee and ankle was injured. I limped to the front of the aisle and almost fell again. That is when I realized that there was water all down the isle and I also realize that there was no caution signs anywhere. When I asked the cashier for help. she looked at me and said, “oh well!”, put her head back down and continued scanning items. I told her that I fell. I asked her for help. She did not help me. once I finally got home, I sent an email to Aldi‘s regarding the incident and my injuries.I still suffer with those injuries today. I had to go to physical therapy and lost time from work. I had to see an orthopedic specialists, I have x-rays and more. As a result of the pandemic, I had to continue my physical therapy at home and endured out-of-pocket expenses for my physical therapy equipment at home. I endured depression, stress, weight gain from a lack of mobility and loss of funds. My quality of life was definitely affected.Luckily, I went from a boot to a brace, but I still can’t walk right without pain.I have not been back to that Aldis or any Aldis since the accident. If that’s the kind of employees that they hire, I don’t want to support that type of business. I am unsure if the cashier didn’t help me because I’m a woman of color. I am unsure if she did not help me because it was the end of the night. For the life of me I cannot figure out why she did not help me and she seen that I was injured. Not only that but I always walked in there with a pleasant personality and was kind and friendly to everyone all the time. That is who I am. However at the end of the day, she did not help me at all. I ended up with my injuries for over a year. Aldis has lost my business forever. Who does that to their loyal customers?!

One of the biggest Aldi locations Ive been to. Very nice selection of fresh produce, some household items and of course their prices cannot be beaten in my opinion. Aldi is always a stop for me when grocery shopping.

This is one of the nicer Aldis in the area. Great staff and the weekly specials are usually available even if you arent there super early on the day they restock. Its nice not to have to fight through hoarders!

Ohhh ... aldi. This review is based on my latest experience, a good ole rainy Sunday mid-morning trip. It was supposed to be a quick in and out, but dang it! Yall switched up the store and I ended up circling 4 times or so, each time picking up something else.Of course, I didnt grab a cart because it was supposed to be a one and done type trip. And thats totally not your fault for having really cool food finds! In fact, Im happy about it. And in case you were wondering, yes, I did finally find what I actually ran inside to grab and proceeded to check out.Heres where the deduction of two stars comes into play...the cashier was *holds a thumbs down.* for one, they didnt send another cashier up front to get the line down. And two, the cashier that rang me up didnt say a word to me the whole transaction. Cool, cool. I get it, youre not feeling your job today, thats fine. But after I paid, he acted annoyed with me for not grabbing a cart to put my items in. Rude much?! Anyway, we got through it. He just needed an attitude adjustment.Not a terrible trip though!

Stopped for specific item, got what I wanted at a fair price. Impressed with the store layout and cleanliness. Used to shop when first opened and was dark and random. Now is brightly lit and very organized.

The one tall lady Hannah is an absolute amazing manager. She deserves more respect in my humble opinion. She does her job right

Love Aldi, it has always been and will always be my go-to for the bulk of my groceries. Prices for the quality just cant be matched. Shopping at Aldi does require a certain lifestyle but I believe its well worth the adjustment. Some of the lifestyles include: bagging your own groceries, using a quarter to rent a cart, you get the quarter back after, small product selection, few name brands, no coupons, and a small physical store. Aldi claims this lowers prices but even still, Im happy to adjust in order to save. My grocery bill are noticeably cheaper than other stores, even Walmart. And the best part is that I dont have to settle with sub-par products just to save, they mainly use their in-house brands but a lot of the time its just as good as name brand.

Was not pleased at all. There is an Aldi coming to our city soon less than a mile from my home and if the workers there act the way this young lady did telling people we close at 9 get your items, go to the front, we can refuse to check you out at 9:05, wow! Aldi will not make it. She was very sarcastic in her announcement! Do better!

Worst customer service ever . I went inside asked the cashier for coin because i didnt have any she said we dont have to give you coin. She had a card by herside but she said i cant even give you the card to shop ..... guess what they guy who was in the line offered me coin but i didnt accept it ...Aldi manager you better monitor how your staff doing you lost for ever customer today

Great food selections at great prices; okay, theyre off-brand for the most part, but I havent gotten any that I dont like.

There are some pretty good produce at extremely reasonable prices. However I would truely suggest for them to add a cashier. The lines are too big and time consuming. I saw one lady leave the whole cart full of shopping items and walk away since she couldnt wait any more.

They had the recently released Gluten Free Oreos!!!! Regular and Double Stuffed!!!! Love their seasonal and Limited items. General Tsos Gluten Free Chicken is great also. Sometimes hard to find but make sure you try it when you do. Also, a must try... Winking Owl wine. Pretty decent for the cheap price. In my opinion, way better than TJs, Two Buck Chuck 🤷🤷

This ALDI is very clean and well stocked with a large variety of items. This location sales sushi that is made in store and it is really good. Prices are very good, friendly for any budget.

This place was great when they first opened up. But they remodeled the store. When they did they discontinue the items I like to buy, like root beer. And the double thing of cheese. Ive asked the store manager about it does doesnt he could think of that would make me happy . They dont care

I was able to find all that I needed. The store was clean. There are signs and notices clearly posted in the lanes and on the floor advising to stay 6 feet apart and to walk one way down the aisles.

Aldi takes getting used to. Very few familiar brands, but if you will shop with an open mind, the quality and prices cant be beat. Granted, you will have to fill in some items at another store, but definitely worth a visit.

This is the worst managed Aldis Ive been to. Every time Ive been they have a long line.

I have good experiences with prices and products, but only one thing I want to comment that Milk (gallon) damage within few days even if it has a good date. It’s happening since June in my experience.

Newly redone or at least changed the layout, I like it. And I like what I can find. I have 4 stars simply because without fail, whenever I go here I have to wait in a long long line and there’s only like two cashiers. I think they’re hiring. Hopefully they get more staffing.

I love Aldi except for the fact that there are never enough registers open and sometimes it takes awhile to get through the line. I like that their prices are much better than most grocery stores. Lots of organic, keto and gluten free options. I find that most are the same no matter where you go and this one is no different.

The store is dirty and they make you pay for bags AND the use of a cart! I understand this is their MO to keep prices low, but they remind me of the dollar store. Not exactly where I want to buy cheese or meat.

Been awhile since Ive been to Aldis and Ill definitely be back! Thereve been some changes. Definitely for the better. The produce area is larger with a really good variety of organic and regular produce. The grocery selection seems more upscale. Its almost like a smaller Trader Joes. It was pretty busy but the lines went quick. Yes for sure Ill return soon.

Love Aldi! This is my main Aldi location, and they always have what I need. Staff is friendly, and its always clean and stocked. Cleaning requirements for the coronavirus seem to be followed at this store stringently, and I appreciate that a lot, being immunocompromised.

Bring a quarter and your own bags, or buy a bag inside. Don’t have specific items in mind when you shop because selection is a bit limited. Almost nothing is name brand but most of it is as good or better than name brand.UPDATE:One star redacted because I saw them lock the door at 8:56 PM instead of 9pm. And because their bread terrible.

Limited selection but great prices (especially on store brand items) with consistent quality. Remember to bring a quarter for the shopping cart (you get it back when you return the cart) and your own bags (or you can purchase bags from ALDI). Busy check out so be prepared wait a while.

They have a fair amount of off-brand items with a few names that you will recognize. They have a good variety of stuff, but its not comprehensive. Prices are usually good and youll be surprised at some stuff you wont find anywhere else. They have organic produce and refrigerated sections. Its nice to have this store as another option over the big grocery stores.I love the coin shopping cart system. It really keeps the parking lot clean. Not sure why all grocery stores dont switch to this method.

Aldi is great. Just dont go around 4-6pm cause the line is so long. But cheap quality products. My favorite item here recently is the guacamole and they sell my ax deodorant here to for at least a dollar and a half cheaper than any place.

After long time the carts area is finally clean. The store was neat organized, well stuffed and clean as well.

Aldi is a great grocery chain. Plenty of store brand products that are much cheaper than the competition but the products have just as good quality as the competition. There is only one cashier at a time. I come here for the essentials. Nothing too exciting but worth the trip.

I have been shopping at Aldi in Germany for years and was happy to see one in our area. They have an good reputation in Europe for great prices. The imported cheese selection and any of the imported products such as chocolate and cookies are excellent. They have a nice selection of gluten free and organic products too. The rest of their groceries are generally their own brand, but the quality is comparable to our national brands on most items. The prices are amazing! The checkout is very fast, so dont be put off if the line is a little long. You do need to bring your own bags and bag your own groceries and the carts need a quarter to release them from the rack (you get the quarter back when you put the cart back in the rack) but the savings are worth it. I prefer to bag my own groceries in sturdy large bags and segregate the cold stuff anyway. I also like not worrying about my car being dinged by a stray cart, as everyone puts their cart back to get the quarter back. Great concept, great products and great prices!

The prices was unbelievable cheap. They have a good selection of products. You can fill your cart of groceries and have it under a $100.00. you do have to pay $.25 cents for a cart, and bags. So bring lots of bags.
