DISGUSTING SERVICE when I was in on Friday afternoon. Lady at the register was extremely rude and judge mental. I did not have a MASK on. I could tell that lady that was at the register was scared of me for that reasoning. She threw my change in MY BAG!!! What in the world is up with your store?! Michaels should be so embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. I hope corporate investigates and terminates those who judge people for their freedoms. Michaels could lose a lot of customers!!! Buyer be ware!!! I won’t be back. Ridiculous.

I was just in the store at 10:15am on 9/14/21 There was a long haired guy with glasses working the register . He was rushing me while I was looking at my app for a coupon , then he snatched my money from my hand . The phone started ringing he through my money down on the counter and through my item on the counter with out even offering me a bag , he was to busy trying to answer the phone . I told him he was very rude and I will never shop there again . Now I know why everyone likes Hobby Lobby better .

Im so glad they opened up this location, it saved my life while planning and preparing for my wedding. The location is about a year old at this point so still really nice and well kept inside. For the most part its kept well stocked. They tend to have a fair amount of cash registers open during rush times so it doesnt take long to the k out even of the line seems relatively long.

Great Michaels! Very clean, shelves were well stocked and uncluttered. Ive been in some stores that look like a bomb has gone off, and this store was not like that at all. Easy to find things, clearance prices clearly marked and well sorted from regular priced items. No sticker shock when arriving at register to check out. Thanks so much for a pleasant shopping experience!

Horrible customer service. Prices way too high. Impossible to find employees around the store when you need help. Wait, now that Im thinking about it, its actually not that bad here. I mean, the employees are trying their best! Maybe Im just too critical of others. My therapist says I need to work on being more patient. 5 stars!

Got a text saying order was ready to be picked up. Got there they had no clue about my order. Got home and got another text saying order had been picked up. I didnt pick up my order. So im not happy about this.

Could not find an employee. Wasted 20 minutes. Cashier was finally available. Learned that your store was out of what I was looking for. I chose not to buy anything out of frustration. Went down to Bath and Body to browse. They had accessible employees and I spent the money your store lost at a store that made me feel appreciated.

They have a wide selection on art supplies and hobbies. The staff was nice and attended us quickly. They were well informed on the store. The line was a little long but all the employees had masks on.i personally got some art supplies like charcoal stuff and some sketching pencils. They also have a accessory for computers like if someone one wants to draw but with out a mouse its really good when one is used to traditional technique. Anyways it was nice and has a good selection on supplies

Great selection of products that I use and wonderful store associates who are always ready to help.

There arts & crafts classes are good. My 7 year old girl went today and she really enjoyed the class.

Perri was so awesome!! She said she was just filling in, but give her a minute to find what I needed instead of telling me “I don’t know”. She was so bubbly and professional, and deserves a raise!!

Super nice employees. We were looking for elastic cortage for sewing face masks. The employee was super helpful. She went to the back and grabbed it for us out of the new shipment. The cashier was super nice too. He gave my daughter a coupon for her purchase.

I only called Micheals looking for pearl finishing spray paint. They dont have it. The lady who answered my call was kind to go check for me and I could hear a smile in her voice while she spoke. I really appreciated her checking for me so I didnt have to drive all over Dallas and Fort Worth looking.

Very Bad experience I just came to get my drawer car storage to my business and I try to pay with cash because that’s the only I have and they told me they can take my bill because they don’t have change, like really... so I have to walked away with nothing

Most the employees are rude. Emily is the only decent employee at this location.I heard them tell a customer, well it isnt ringing up on sale, I guess you can pay this or remove it. Figure it out.Same one told me it wasnt her problem the system wasnt ringing up a coupon...A man stocking almost ran into my cart several he was going so fast doing go backs, he would huff and puff if he could not get around.

Stopped in to pick up some Caron yarn.

Really nice kid checked me out this morning. One of the stockers was also very polite.

The Michaels in euless is an awesome location! All nice and helpful employees. Even during the busy part if the day they made sure to ask me if they were able to help me with anything! I highly recommend Michaels to any and all my art friends!

Okay does anyone even work here? Seriously walked the entire store and did not find anyone. Had to walk all the way back up to the register (where there were only two employees) and ask my question. Asked one of the girls, “okay are y’all short-staffed?” Answer? “No.” Lol okay well get some people actually out on the floor. Jesus Christ.

Store is clean and organized. Does not sell fabric by the yard but has everything else for your crafting/decor needs.

Michaels pricing for framing is PREPOSTEROUS. VIRTUALLY NO ONE BRINGS FINE ART IN HERE, BUT ALL FRAMING IS PRICED AS IF THE ITEM CAME FROM SOTHEBYS !Just a poster sized print -- frame/mat, glass -- $2000 ?!?!Oh, but not to worry since you laughed out loud ... quoting it that high we can bring it down to $1000 with a phantom couponOh, but not to worry, since you still look incredulous -- if you have some career discount (teacher, military, etc.) we can bring it down to ONLY $500 (only?!?)...WHICH IS AT LEAST TWICE WHAT IS REASONABLE given quality of materials and skill/time of labor.Now was simply the time to turn and WALK OUT!This is like buying a mattress or dealing with a note lot when buying a used car ... CRASS AND UNACCEPTABLE business practice AND SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED!

This is really just a crafts store. Its nice to walk through and shop in if youre into crafts. But, I transitioned to being more into the arts, and they have surprisingly little in the way of true art supplies.One point of frustration I have with these types of stores is that you cannot find good canvas to paint on. All they have is cheap, cotton duck canvases that are not archival quality. I need Belgian linen, oil primed canvases to paint on with my oil paints. And to get that, you either have to drive to an Asel Art store, or order online from places like Utrecht Art.It just bums me out that they decided to divest themselves of those types of products. It makes it very unlikely that I go into their stores anymore, too, because if Im shopping for one thing online, I might as well get everything there. Especially because the prices are so much better and there are way more choices.The only thing I bought on this visit was a Christmas ornament. I spent $1.08.

The employees there are so friendly knowledgeable they really want to help they go above and beyond I had a pretty coupon for 50% off one item and then one on my phone for 40% they are different types of coupons so she said of course you can use them both plus I got the senior discount it helps me so much because I make wreaths and I need all the help I can get financially LOL we just can’t be there employees

Its a craft store. Big box like every other Michaels. Wish they had more leather working stuff. Their prices seem high. A lot of the stuff can be found on amazon for a fraction of the cost.

I went to look specifically for Halloween stuff. I pleased to find that they had some, but very expensive compared to home goods right next door. Either way the store is always clean, staff is friendly.

Really great staff! They are attentive and friendly and they know what you need and where to find it as well as how to do it. Of course Michaels has everything under the sun for both the cause crafter and the pro. Dont go thinking that youll just dash in and out. I guarantee that youll see a hundred things that will distract it interest you and the next thing you know, youve been in there for an hour. Enjoy!

I quickly went in to look for cat ears but they didnt have anymore! Thats okay of course, super close to Halloween its risky. I found something else that worked and the cashiers were very friendly. The store was full of Christmas stuff already! 🎅

Tons of stuff and knowledgeable staff

We were looking for terrarium with open, slant cut top. None to be found. But their birdhouses were on sale for $10 each. So we realized we werent there for a terrarium, but we were sent there for 2 birdhouses. Life works funny that way.

Great prices and choices

I had a last minute purchase, so I did it online, Tyler was very kind to explained the process at pick up and guide me to where I could get more of the same item if needed! At check out they struggled a bit. Overall it was a great experience!

Former frame shop employee of this location, I called the store to get my W-2 sent to me and was hung up on by the Store Manager twice before I was informed that I would have to go to an online portal to request it. Also, I have seen reviews complaining of the custom framing pricing and I will attest that it is egregiously marked up, especially with frame shop employees making at the Very Most $10.50 an hour with no sort of gaurenteed hours and no offer of full time with benefits. If you are looking for craft supplies, framing etc please shop local and do Not support this evil corperation.

Always organized with clear signage and displays. The value is always awesome as well! Staff are always friendly at check out, but not on top of us out on the floor, and thats really nice.

I am a Hobby Lobby girl. Never gave Michaels a chance until recently. I am in love! Why didnt I go here before? I have a new crafting favorite!!

The manager I dealt with (older woman with dyed red hair) was very rude. I had an issue with my Visa Gift card and while the cashier was very kind, helpful, and patient, the manager was dismissive, rude, and didn’t even try to be helpful. If she treats customers this way, I can’t imagine how she treats her employees.

Was hoping to find a better selection of spring flowers. Could possibly have arrived too late after their spring sale, so didnt have too many options left. Service & store was pleasant as usual.

As an art major, I found their supplies extensive and varied. They carry of sought of art supplies and ornamentals. Always go with a coupon, itll save you some money. Coupons can be found online or in store ask an associate.

It was good however it seems every time we have been the clearance is marked high I have never bought any of it..and the messy. The workers are very nice and the rest of the store is clean.

Michaels is CRAFT Paradise, and this one had great employees that were super helpful. Im doing a DIY I found online and needed something very odd to complete it and they helped me locate it in the store.

Michaels is a popular store to buy frames, art supplies, variety of gift choices, professional framing, etc. I bought a variety of frames as a Birthday gift for my husband. Their prices are reasonable & sale prices are even better for many items.

Its like every other Michaels- an arts and crafts store with a huge assortment of products that caters to different styles of art, but a store so impressive that it could easily take 4 hours away from you if you dont keep track of time. Its great.
